This office is RIDICULOUSLY difficult to contact. The staff is there to do bare minimum. I did not receive any confirmation call for my appointment or any kind of reminder. I signed in as a new patient & gave my ID& INS cardsl~no new patient paperwork given. 30 MINUTES LATER i was asked IF I have a referral. I did not have a hard copy & was advised if I do not have it then I need to have the PCP office fax it. ZERO skill or work ethic necessary for front office position. Appointments are over a week out which is most likely unnecessary considering schedules are clearly NOT being verified or managed in ANY way. Parking is horrible. You WILL get lost looking for this office AND finding your way back to your car.
