Great experience here! After your first visit you are able to get in and out rather quickly without an appointment! That is a huge deal for those of us with busy schedules and limited time. First visit I saw three police officers from different departments come in. I can’t think of a better recommendation than that. Prices are affordable especially with a membership. Some staff are just starting out and others are more experienced. All are very nice and professional. This allows a good balance between simple care and more significant and constructive adjustments. Clean office and friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I’ve been wanting to go to the chiropractor for awhile now but it’s usually so expensive. As soon as I saw they had a monthly membership I was sold. Their monthly membership for 4 times a month is the same price as 1 single visit at another chiropractor office! Shannon at the front desk was so nice and Dr. Campbell was very informative. So happy I finally found an adorable chiropractor!

I was able to be seen within an hour of calling after hurting my lower back. Dr. Campbell was patient and spent time talking to me about what was going on and what the treatment plan would be going forward. Very affordable with monthly plans for continued care at locations all over the country!

Came in for a simple adjustment. They push you relentlessly to get a wellness plan which is $69 a month for 4 visits and require you to COME INSIDE to cancel your plan. Ridiculous. But the most important part of this review is that they have a *hidden* plan called the flex plan. Which is only $19 a month and $15 every time you come in. It is less expensive if you come in every so often and dont want to commit. Also they will NEVER tell you about it. Youre welcome.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable Doctor and Staff, I appreciate the time taken to explain how the Chiropractic procedure will work on my body and how it will enhance my range of motion. In short, I came in with localized lower back pain and left with no pain. The adjustment only took a few minutes and since I have previously been to a chiropractor before I already knew that a few minutes is really all that is needed when a Chiropractic Doctor knows what they are doing. In just a few minutes my Doctor holistically aligned my body and harmonized my joints, Im elated, I actually feel taller and as Arnold says Ill be back💪🤙👍

What an awful awkward and unprofessional experience.Let me break this down.Front desk Attendant:Before writing this review, I struggled to find words to explain how outrageously awful and blunt the attendant behaved not only with me but with all clients that visit the office while I was there.First, I noticed the attendant’s rudeness over the phone and the level of dismissiveness this person had. Regardless I needed an adjustment, so I went.When I walked in, there was another customer that to no surprise was being mistreated, dismissed and talked down to. It was embarrassing, painful and upsetting to watch. You can barely understand what the attendant is saying and does not make an effort to speak clearly instead gets visibly upset when you ask her to repeat. ZERO eye contact.Then it was my turn, and I also was not able to understand what this person was saying – then all of the sudden this same person blurted out the “F” word and then continue to mumble. I decided to stay low key because I didn’t want trouble.However at this point I wanted to walk out as I was extremely uncomfortable and upset – No client deserves to be treated this way. The receptionist’s offensive and off the charts rude behavior made me realized that I had made a HUGE mistake to sign up at The Join Chiropractic.While the doctor was friendly and professional, the receptionist’s unprofessional behavior is palpable and visible from miles away – How is this tolerated?I didn’t sign up for this and it is very likely that I will be canceling my membership. I’ve had chiropractor care for the past 10yrs but unfortunately my previous chiropractor retired. One thing I’ve learned after many years of adjustments is that when it comes to chiro adjustments, one size fits all is not the way to treat. When my back was adjusted, the pressure and force that was used left me with pain and a LOT OF discomfort to the point where I had to take a really strong pain killer and lots of ice and warm compresses. Would I see the same doctor? Probably as long as they are willing to understand that if I am small framed and less than 160 lbs, you can’t use the same force and pressure as with someone that is 200lbs.This is my second visit and probably my last. To be fair, my first visit to The Join Chiropractor was great and it is the main reason why I signed up but it was not this Fort Lauderdale office.

Ive never even been to Fort Lauderdale, yet, somehow a review was written by my account giving you one star with some ridiculous complaint. So, I went to your site through Google, found my complaint and am editing it to 5 Stars. This is strange and someone should report it, because it affects your overall rating.

If you’re visiting for a quick generic “adjustment”, this place is probably perfect for you. It’s operated much like a gym in the sense that they want you to purchase a monthly membership.I felt that my time there was 50% spent on the adjustment table, and 50% receiving a sales pitch (5 minutes or so each). I’m sure they require the “doctors” to give the sales pitches to every customer that’s not already signed up for a monthly plan.I was not satisfied with my visit because I felt that there was no effort put into actually finding the source of my pain. It seemed like no matter what complaint I came in with, I was going to get the same four or five adjustments. I would have liked it if they actually located the source of my pain and focused the adjustment on that specific area.

I have never been to a chiropractor before and was very nervous about going for the first time. I saw Joint and read through the reviews and was very pleased to see that my experience matched exactly what I read. Dr. Campbell talked through everything with me before my adjustment and I walked out feeling like I could finally turn my neck again. He gave me specific instructions for care at home, and when he wanted to see me back. Less than 24 hours after my first adjustment I am SO happy that I decided to get a membership with them. There is high turnover of their doctors. I recently accidentally left something there that was valuable. I asked the owner 4 times to look back through the tapes and she never got back to me. Who operates a business like this??

I’ve been a member for about 15 months and because of COVID I took about 8 months off, but continued to pay my membership. If you inquire about canceling, they only do it in person. They still make you pay 60 days AFTER canceling. The big issue I have....The entire time I’ve been going there staff continually changes. Not a little, but excessively. The moment you like a doctor they disappear or get shuffled to another location. You’re supposed to be in and out of this place 5-10 minutes for visits. I waited 40 minutes two days ago and 30 of it was the Doctor trying to sales pitch a new patient while the people piled up on the waiting room. Today I waited another 30 minutes for yet another sales pitch triggering me to cancel. The problem isn’t the Doctors. The problem is clearly their greedy corporate office and they no longer get my free money as of today. They can certainly afford multiple doctors, but obviously refuse to have more than one. While I was there, 4 people including myself requested to cancel. Don’t do it. Not worth it. Seems like a good idea at first, but they will screw you. I’d rather pay more money and go to a true mom and pop chiropractor.

I went in with severe back pain and walked out a new person. This was my first chiropractor appointment ever, and I was greeted by Jasmine who was welcoming and informative and treated by Dr. Hawk who made me feel comfortable, walked me through every move, and had me leaving feeling 5x better then when I walked in the door. After some rather heavy yard work two weeks ago, my lower back has been in a state of constant discomfort ever since. I heated and iced to no avail. Yesterday I gave in and called The Joint Chiropractic and I am so happy I did.Christina, my Wellness Coordinator, invited me in as the first appointment this morning. The clinic is modern, serene, and immaculately clean. As a former medical clinic owner, I felt extremely comfortable. Additionally, all Cov-19 protocols are implimented fully. Feel safe. After completing the obligatory intake forms, they were quickly spirited away for the doctor to review.A couple of minutes later, Dr. Benjamin appeared and welcomed me into the treatment area where he conduced a thorough review of the forms I had just completed. He listened intently as I explaind why I was there and why I hadnt been to a chiropractor in over five years.On to the the physical exam. A series of range-of-motion exercises to determine where youre experiencing pain. In my case, no issues. At last! On to the treatment! Dr. Benjamin employs an expert touch and is very gentile and percise. The treatment lasted maybe five minutes, after which, I was having an out of body experience.Since I left the clinic this morning, the nagging pain in my lower back is GONE. Yes, Im a bit sore, but more from the gardening than the treatment. My legs werent even the same length when I entered the clinic this morning. I was truly jacked. Obviously my name here is not real and that’s to protect my identity. I did however make an appointment with the joint for a adjustment from a pulled muscle and instead of them sending paperwork digitally the day before or earlier for me to do they hand me a paperwork stack in office and asked me to fill this out while hunched over in a chair with back pain. It’s just kind of ridiculous when you make an appointment and 15 minutes later a young girl tells you information way too fast and then hand you a clipboard and expect you to be comfortable enough to fill out all this information while waiting in the lobby. would recommend Finding a chiropractor who is not so busy that they can’t have better customer service

I filled out all of the paperwork and only after that was I told that I needed to present medical records for my osteopenia. I understand that they want to protect themselves however it would have been nice for someone to tell me the paperwork was needed. I have been getting adjusted for years and have a terrible migraine and needed an adjustment today.

Not sure what to say other than yikes. That last visit sure was awkward! Love the concept of The Joint, went to one when I lived out of state. I even got my fiancé signed up recently. Unfortunately, when I went to discontinue my wellness plan today due to the 25 min drive one way to closest location, things got pretty uncomfortable. Love the ladies who work the front desk, always great. The doctor started off strong with a condescending lecture on why I shouldnt cancel. Using choice phrases such as Im sure they didnt teach you this in high school as if my 5 years in university just magically disappeared before my eyes. He has adjusted me before, mind you, and never mentioned all of the terrible points of my body that he was sure to highlight today. And the finishing touch, asking my age, and proceeding to use that as leverage to tell me how my body feels bad for my age. I mean, thats a nice strat to keep me around for sure. So, I guess this place is nice if you aim to stay on a plan for your entire life.

In the pandemic times this location still presents a safe and professional service.This was my first visit Since arriving back in S FL And I was very nervous after seeing the lack of enforcement and participation in safe public movement here in S FL. The staff was wearing masks and enforcing social distancing. In addition they are asking patients to fill out a questionnaire designed to keep potential infection. I was relieved and the staff was friendly and put my mind at ease.Great job at this location!!!

Called at 5pm as new patient, was told they would get me in. I said Ill be there before 6pm and they close at 7pm. “Doctor” Campbell wouldn’t help when I arrived at 5:43pm after wasting more time, asking impertinent personal questions of where I am from and where I am staying. I was lied to. They wasted over an hour of my time and $80.00 in Uber fees for nothing. STAY AWAY!!! 👎🏼The following morning, I saw Dr. Meraz of Carpe Diem Chiropractic who treated me immediately and could not have been more professional or effective at healing patients. Their office was terrific, very friendly and top notch medical treatment.Update to The Joints 01/25/2021 response:The opportunity to fully address my experience and concerns was when I arrived at your location with lower back pain, after being told I would be seen when I arrived prior to 6pm. The response provided by the Joint Chiropractic of Fort Lauderdale is merely cheap eyewash at best and at worst an attempt to provide optics of positive customer service in front of the World Wide Web. A follow up with your staff will confirm that doctor Campbell told me it was the receptionists error for telling me Id be seen if I arrived prior to 6pm. Campbell would do well to accept responsibility for staff mistakes when appropriate and make good on their promises, especially since he is expected to dedicate his professional time to helping/healing patients as a licensed health care professional. Time to remember your job is to help others and not be self serving because its inconvenient to you. Doc Campbell spent more time asking me personal questions than it would have taken to access the terrible lower back pain I asked him to help me with.

I have been a chiropractic patient for several years and have had some wonderful chiropractors, but I can tell you that Dr. Lily Friedman is one of the best I’ve had. A few months ago I started having severe sciatic pain on the weekend prior having to fly to Virginia for business on Monday morning. Knowing my chiropractor was closed on the weekends, I decided to use Google to see if I had any other options for help. Thats when I found The Joint Chiropractic in Fort Lauderdale.Upon entering the facility I was greeted by Michelle who is extremely friendly and personable. After filling out some paperwork, I was sent back to see the doctor. Luckily for me, Dr. Lily Friedman was there. Her caring touch and adjustments were just what I needed. Dr. Friedman is an upbeat, friendly doctor who I will be seeing from now on. As a matter of fact, I try to request her, although all of the chiropractors on staff have been great.I have decided to start a membership with the Joint. It is reasonably priced, I have had the best results and it is less than 5 minutes from where I live!

Great concept and service. But a complete grey billing con. Ive visited this service provider only three times in the past 18 months. And for the past eight months, Ive been working with The Joint and my back to end the service agreement stop the monthly billing against my account for the $69 monthly. The Joint claims their only option to terminate the service agreement is to return to their store and complete paper form physically. Were in the year 2020, and the US is in a current Health pandemic both the in-person requirement to close the account, and physical paper form process is entirely outdated and not mention in these days unsafe. I tried through the bank to have the charges stop, and somehow they could continue to bill me each month. The level of requirement to protect my account is exhausting and counterproductive to the reason I signed up for the service. I know longer have back pain, but I do have monthly recurring pain in my lower lower back where I keep my wallet thanks to The Joint. The three visits have cost me nearly $1,300 compared to the $25 per visit at my new Chiropractic office that takes my medical insurance, and I cant wait to see the well-crafted response from the owners as relates to their grey billing practices. My last was in October/November of 2019 - so seven months of billing no services provided (during a pandemic) requested the billing to stop in October/November of 2019 - - The quick Math 7 months of billing x @ $69.00 monthly = $483 owed to me. Okay called the store in East Fort Lauderdale and the Store Manager confirmed that during a Pandemic that I need to physically visit the location to sign a sheet of paper to stop the billing to my account. Its a requirement from the corporate offices.

Dr Laurie is absolutely amazing! I am a dancer and gymnast of 20+ years I have been to many chiropractors through out my career and I have to say Dr Laurie is Top Notch in her field. Dr Laurie is quick, professional, very sufficient and very sensitive to your needs, as soon as you let her know your problem area(s) she knows exactly how to treat you. I highly recommend. 1 adjustment from Dr Laurie is 3 adjustments from the average chiropractor.

I had severe sciatica pain and hadnt been able to walk for almost 4 straight days so I had to so something. I managed with some help to get myself to The Joint Fort Lauderdale where Jasmine helped get me signed in quickly, everything was very clean and adhering to the Covid-19 guidelines. Dr. Martinez listened to me explain my situation and gave me a comprehensive examine, then adjusted me from neck to tailbone. He educated me on the cause of my pain and told me how we would treat it over the coming weeks. I walked out with a smile for the first time in days. Two thumbs up from me.

It’s a good spot and cost effective.They choose not to do X-rays or take insurance so I would only go for adjustments. If you have a serious problem, I would advise against it. How would you know exactly what is wrong without an X-ray? This is just my opinion though because I’m not a chiropractor. Maybe they can find a problem without an X-ray.The facility is clean, but ask questions about the contract or make sure you read it and don’t just initial and sign. Overall, staff is very friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable. It seems like the turnover is high, so I don’t know what’s going on with the operations side of the business. I guess that doesn’t matter though, right?I would recommend it if you’re not looking for serious treatment. Again, my opinion is my experience, but you won’t have a bad experience.

Dr. Jan is awesome and very professional! He made me feel brand new, open, and in alignment, so I continue my work as a Massage therapist. Ask for Dr Jan you won’t be disappointed. Christina the receptionist is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to help me with my needs.

The Joint has been such a blessing. Reasonable prices for regular adjustments, friendly staff and excellent care. Dr. Jan and Dr. Caitlyn have different methods and both give great adjustments that have me walking out feeling incredible. I highly recommend giving this location a try!

Dr. Jan has been a God send to my son and I. I live with chronic pain and migraine headaches. His treatments have helped me greatly. His knowledge and experience are the key to his greatness. They offer different packages.I know that when my body is well adjusted, I am much less stressed, my nasal passages are clear & life is much better!I have many years experience with some great chiropractors. (And some not so good ones). Here at the JOINT- I have been taken care of by some of the best!

Hello! I had pain for 13 yrs. And i just had a feeling it was my joints, but at the same time think it was something else. I think her name is Lily, she was very kind to us, great on the explanation of the joins, and price. Most of all after getting my body crack! i felt so good, still get some pain here and there, but feel better than before, i told my husband about the place, i took him the same day. we will tell our friends about THE JOINT! Im glad a friend recommend us to The Joint! We cant believe how important it is to crack your body.. I also want to bring my kids. This is our 2nd time. At the end i pray this really work out for us, This is a great relief of pain in our body!

Have been going to chiropractors for years and this adjustment was quick but thorough. Greatly appreciated not having to spend over an hour in a doctors office but also getting the care I needed to move on with my day and feel better.

Doctors are great have no problems with this facility at all or the doctors extremely nice do a great job and I have no problem with the monthly fee for as many visit I am getting every month.Just wish I wasn’t traveling so much the first month of my start up as I lost my 3 free visit by being gone so long the first month really hope they will work with me as I am very happy with the service they give.
