Dr. Elias did a fantastic job with my skin cancer and my Mohs surgery. Despite the large chunk of skin that has to be removed, there is almost no scar. Also had the blue light Done! My face looks 40 years now and I’m much older (age omitted). Tatum and Israel and all the staff are very warm and friendly. It’s the best in Lauderdale!

My mom just left their office extremely sad about what just happened. She had a botox treatment done and was happy with it, for her birthday in June I told her she could go back and get more, she wanted to know about fillers for the lines on the side of her mouth, she does not speak English fluently so I was on the call for that second visit. Never was I explained that the filler amount she would have would barely make a difference. Yet when she goes back to her follow up appointment, to explain she does not see any difference and to show her own before and after pictures where you dont see any difference ( she does not expect to have the lines completely disappear by the way), Dr. Elias gets on the phone with me telling me he can tell in HIS OWN before and after pictures (this is not true, they did not take pictures of her on her second visit) he then explained that there wouldnt be much difference and this was explained to her, (again not true I was on the phone with them) he offered to give her botox at no charge and I thought my mom would be happy but she called me immediately after crying saying how upset the doctor looked while on the phone with me and she was afraid of him doing any procedure on her. I am furious that my mom felt this way, it is no way to act or treat clients!

It took me 2 months to set up an appointment with Elias Dermatology and I called inquiring about billing an hour before. The person who answered the phone informed me that it had been cancelled. I was baffled, I never received a courtesy call letting me know about this. Then she tells me that their PA can see me but not today! I mentioned to her that I had planned my afternoon canceling things from work and instead of trying to fit me in, I was just dismissed with an insincere apology.The feeling i got was that they dont value your time just their own. I will not be calling back.

MELISSA is fabulous!! Ive been enjoying some esthetic treatments with her and am so happy with the service I receive. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, professional and confident and just an overall very pleasant person. The office has state-of the-art equipment and I feel very comfortable there. Im excited to continue receiving treatments. And btw....the Hydrafacial is actually THE BEST facial I have ever had. I have sensitive skin so Im always a little worried about how my face is going react from a facial and certain products....my face absolutely loved this! I had anxiety going out of my house and was nervous about going to a doctors office. I was very grateful about how they handled it. I sat in my car and waited for them to call me in. Once I was inside the office they took my temperature and the staff was behind a shield area when they did that. The doctor came with a mask and shield. The staff all wore masks. The doctor is phenomenal that goes without saying. I want to thank the staff for making it easy for me to come in. When I got in the car I breathed a sigh If relief. I could not be any more grateful to get staff!

Saw Dr Elias yesterday. Had an urgent issue and although his schedule was tight the next few weeks, I was seen immediately the next day! He evaluated my issue, advised treatment and prescribed needed medication. As always when I visit the office, my concern was addressed and I will follow instructions and return for follow-up.

This was my first appointment with Dr Elias. I was most favorably impressed with Dr Elias and Israel. I felt at ease immediately in their presence. Both are very knowledgeable and took time to explain procedures to me so that I had no doubts.Dr Elias took care of my skin problem expertly I could see that he knew exactly what to do.I am most happy that my Internist recommended Dr. Elias. The best dermatologist around! I followed him from his old location and would never think of going anywhere else Hes super smart, caring, thorough in his work and in his recommendations for your skin care. He would never ever push a cosmetic product on you like many doctors do just to make a sale. In fact --he often does the opposite and says, you dont need this or that--youre too young! Dr. Elias always takes the time to answer every single one of your questions and makes sure to explain it all thoroughly for you to understand. He is up to date on all medical treatments out there and you can tell he cares enough to continue doing his research and reading up on every new medical article thats out there.Hes great for both skin care and cosmetic care. I trust him implicitly with any skin care need I have and I cant say thats the case for many doctors in south Florida. I highly recommend him.

I hate to rate a decent physician with one star because of his staff, but I am compelled to do so. i have had many interactions with the staff and they are consistently rude, unkempt, and not responsive. I requested to speak to the doctor to address the issues his staff are unable to, and they refuse to allow me to do so. There is no way around the huge problem in this office - THE STAFF. Unfortunately, the patient experience is so poor, and the oversight so lax, that I will not return. There are so many good dermatologists in this area that I choose to visit one with a good patient-centric experience, and leave this bad memory behind.

Simply put, Dr. Elias & his staff are amazing!I went into their beautiful Fort Lauderdale location for a cool sculpting consultation & left with the fat on both my chin & love handles sculpted right off. Felicia, who performed the Cool Sculpting procedure, was very informative of the process itself & how long it would take to see results (it’s not immediate). She also continuously checked on me through out the entire process, which was comforting since this was a first for me.To be honest, the procedure was pain free. A little cold, but they offer you a blanket to combat this. I was also able to watch tv & get some work done during the 45 min session.Afterwards, I was introduced to Dr. Elias, who is one of the most attentive & happy physicians I’ve ever met. He took the time to chit chat & ask about my experience. Of course I let him know that everyone in his office has gone above my expectations with customer service, procedure information & patient care. He is really passionate about his career & helping people that need dermatological care or procedures. He’s earned a customer for life!

I started my journey in Elias Dermatology about a year ago. I was very concerned about my acne and decided to give it at shot although people say is a matter of time for it to go away not to waste my money but I decided to go anyways. I must say Im so glad I did!! My acne is almost completely gone thanks to Dr. Elias, he was very kind and patient with me and seemed to really care about getting me better and not to only take my money . Since I used to pop my pimples it let me with nasty scaring and I decided to treat myself with Jennifer, the aesthetician and shes amazing!! She makes sure to go step by step with me in all of the procedures that we were doing and Im really excited to continue what I call my face transformation with this amazing team. Excellent costumer service, A+ for all of the employees!!

The dermatologist and her assistant Courtney were both SO sweet and very helpful!!

Staff gave me conflicting information. They advised me that my visit wouldve been a consultation. When i got there it was charged through my insurance for a 1 minute visit for him to tell me i had a hypertrophic scar which is a cosmetic issue. It was charged through my insurance and I had to pay $65. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude to me and to other patients (scolded a caller on the phone). They misled me into thinking this wouldve been a consultation for treatment. Its best to be upfront and straightforward to your patients or do not have office staff give medical advice over the phone! The girl I spoke with prior to my visit would put me on hold each time i asked a question to get the information needed from the doctor so clearly they knew what I was coming in for prior to my visit. I would never go back to this place.

I went in for my annual appointment. I called Dr. Eliass attention to a place behind my ear that had been bothering me. He said it was a Basil cell carcinoma and did a biopsy. Then he scanned my face, arms, legs and body ... freasing small spots that were pre cancerous.Hell let me know when he receives the lab report.

I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE recently at Elias dermatology! I went in for BOTOX and SCULPTRA two weeks ago and here is my review:BOTOX: Dr Elias uses REAL Botox - not the copycat brands that dont last as long. YAY! Dr Elias mixed up the dosage so I had a stronger amount injected in to my frown line and a slightly lighter mixture in my forehead. The result was a perfectly relaxed and very natural looking face... not a manneuqin face like you get with some Doctors who overdo it. I couldnt be happier with my custom result. But the best part was I could NOT feel the needle. Seriously. Dr Elias gives an ABSOLUTELY PAIN FREE injection! He used a new needle with every new injection - the needle was the thickness of a hair so it was always super sharp and the dosage was precise. He is SO good at giving a needle in fact, I didnt know when he started or when he finished! Additionally, I am SUPER pleased with the result because I do NOT look overdone. I can still move my forehead a tiny bit and my face now looks calm and relaxed and my skin is smooth. Ive been going to different places to get Botox for 12 years now but somehow I got the best result with Elias Dermatology - Im still spinning over it. :)I also got Sculptra to fill in a few dimples and I am amazed at how well it worked. This was also painless despite a tiny bit of bruising - which is now gone- but I really notice an improvement even in such a short period of time. I am SO pleased with how it turned out!The icing on the cake is the staff. They are SO PROFESSIONAL and KIND and SWEET and CARING... I paid to make my skin worse. I went to see the esthetician because I had red bumps on my cheeks (Not bad but it bothered me a lot). She said I had slight rosacea and recommended their cream and cleanser. After a while of using these products it made it so much WORSE! (Everyone now noticed the redness) Got stuck with expensive products I cant even use. They o my have such high ratings because when you check out the say If you give us 5 stars well give you this free product.

He is a very detailed and always takes the time to listen. My whole family comes here.
