If you want Pinterest worthy nails at affordable prices, Kelly at Timberline Nails and Spa is your girl!! She is so sweet, so professional, and really takes the time to do a good job. I’ve never had such beautiful acrylics in my life. They also have Food Network on the televisions so you can watch cooking shows while you get your manicure! This is my third time going and I will continue to be a regular here!

Kim did a French manicure service for me, nails turned out great! She was very nice, professional and I will return & ask for her. Very clean business.

Im getting my tattoos removed here and they are very fair about their prices. They are very pleasant people. I felt very comfortable before starting and through the entire process. Ive only been through one session and can definitely already see results. Im looking forward to going to my second session and after words before my third session I will post photos.

Glue all over, badly shaped, polish is sloppy. Im disappointed since the location is very convenient. I will need to try somewhere else next time. Now I need to see if I can fix this mess.

I was here to get my nails done for my wedding. After trying to explain that my toe nails weren’t completely painted in areas several times he began to get frustrated with me started speaking to all staff and they all started looking at my across the salon.No one was trying to make it right honestly. I finally in a very calm but upset voice said just take the polish off and I will go somewhere else. Again all staff stared at me while chatting to each other making me feel extremely uncomfortable.I got out of pedicure chair and stood by my mom (who was also In Getting her nails done) not knowing what to do next. Finally the same guy doing my toes begged me to grab another color (being that the first color was clumpy, not going on well) and sit back down. I finally sat back down as tears rolled down my face from being SOOO humiliated!! My fiancé reminded me later that I said the time before I would never go back here after they did they same thing once before but not as bad. I’m paying to have my nails done, not to have areas of my nails not painted. Nor to have staff humiliate me to the point I have tears rolling down my face 3 days before my wedding.

I wish I could review this place better as they’re right down the road. Their nail tech rubbed my nail beds raw using a nail file to remove my previous polish. They actually sting now!I know you guys are busy but please slow down. Sometimes it’s not worth trying to churn people through. Great service is key!

Very bad experience here. I went with my mom and aunt to have a spa day on vacation. During my appointment I was moved to a new area for no reason. I told them I wanted to see what shades of white they had and the lady just said you want white and started painting my nails. After going home my nails had black flecks all over them. The next day we called and scheduled to get them fixed. The lady was annoyed and only took off the top coat and repainted them making my nails very thick. I went home again and there were still black flecks on my nails. My mother and aunt also had similar issues. My aunt actually lives in Fort collins and said she will never go back. Worst experience I have had at a nails salon would not recommend.

I LOVE getting pedicures here. I consistently get amazing service with every employee, and Kim (my go to) is always so friendly and kind. I truly have never had a bad experience and I go about once a month! The even give you a drink (wine included) if you spend more than $45! This place doesn’t disappoint. Its so hard finding a good nail place especially for long nails. My best friend and I have tried every nail place in fort Collins and every place wouldnt do our nails as long as we wanted because they said they would look bad. Timberline is amazing, clean, and classy. Ive referred all of my friends and coworkers because theyre just amazing here!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst place to get your nails done. They ruined my first set. All of the nails were wavy and the lines weren’t straight. I went to get them fixed and they charged me for a new set. They were just as sloppy and the nail lady broke my skin with her file. She was extremely rough and I was passed around from nail tech to nail tech like they didn’t want to do my nails.

Go see Vinny at Timberline Nails and Spa off of Timberline because the females that work at this location have an attitude problem. I will never be returning here. I have been going to Vinny to have my eyebrows waxed, eyelash extensions, and nails for the last 2 years and he is AMAZING. Came here today and it was the biggest mistake of 2021.

I am SO impressed! I went to Emmy, she was so sweet and did the BEST NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD! And I mean it! She took her time but was fast and she did NOT make my nails thick and uneven like most places i have tried do. I will definitely be back to see her again!

The ladies there was so helpful and very nice. I received the Pearl pedicure and everything was absolutely so perfect all the way down to the massage. It was relaxing with my glass of wine. Will definitely be coming back ♥️ Thank you ladies ♥️

First time here and I loved it! Mike was extremely thorough and made sure each nail was perfect!Only complaint would be the price... $55 for a rebase. That’s more than I paid at another salon to get a full set from scratch.

My nail lady cute me so much and left my nails full of lines. They spoke another language to each other most of the time I was sitting there so no idea if they were talking about me.

I would give zero stars if I could. I took my daughter there on Saturday to get a full set of acrylic nails. She was so excited. The next day, Sunday one of them popped off. Took her back and it took over an hour to fix it. On the second day, Monday the rest popped off. She is so disappointed. How can a professional do such a bad job. I will not be going back.

DO NOT go here!!!!! I want to save you money and time! I’ve had two bad experiences here and this last one put me over the edge. I went in to get a dip manicure and they didn’t even fully remove the last dip before doing a botch job on my new dip. It honestly looks like a 3 year old did my nails and when I mentioned my concern, they did nothing but say they would take $5 off. They are uneven and not to mention, you can still see the other dip underneath. They also filed them down and they are jagged. I spent almost two hours and $50 and I am considering going to have them redone somewhere else. So disappointed.

I went here on the recommendation of a friend at work. I made an appointment online. I sat there for 15 mins past my appointment time. Besides that were great! Loved my manicure and pedicure. Then I went to check out. They charged me $54 dollars for a fill and $75 for my pedicure! I paid $45 for the original full set elsewhere. The pedicure I asked for said $54 dollars in their menu. I was so hungup on the cost of the fill that I didnt notice they over charged me for the pedicure too! Never going back.

Trash. Thats the best way to describe my experience here. I normally get a gel mani and pedi but didnt have time the day I went into Timberline Nails and Spa. All I had time was for a manicure. I was passed around between two different guys because I didnt have a gel polish in my hand and wasnt a high ticket customer this day. He cut two of my cuticles, didnt shape anything, messed up the clear coat and said go ahead, no charge today. What garbage. I literally walked out saying Im not sure what just happened. I wont ever go back to Timberline Nails.

There are not enough wonderful things to say about this salon....they offer great customer service with complimentary drinks upon arrival as well as an extremely stunning and contemporary ambiance. I also appreciate that they use disposable liners in their pedicure tubs! Not only have I found the best nail technician in town who takes gorgeous care of my nails, Mia, but the owner is also a very talented and creative artist; Ly has completely transformed my face with her amazing microblading technique and I will forever be grateful! I got my procedure done in November and they still look like the day I got them done. I will certainly be returning for more services and I’m excited to see what new procedures are offered in the future. :)

I made an appointment ahead of time and arrived five minutes early like recommended. I signed in, which was literally pointless because it looked like no one was even paying attention to that system. After 5-10 minutes someone finally asked why I was there so I told her and she was like okay and left. I continued to wait over 30-45 minutes. I was then going to be helped by a different technician then who I specifically asked for online. I got annoyed and left and being bounded around without consideration. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. They do not honor appointments and have terrible customer service. JUST AWFUL

My daughter and I had an appointment today for pedicures. They seated us without another person to do mine. I sat in cold water for 25 minutes while someone started her pedicure. We finally asked if they were going to start my pedicure, someone finally came out and said it would be a little bit longer for me while the whole time I was sitting in cold water. We finally had enough and told them we were leaving. We are repeat customers and today was an awful experience.. It’s not right to take walk ins and put off customers with appointments. Poor management on all ends. If someone would have communicated with us the issue we would have been fine, but they did not and let us just sit there ignoring my appointment. We always book the top of the line pedicure with shellac so we go in knowing we are going to spend top dollars for our services. We will not be back after the way we were treated today

I went to Timberline Spa with an appointment for dip nails. I was welcomed and helped quickly but the technician assigned to me seemed to be very inexperienced. He started using the dremel to remove my old dip and managed to slice the skin near the top of my nail on 4 of my 10 fingers. Only to see blood and wipe it off my finger with his glove that was covered in nail dust. I wanted to leave after the removal because I knew the dip application and shaping would not be up to my standards if the removal was going this poorly. But decided to give him a chance... because I needed my nails done. Two of my nails needed tips as they were previously broken. The tech asked me what size tips he should place and would hold it over my nail and ask if the size was okay before gluing! One tip was touching both sides of my skin and he looks at me and says “good”? Excuse me sir, isn’t that supposed to be your job? He then proceeds to cut them down with a small pair of scissors, not the usual clippers? Starts to cut the tip, and gets the underside of my finger in the blades before I had to stop him. Next, I picked 3 colors of dipping powder and wanted them applied according to a picture I had shown him. He had the picture in front of him, yet asked me before dipping every single nail if it was the correct color. Thankfully, another technician relieved him of his duties and asked him to go do a pedicure while she finished filing and shaping my nails. I am a new resident of Fort Collins and was looking for a new salon to call home as I consistently get my nails done. However I was VERY disappointed in this one. I received a $5 discount at checkout when I showed the receptionist the cuts on my fingers but he did not seem very concerned.

I would recommend Timberline Nails & Spa to everyone! They are the best- we had a party of 3 and Tony, Anna and Emmy took excellent care of us. The salon is beautiful, the pricing is great and the service was top notch. We will be going back!

There were 3 of us in our party. We reserved in advance. 1 of our party had to wait at least 15 minutes before their session. One of the chairs didnt work. The person had to maneuver them selves down in the chair for their treatment. It was very hard on his back.

I had my first appointment with Ly today and she was fantastic, I will be back. I was a little apprehensive about the cost but after I saw what she had done for me, I was impressed. She also offered lovely conversation and the time flew by. This was a great experience and my lashes are exactly what I’d been wanting. Had an appointment and I was served by Tiffany to remove off my old dip nails. She did an amazing job she listen to what I wanted. She gave me advice on how to take care of them and what to look for! Very kind very helpful..really awesome place.

I always see Tiffany for a dip manicure and I couldnt say enough good things. Im always asking for 5 different colors or something different and shes always willing to do whatever I want with no complaints. My manicures always last at least 3 weeks, if not 4+. Love this place!

I have been seeing Ly at Timberline Nails and Spa for microblading during the past few years. This spa is very clean, and was recently remodeled - it looks bright and modern, but is still very comfortable. Every employee Ive spoken to has been friendly and professional, too!The initial appointment I had was quite lengthy and thorough. Ly took her time to make sure that everything was perfect - her attention to detail is amazing. The initial microblading looked great for a long time, even though my skincare routine uses retinol, glycolic acid, and vitamin C (I try to keep those products off of my eyebrows, and I do use sunscreen daily).I have been back for two touch-up appointments. Each time, Ly makes sure to double check what I want and ask about any changes. Her work is really beautiful, I get lots of compliments on my brows. I cant imagine trusting anyone else with them.I highly recommend this spa, and Ly Nguyen, for your permanent makeup needs!

Ordered a gift certificate for my daughter-in-laws birthday on phone with owner/manager. He said all she would need to do is present the email confirmation of payment at her salon appointment. He debited my account for $80 and sent email. Daughter in Law made appointment and went to get ;nails done. She presented the email confirmation and they refused to take it and made her pay another $80....BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM???? Horrible because an extra $80 out of her budget wasnt convenient. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE I contacted owner/salon for refund since it was paid TWICE...refused. SCAM???? BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I had scheduled an appointment and showed them a picture of what I wanted. They said they couldn’t copy the picture because they didn’t know how even though it was something very simple and gave me something I didn’t ask for or show them. It was ugly. I do not recommend this place. At all!!

So the lady was really nice and the place was super clean. But she rushed my nails and I had to have her do it a couple times and after that I just wanted it over with. It was not worth $61 with lumps and bumps on the nails. Incomplete look. Overall terrible. I would never return. I am telling you guys. ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Beautiful and clean! They were able to get me in immediately. My nail tech was a younger woman who was kind and asked me questions about what I wanted done. Even though this was my first time there and I was only getting a natural nails manicure, she really took her time and was meticulous. When she took off my previous dip manicure she was careful not to grind my natural nail with the dremel. I live in Cheyenne and will plan my next manicure around my next trip to Fort Collins.

Ive sent my wife and daughters to this place many times hoping that the results would be different, unfortunately they are consistently disappointing! This last visit my wife had her nails redone twice and still came out deformed, crooked and discolored. They put playboy bunnies on my 17 year olds nails when she asked for stars and sparkles. My 10 year olds nails were just painted and looked like a 5 year old did them. I try to support neighborhood businesses but its very hard when you keep getting bad results!

I went in with a picture the woman that helped me said helped me pick my stuff the next said she couldnt do it and I needed to change to different material I said ok do what you think was best and I was told no because then I wont like it. Then told she had an appointment in 40min and she couldnt do it. So sad came because of Instagram.

Pedi was AMAZING but the nails/dip part was challenging. OVER PRICED. I did the coconut pedi and dip somehow I spend $100 WITHOUT TIP. It was shocking. I just wanted to get out of there after 2 hours. However,This is a very clean place and they offer great drinks while you relax.

I love my eye brows micro-blading experience at Timberline Nails! Ly was amazing! I had a wonderful free consultation where Ly reviewed the process with me, & she sketched my eyebrows on me so that I could see what they would look like. I then scheduled my micro blading appointment. The appointment went very smoothly and my eyebrows turned out amazing! I just had my touch up appointment after 4 weeks, and my eyebrows look even more perfect than they did initially! I am 52 years old & it is so nice to not have to draw my eyebrows on every morning, hoping that they don’t look different than the day before. This process is worth every penny! And you can place your trust in Ly to do a fabulous job!

I came in last week for a much needed pedi. This salon charges $25 for gel polish which is totally over priced. The whole pedi cost me $75 and the tech did a horrible job on my polish. It ran off my nails and she didnt fix it, instead she added another coat. So now the $25 gel polish I paid for looks like a 2 year old did it. Definitely not worth the money

I have been going to Timberline Nails for years! The staff is so sweet and kind.I did learn that making appointments online is the way to go. I have gotten my nails done by Mike the last few times and he does an incredible job and is gentle. He pays very close attention to detail and always wants you walking out looking your absolute best!!!

My 16-year-old daughter wanted to have her eyebrows micro-bladed for her birthday, and I was very skeptical of the process to the point where I wasnt going to let her get it done. Prior to the process, my husband and I went and spoke with Ly, the owner of the salon. Not only did she walk us through the process and make us feel comfortable, but I ended up getting my eyebrows done, too! And, a few weeks later, eyelash extensions. I really like Lys work, she is very detail oriented and a true artist. I highly recommend her!

I love getting pedicures, but only treat myself occasionly. Typically, I look for the inexpensive $25 pedicure offered at most of the nail salons in town. A few months back I was gifted a pedicure at this salon. It was incredible. Today, I decided to go back again - this time paying myself. I had gone online to their websites and looked around trying to find something that told me their prices. Unfortunately, nothing is available. Bottom line, it was much more expensive than I anticipated. If you have the money, though, it is definitely worth it. I chose one of the least expensive offers which was still about $45. The incredibly efficient staff offer a multitude of beverage options, including wine or beer. I opted for a glass of wine while I sat in a state-of-the-art massage chair and had one of the best pedicures available from a shell-shaped pearlised basin. My feet have enjoyed the ultimate pampering. The only reason I only have 4 stars is because pricing was not available on their website.

I visited this salon as an office team building event. They accommodated our group size for pedicures and manicures. I was very pleased with my technician. He was gentle and very detailed. My nails remained in excellent condition for three weeks.

WORTH THE READ IF YOU WANT TO GET ACRYLICS!!This was my first time going here so i was a little worried what to expected going to a new salon for acrylics and all. So i walk in and the place is gorgeous it looks exactly like the pictures (plus all the all people) clearly a very hot spot almost every chair was filled both for mani and pedi. I had checked in for my 3 pm appointment around 2:30 trying to get in a little early and the front desk guy was super sweet, he said they were a little behind and they would try to get me in as soon as possible. He gave me the gel colors that i had wanted and i was sat down at 2:45. Tiffany has done my nails, i had asked for a multi color triangle french tip, and was told it would be 80-90$ & you had to use powder? Last time i had gotten a triangle tip the person used gel and it looked beautiful so i was a little confused. I had ended up just getting the same multi color nails just all color instead of french. They look amazing, it was exactly what i wanted and she kept asking if the shape and length was correct. I’m only giving them 3 stars due to the 80-90$ for a french tip, and the fact that the prices are not on the website. a full set of acrylics is 61$!!!!
