I LOVE this place! Ive had quite a few acupuncture sessions for my lower back in the past so am a big believer in eastern medicine approaches to healing. But it had been awhile, and when my shoulder and hip started getting painful while I was visiting Ft. Lauderdale I went on a search and chose Vibrant due to all the great reviews. Dr. Ashley is AWESOME and immediately helped me feel so much better after the first session! Also the facilities are super nice and c lean, and the charming Ms. Aurea Sweet at the front desk makes you feel welcome and relaxed from the get go!

I went to Dr. Herrin after suffering through a foot issue for about 6 months. I tried other medical remedies but nothing worked. Never had acupuncture before but was recommended by my friend to try it. I searched on google for the best reviews and it lead me here. Dr. Herrin was very honest and made me feel like I was in great hands, and after my first session I can tell you I definitely was. I felt relaxed and overwhelmed (in a good way) with emotions, I have never experienced before. After the session I felt relaxed, and happy and I cant wait for my next session. I had some chronic lower back pain so I started hot yoga to heal it & it was working & getting better. But while I was doing some posture at hot yoga, I hurt my back again.So I went to Dr. Herrin.I had the acupuncture treatment 2-3 times a week for few weeks. without realizing, I got way better than before hurting my back at Yoga. Now few years after the treatment, I have still NO back pain at all!

I have been suffering with debilitating migraines on and off for my entire adult life. I was seen by doctors, have had 5 cat scans, tried their pharmaceutical drugs, yet nothing seemed to work. I had experienced a humming in my left ear that was so troublesome I literally could not focus on my daily life, it was completely constant and consuming. I was googling to find out if Acupuncture could help me and I saw a few promising results.. That’s when I found Dr. Herrin and the experience was life changing.. It took 18 visits combined w/ herbs to make a breakthrough... two weeks after the last (18th) visit I started hearing the humming again, I immediately went back for an additional three visits and it was gone never to return again. I was diagnosed with early osteoarthritis 5 years ago and have had two hip replacements and was currently considering shoulder replacement and neck surgery. Not wanting to undergo another surgery and the long recovery period, I decided to try acupuncture with Dr. Herrin. She was able to relieve the numbing/tingling and loss of strength in my right hand after 12 sessions. I highly recommend to anyone with similar condition to give this a try.

I would like to say Dr. Herrin is a miracle worker. I first went to her in January of this year, with severe back pain. I could barely move, even sitting and laying down was excruciating. She recommended acupuncture 3x per week along with a Chinese herbal supplement. I felt some relief after the initial treatment and only got better and better after time. I was feeling great with a weekly treatment to maintain my pain free status. Then the Pandemic hit and I sat a little to long and with the lack of movement my back was acting up again. Once they reopened I was happy to return to Dr. Herrin. The office is very clean and the Doctor and receptionist, Aria, wear masks, they also keep the patients and appointments apart so you’re rarely encountering anyone else in the office. Dr Ashley is a very professional Chinese Dr.She is knowledgeable and helpful to any questions and concerns that you might have especially if this could be your first time.I noticed an increasing difference in my knees recovery after receiving acupuncture and I highly recommend Dr Ashley to any of your health issues that are bothering you. I have visited a few acupuncturists in the past. She is definitely the best one! I have gotten way better results with the way she does acupuncture. Her method is more responsive. I use her mostly for neck and shoulder pain and vertigo. Herbs are good too. Very clean and relaxing environment. highly recommended.

Dr. Herrin has significantly improved the function of my bladder - a strange problem to have as a 30-something female - I was unable to fully empty my bladder due to stress internalization that was impacting my involuntary muscles. First, let me say that I read many of Dr. Herrins reviews before making an appointment- I was at a point where I felt hopeless and was searching for some other means of feeling better. I started as a new Patient about 5 weeks ago. I have suffered from chronic foot pain for close to 10 years with little or no help from Western medicine. Ive had a cough for approximately 30-35 years. I saw a pulmonologist who stated that because my cough was so prolonged there was nothing she could do for me. Dr. Herrin came highly recommended by a friend. During our initial consultation by phone, she said she thought she could help me. And she has - through acupuncture and Chinese herbs, not only is my cough minimal, but my overall health is noticeably improved. I came to Dr Herrin after having swollen glands for months and having not one doctor able to diagnose me. She put me on herbs and accupuncture and within the first visit my glands went down. I just need to share my experience with those who suffer from Back pain.I was diagnosed with a herniated L-4 and L-5 several years ago. Outstanding Results in a very professional setting. Highly recommend for sciatic nerve and back pain. I was in significant pain due to an extruded disk pinching the nerves within the spinal column L4/L5 and lesser one L5/S1. I went to Ashley at the suggestion of 2 friends who had rave reviews about how much she had helped them over the years. I had a bad case of plantar fasciitis, and was in constant pain - whether I was on my feet or off. I went to Ashley and it was almost like magic after my first treatment! I would like to recommend the Vibrant Health Center and Dr. Herrin. I am being treated for stress or anxiety and the only regret I have is not seeking her help sooner. I was trying to get pregnant for about a year, My husband and I set a date of Feb 2019, If we werent pregnant by then we were going to try In Vitro. In November of 2018 I decided to try acupuncture as I researched how helped other women conceive naturally. I have been experiencing issues (for many years) with remaining focused through out the day and difficulty recalling recent events from memory. If I could give Vibrant Health Center and Dr. Herrin MORE than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Herrin healed my two herniated discs within just a few weeks with acupuncture, when nothing else worked. I’d been to chiropractors, physical therapy, etc. . Not only did Dr. Herrin assure me she could help, she went above and beyond, discussing sitting positions, stretches, etc. . Within a short amount of time, I was completely out of pain and back to a normal life. A year later I was diagnosed with a complex ovarian cyst that gave every indication my ovary AND Fallopian tube needed to be removed, immediately, due to an ovarian cancer risk. Dr. Herrin once again helped me immensely and with a 3 times/week regimen, plus some strong herbs that she mixed weekly, she eradicated my complex cyst!! I cried in the Oncologist’s office as I was given this news, due to the fact that I was told complex cysts “don’t just go away”. Well, they sure do if Dr. Herrin is helping you! Vanishing technique!!! For over a year I had been suffering with a painful shock like crippling pain that radiated down my forearms. Some called it bursitis. Some called it tennis elbow. Some would put the root cause as neck factor pinching the nerves. So the best solution offered by the Neurologist was to have an ejection in the neck or surgery. STOP WHAT?? I figured maybe better two cut both arms off that would stop the pain. Neither massage work nor physical therapy stopped the pain. I left work early one day to try and figure a solution to this on going problem. This is my 1st time having acupuncture. I had back pain for nearly a month. I am a new patient to Dr. Herrin and can not express how great full I am to have found her. I was suffering from lower back pain forever, I also suffer from restless leg syndrome. My lower back was caused by my L4 and L5 being somewhat blocked. I was told to do a spinal block...stick a huge needle in my spine and this procedure is not guaranteed to work and if it does, needs to be repeated. I would much rather have thousands of tiny little needles all over my body!! IT WORKS!! After 5 treatments I most definitely feel the difference. Dr. Herrin has been wonderful. I started seeing her only about 3 weeks ago, with the hope of addressing a few of my health issues through acupuncture. Im a long-time believer in and advocate of acupuncture but it had been many years since I had seen anyone. Within about 3 to 4 sessions (and taking a supplement I also got from her) a chronic cough that Id had for 2 and a half years was almost entirely gone! Its amazing after all that time to feel like I can breathe so effortlessly again. (The cough, at times, had been the worst I could have imagined. It sent me to the emergency room last year, and multiple chest x-rays, a CT scan and an MRI all came up with no explanation.) After a couple weeks of treatment I also noticed a general feeling of wellness... a feeling I didnt even realize had been gone for so long! I highly recommend Dr. Herrin to anyone. Ive had a bad allergy for over a year that no one seems to be able to diagnose. Nothing seemed to help, not even perscription drugs - it would just come back. I started seeing Dr. Herrin because last year I was diagnosed with endometriosis and after the surgery I had I decided to try acupuncture and the Chinese herbal medicines. I had chronic lower back pain and very painful menstrual cramps. After a few sessions of acupuncture my lower back pain started feeling much better, and after doing the herbs for three months my period cramps are completely gone and I don’t have any cysts, as of now. Dr. Herrin has an amazing ability to practice acupuncture in such a precise and, successful level that I am no longer a skeptic. You see, for the last 2.5 months I have been dealing with agonizing pain due to two herniated discs and a pinched sciatic. I have been to the emergency room twice, had three Epidurals, attended daily physical therapy and have taken pain medication, and still none of these were able to remove my pain completely. I am writing this review for those people who havent been able to feel relief and are looking for something that can give them the abilities to carry out their daily routines in less pain and discomfort. I have been seeing Dr. Herrin weekly for over a year now. She is caring and really wants her patients to get better. She is also an expert in herbs which can heal almost any issue occurring in your body. Dr. Herrin has also been the first one to help me understand my issue and what is going on. I now have a deeper understanding of inflammation and blood flow and diet and how it is all very important. Once we are aware of what is going on, I feel it is a lot easier to deal with and treat the underlying problem. I was tired of masking the problem to just feel better for a day or two. Dr. Herrin has put an end to that and I cant imagine myself not going to get my weekly acupuncture.

I originally went for treatment of my hamstring. This was resolved by acupuncture. During my treatment, we discussed other issues, namely, constipation and reflux. Dr Herrin suggested a combination of Chinese herbs, probiotics and zinc. After several weeks both symptoms were greatly improved. I now use only the Chinese herbs and my symptoms have not returned.
