My parents bought here in the 1980s. It is a lovely, beautiful, condo complex. (Any negative ratings reflect negative & angry individuals who probably fight with everybody.) Security, staff, maintenance are all FANTASTIC. In all the years I have gone down to visit, everyone has been nice. I highly recommend Plaza South to visit or buy into. You are right on the ocean and the Olympic size infinity pool is a great place to decompress, (if you enjoy swimming like I do.) This is truly a 5 star condo complex! Enjoy!

Just purchased a place here, awesome staff, and great building. Staff works hard to keep the building owners happy.

Worst place ever. Asked security where the nearest store he proceeded to cuss me out and try and fist fight me. He is lucky I didnt break his face. Dont even waste your time or money at this place terrible staffing. Teach your employees some old fashion manors. He should lose his job for being so rude and disrespectful.

Staff is extremely rude. You will get better customer service at McDonalds. Security is a joke. They must make up for there lack of manhood by being rude. Highly suggest everyone go to the beach and trash it because thats how they treat people. Trashy place.

Beautiful condominiums on the ocean one of the oldest buildings on Galt Ocean Mile in Immaculate shape.

I have come here since i was 5 and it is a great kid friendly place!

Security guard is a bigot. I also emailed the property manager about my concern and havent heard back.
