Neca is wonderful. Ive been seeing her for about 9 or 10 months now. First she helped me get back on my feet when I was having a lot of health issues with my stomach when my father passed away. Then my husband and I were trying to conceive and she helped with acupunture treatments to help me get pregnant. I am now pregnant with a healthy baby boy due in a few weeks. Ive kept going to stay healthy, shes helped with my anxiety as well. Shes very friendly and easy to talk to and she knows what shes doing.

I cannot say enough great things about Jade Wellness - Dr. Nascimento is phenomenal!!! She spent over 45 minutes discussing my medical history and concerns - my own GP doesnt do that! The acupuncture was NOT painful AND my lower back pain and stiff neck pain completely resolved within 24 hours.I do not want to take medication for my pain - I would to treat it holistically and Dr. Nascimento has helped me achieve this goal. Additionally, the location is calming - complete with soft beds, pillows, and blankets, as well as tranquil lighting and essential oils. You leave feeling rejuvenated and new. I cannot recommend this place enough! I look forward to more treatments to help me stay pain-free!

Dr. Eliziane is very knowledgeable with acupuncture. I was scared because Ive never had acupuncture done before. It was practically painless. I have chronic neck and wrist pains and I noticed that it reduce the pain after a few sessions. Acupuncture is also very relaxing, everytime I get it done, I fall asleep. The facility is clean and serene. I drive about 35 minutes every week to get it done. I recommend getting acupuncture done at Natural Healing Wellness Center!

This is long, but I have a lot to say. Had never done acupuncture, but have a friend who has been doing it for over thirty years. She was suddenly raving about a new acupuncture practitioner she found, and how important it is for the efficacy of the procedure to find the right person, and how wonderful Jade Wellness was for her.Being open-minded, but never having given much credence to the idea of acupuncture , my friend convinced me to go with her one day, and fast forward, this is my second year going, usually once a week. I just went this afternoon, and my session of over an hour felt like about five minutes, and I was completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I can really feel myself relax and my usually slightly rapid pulse slow down almost immediately. I dont go for specific ailments, just general relaxation to quiet a mind that is in constant overdrive. If I have specific issues from time to time, Eliziane adjusts my treatment accordingly. My friend goes for general well-being, but also for specific back and leg pains, and for occasional sleeping problems. She has done both acupuncture and cupping here. They offer many other treatments, but I have only done acupuncture, and the energy point analysis before each session.For the energy point analysis, you hold onto a metal bar, and an electronic sensor monitors energy levels at many points on both hands and feet. This is all connected to a computer program that produces an extensive graph of energy levels in various systems of the body. By now I have a good history of these readings as benchmarks of how Im doing, what my normal ranges are, and how they change according to what I do before the session and how Im feeling that day (e.g. going to the gym, eating a big meal, didnt sleep well, etc.) I find this history very helpful in focusing myself at the sessions and during the time in between them. Its been a great tool for awareness of thinking about how Im feeling in a way I never had before, and I think this has really improved the already very effective treatments I get here.Eliziane is delightful and caring, but what is most important, she is very good at what she does. She doesnt try to present acupuncture in metaphysical mumbo jumbo terms, but in a practical and rational way that is easily approachable/accessible to anyone.Finally, although this is the only acupuncture center I have tried, my acupuncture buddy and many other friends have told me her rates are VERY reasonable. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend Jade Wellness, whether youre a newbie like I was, or a seasoned veteran like my friend. It really has made a significant difference in my ability to be more focused and relaxed, and I believe the body/mind memory of the well-being I feel after each session becomes cumulative and has lasting positive effects.

When I first met with Neca for my consultation, she was very thorough with my health history and concerns, she is very friendly and professional and made me very comfortable getting my first ever acupuncture treatment, she is very gentle and knowledgeable, she made me feel at ease, so much so that I have made acupuncture part of my regular routine because not only is it extremely relaxing, but it really works. I have been going to Neca for over 2 years, and all of my friends that I have referred to her agree she is by far the best acupuncturist in the area.She has now opened her own practice, Jade Wellness, and lucky for me it is in Fort Lauderdale and closer to my house, centrally located on east Oakland Park Blvd. just west of Bayview, close to the Coral Ridge Mall. She is a true master therapist and has extensive Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge, she trained with eastern medicine (Chinese) healers. Michelle will use special techniques such as hot rocks and cupping if you need it. Cupping is what all the professional athletes are using, it helps reduce pain by loosening muscles, increasing blood flow, its an excellent treatment for high blood pressure, it promotes relaxation, boosts skin health, helps treat respiratory issues, colds, and improves digestion.These ladies can treat everything, I go regularly for neck and back ache, and they always leave me feeling like new. Also, I badly sprained my ankle earlier this year and I went to an orthopedic surgeon who said I just had to wait for it to heal, to ice it and try to keep of it, thats all he offered, he just said I had to wait it out and it would take months maybe even a year for it to heal, when I casually mentioned it to Neca and Michelle that my ankle was taking forever to heal they treated it with acupuncture and massage therapy and I saw immediate results, the swelling started going down faster, the pain wasnt as bad, and it started to heal. I truly believe that it was thanks to their therapy that the healing time was faster.They are all very professional and friendly, the clinic also offers Facials, B12 shots, skin care and weight management treatments, basically treatments for just about everything from sprains, to high blood pressure. Also they will work with your Insurance, it doesnt hurt to have them check, I had no idea my insurance covered acupuncture and therapy, but it does! I like the ease of making appointments, and they also open for a few hours on Saturdays.

I had my first and worse Trigeminal Neuralgia attack last April. I had been diagnosed with TN three years ago. Last April, was my first and worse attack ever. I could not open my eyes or speak. I had to be motionless. I was on my 5th day of TN attacks when a dear friend of mine that is a Homeopath and Skin Care Esthetician, Amalia Lacayo, who shares office space with Dr. Eliziane, mentioned that Dr. Eliziane had treated TN with Acupuncture.From the first session with Dr. Eliziane, the attacks stopped. It was my first time ever doing acupuncture and it was incredible how the TN attacks subsided after the first treatment. Jade Wellness, is my favorite place to find wellness. I didnt believe in Accupunture until I visited Eliziane and her wonderful team, specially Micheli, the most wonderful physiotherapist ever! My mom needs surgery in her spine and both knees. She is 71 and afraid of the surgeries. After being with Eli and Micheli, she felt the difference after 2 weeks! I was impressed!!! Actually, She is not taking pain killers as she usually did, the pain all over her body has improved that much that you can see how much her quality of life has been improved!
