Very thorough straight forward no problems fast and accurate

0 STAR! Dont go! Thisplace is a fraud company. Enough said. The head dentist is unfit to work in peoples mouth and is a lier. I came in for a cleaning covered by my insurance and they charged me 400 dollers. Later to find out they were scamming me for a quick turn over. The did illegal proceders with out my concent and and then he treated me after I came for Prof.Ive never been so disrespected and a professional place.

I been going to them for along while they are very nice people the dr and the staff they do a good job

I just call to get some information because I want to come in and get some work done. The lady was still having a conversation with someone else and was so rude she just told me what do I want and didn’t hear the question and hung up.

Bad customer service, the dental assistant got mad because I asked her to change her gloves after she went around touching everything in the office , then try to come back and touch my mouth so disgusting and nasty. They are very rude and was talking about me in Spanish like I couldn’t understand good thing I took Spanish class in school , very nasty and rude and the place is very old and dirty mildew on almost everything ewww ....

Very unprofessional and rude. The dentist was so rude he ignored me and didn’t want to answer any of my questions. Literally told me I’m done with you and went on to the next patient. The place was dirty, I didn’t want to say anything but I saw two live cockroaches while I was there. Who knows how many more is there walking al over the equipment while the lights are out. You try to save a little money and I guess like what they say you get what you paid for. This place has no respect for its patients/customer. Definitely will never be returning here anymore. And will be talking everyone I know to AVOID! Save your self the trouble!

The doctor wife is so rude the doctor wife needs to stay home never in my life have I experienced such horrible service not only was she rude jumping into mine and the doctor conversation she was misunderstanding us and starting to argue and fight with me when I started shaking and tearing up because she was being so disrespectful also knowing that I am pregnant and did not care at all she said “oh get over it that’s life” we intended to pay the full bill but was trying to figure out what to pay on the returning visit because some of the work was for a crown and needed to come back we ended up paying for just the work he did that day 570 and took our money else where now having to pay still 1000 more come to find out the work they did was not done correctly and this new dentist has to go over the deep cleaning and one fill that wasn’t filled correctly NEVER AGAIN if I could attached pictures to his job and the other place I went to correcting some of the work I would these people are a joke and I do not recommend PAYING A LITTLE MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE IS SO MUCH WORTH IT THEN TRYING TO FIND THE CHEAPEST OUT THERE BECAUSE IN THE END WE SPEND WAY MORE FIXING THIS DOCTORS SO CALLED WORK

This is a very unprofessional dentist office. My Mom was visiting me from out of town. She had a terrible tooth ache, I called her insurance and was given this office number. So I made an appointment with them. The first problem is they are so antiquated. They dont have any computers. They do everything by pen and paper. Come on this is 2018!!! Everything is computers today. Get with the program. They kept saying they called my Moms insurance and that she didnt have dental insurance. Yet when we called in from of them, they said she does. The receptionist did not want to talk to the agent. So my Mom ended up using her care credit , and had an extraction. Five days later, I takemy Mom back to have her stitches removed. The dentist wife is now playing the receptionist this time. I was trying to explain to her, that my Mom needed an itemized bill, so she can put a claim through her insurance because all my Mom received was a paid receipt, the receipt did not say what work the dentist did on my Mom. She refused to give my Mom an itemized bill and kept telling me she did not have dental insurance. And her husband the dentist (Dr. Mehta) did not say a word as if he was scared of his wife. And the staff look like they were terrified of her. When I was trying to explain to her she does have dental insurance, I spoke to my Moms insurance myself, she said have the insurance call here. I told her we have been through that already. My Mom got her stitches removed and we left very upset. Listen. Dont take my word if you dont want too. But you will be very disappointed if you come to this office. Especially if dentist wife is there. Dont say I did not warn you...

You get what you pay for. Never had so much swelling, bruising and pain after having a tooth pulled. FYI dont budget shop a dentist.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life. I came in with a hole in my tooth and the Eugene told me I had to pay $80 for some mouth wash they had to use in order to take the tooth that was not rotten out. So i refused to pay that and I left. The tooth continued to bother me so I came back to get a crown and he got mad and said that the tooth needs to come out because the hole was too big. Then he got up and said =Im not dealing with this today. and walked off. He was so rude to me in front of my 3 year old daughter and told me to not come back. All because I said I wanted a crown. I hope this place looses business soon because he doesnt know customer service, he just wants the money. Ugly azz!

The Dentist was very nice took care my teeth!

Just left there had a broken crown, which he did. Had to pay to replace the broken crown then the crown that I received is to short my tooth is exposed and he insisted because my gums are inflamed (due to his temporary crown) that my gums will grow over the exposed root. Smh DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH THE DENTIST HE IS NOT THOROUGH!!!! He will leave you in a worse state than when you walked in. The lady at the desk is very rude and incompetent. If I could give him negative zero in stars I would double it!!!!!

Had a crown done it broke twice within 6months!! Shady and very rude.

In my emergency, he helped me even though i wasnt his patient!!
