Complete waste of time. They scheduled a visit with a PA for me when I explicitly said the visit was specifically a request for pain medication. I took 3 hours off of work unpaid since I had nearly an hour drive each way (since they couldnt get me in my local office) only to spend less than 5 minutes inside the office with the PA since she said there was nothing she could do for my request and that only a doctor could field that request. Why was this appointment even made then? This was a waste of everyones time. The PA Sunny Henrion couldnt have cared less and had zero bedside manner.On top of that they had the nerve to bill the visit as a long office visit to the insurance company which yields a higher rate of reimbursement even though I spent less than 5 minutes inside the office. They will be hearing from my insurance company as this is not accurate billing and suspect.If you have the option to go outside of UC Health do it for any specialty. All they care about is making money.Edit: In response to the below reply... I did call the office later that day and asked to speak to the clinic manager and was told she was on vacation for the next 2 weeks and so I emailed her since I was told she would be checking emails while she was out. I have yet to receive a response.

The admin here is awful. They are unprofessional and are unskilled at their job. Do NOT waste your time. They will only waste yours.

They literally dont even pretend to care about your health.
