Cameron was extremely detailed in his explanations on the benefits and how to put the Good Feet inserts in our shoes. No pressure and plenty of time to walk the inserts to try them out. Have them in my shoes right now and they feel great!

Typically I would give a 5 star for the Ft Collins location. However there was a different salesperson working there. Instead of getting me a new replacement set of supports, she tried to give me a used pair. I had to ask for the new pair.

Stopped by the Ft Collins store on Friday, explained my conditions to them. They did prints of my feet and come to the conclusion the arches in my feet are flatting out. So I came out of there with 2 sets of arch insoles one for work and one for when not at work. Its been a couple of days and definitely notice some difference the true test will be after the next couple weeks. Very nice people at that store to work with

Awesome service and very knowledgeable personnel! I went in there with snapping ankles and had difficulty with knee pain after hiking or climbing many flights of stairs. They mapped my foot pattern in how I walk and explained to me with great detail in why I was having the issue I did. After they provided me with inserts I noticed the difference immediately and the ankle snapping and knee pain is getting better and better each passing day as my body adjusts to my new posture.~Evan

Fantastic product, fantastic staff!! This is my 4 day wearing this product and my horrible back pain is pretty much gone! I know with in the next few days it will be completely eliminated. I started out with the 3rd step.. yes it was a little rough at first, it felt like I was walking on two golf balls!, had to take a few breaks from them once in awhile but I was was able to wear them 12 hours straight today and I feel great! I was walking past this store on Sunday afternoon when I was surprised to see it was open. I went in just to look. It is a small but attractive store with a small inventory of high-quality shoes at reasonable prices. you wont be overwhelmed by an enormous inventory of products. It is easy to locate something appropriate for your needs. Within 10 minutes I walked out of that store with the perfect brand make &size shoe. Many thanks to Heather who is an excellent sales woman. Nice place, kudos to Cameron for sharing his knowledge and experience during what had to be a very busy Saturday. So far I’m pleased with my insoles, hope they make the difference I am seeking. I would have given you a five star review other than the cost of my insoles. I have been in retail sales for the last 16 years and can’t even imagine the mark up you must have in these insoles. I’m relatively certain the insoles didn’t cost anywhere near $1,000 to make.

After having both knees replaced six weeks apart this summer, everything was on track until I developed a terrible case of achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis for the first time in my life. My doctor recommended more PT. Ugh. I’m sure it was from the knees finally being able to move correctly after so many years. I limped into the Good Feet store barely able to walk, with visions of all those Television ads I’d seen and went through the fitting process. Literally the first pair of orthotics they fitted me with gave me instant relief. I couldn’t believe it. It was an immediate 180 degree change. Pain went away. I was sold. Bought the three pack system. After two days, the tendon was completely calmed down and pain free. Heel pain gone too. I’m sold on this place now. We’re they cheap? No. I left spending $1200 for the set, insole pads, and a fantastic pair of supportive, correctly fitting shoes. The relief was worth it. They come with a lifetime of free replacements and recommend you come in every year for a check up to see if any changes are needed. Lastly, my feet being correctly aligned has made my knee replacements feel great. Post surgical pain reduced immediately and hips and back feel better too. I’m walking faster and without a limp. Just couldn’t be happier.

I came in to Good Feet with extreme foot pain. Within days of using my insoles, my feet felt so much better. I purchased insoles and shoes on my first visit. The staff are knowledgable and helpful. They always try to save me money any way they can. I wont buy shoes anywhere else and Ill never go without my insoles again!A few years later and I still feel the same way!

I walked slowly into the Good Feet Store with a significant amount of discomfort from planter fasciitis. After talking with the agent on duty and finding the exact problem with my foot pain. She then fitted me with the proper arch support inserts I needed and within 10 minutes I was walking fairly pain free and after a few days, the pain was gone. I could not walk more than 2 blocks without being in pain even though I had some old inserts from a different maker. Almost immediately I could feel some relief in the store but after a week I could walk however far I needed to walk. A year later they still make that possible and we have sent friends who have had the same experience. I am a real customer and this is a real story.

Cam is awesome!!! He assisted us months ago when my husband was fitted for his supports and he remembered us when we walked into the store for my first pair of supports. Cannot say enough good things about him and this store! They are awesome and we highly recommend them!

My good feet arch supports have contributed to the healing of my tight and rigid ankles. Between the arch supports, walking consistently, and doing reformer Pilates, I am back to almost a normal life. You have to not give up, and find what works for you, and then be consistent as it takes time. I was hoping my pain would be gone overnight as some of the commercials indicated, but it was not. However, I didn’t give up, I kept up with it, and now I am seeing the results.

My arches / plantar fasciitis were really hurting. Now they dont hurt, as much, working on them not to hurt. Love the support I get with the arch support.

I’ve had very high arches and foot pain for most of my life. Tried Dr Scholl’s arch supports and have had two surgeries for bone spurs. My experience with Annabelle at Good Feet was extraordinary. She listened carefully to what I told her, and explained things to me that helped me understand how GF inserts would affect how my feet function and also how that would affect my spine, hips etc.I tried on two types of athletic shoes that she recommended...one pair felt like comfy bedroom slippers and the other pair was very comfortable and also quite attractive. I could tell immediately that my feet were well supported, and the big gap where my instep needed support felt great.I’m quite pleased with my experience at Good Feet and only wish I had gone there sooner. The inserts are expensive, but well worth the cost!

Cameron was very attentive to my needs being met and has been very helpful. The price was a little bit of a shocker but to be out of pain Im giving it a try. Ive been dealing with plantar fasciitis for about a year and a half now and spend about 12 to 15 hours a day on my feet. Its been a rough adjustment trying to get used to the strengtheners (step 1) but my heels arent hurting near where they were!!

I am so thankful to have found The Good Feet Store. I tested out my new orthotics over the weekend, and noticed an immediate difference, with less pain in both feet. I wore them to work the past two days, and noticed how much better my feet felt during the day, in the evening, and also the next morning. Proper support makes all the difference. The arch supports from the Good Feet store have helped my feet heal from plantar fasciitis. I live far away from the Colorado store and they are very helpful and accommodating in getting replacement supports mailed to me. The staff are pleasant and friendly. I DO recommend the Good Feet store and product to everyone I know.

I purchased supports from the good feet store. After quite a bit of discomfort and being told to wait for the arch supports to break in, I visited a podiatrist, who told me the good feet supports were making my problems worse. The podiatrist provided a simple $30 dollar support to relieve my issues. So even without insurance, the podiatrist would be MUCH cheaper than good feet.I then visited the store to return by supports.Initially, they refused to accommodate a return because I did not wait the required time and did not allow the consultants to do two adjustments (which is basically just adjusting the size). After lots of persistence on my part and phone calls, I was allowed to return the arch supports.Contrary to the posted terms, I was told I could only exchange my supports for shoes (no in store credit). This meant I had to pick several pairs of shoes from a limited selection. I wanted credit since I did not need several pairs of shoes, especially from a brand I had little experience with. I ended up talking with corporate and regional customer service.I finally was able to get store credit if I purchased at least one pair of shoes. However, I was never offered a full in store credit which is the posted policy so beware.If you find the supports dont work for you, please be advised you will be out a lot of money since they charge a 12% service fee and dont accept returns on some items at all!I strongly recommend if you have foot/knee/back pain, visit a doctor. I learned the hard way. If you read the fine print on the Good Feet forms, they also say they are not doctors and cannot be held responsible for their actions?Just read all the fine print on returns. If the store was confident in their product, why would they need such a customer unfriendly return policy?

Been using the Good Feet store for 6 years. It is easy and they can fit to work for you. You will save money over store bought orthotics.

I have been going to the good feet store since 2012 and I have not found any relief whatsoever. Cameron, at the store in Fort Collins Colorado has helped me the most and is a great character but the orthotics themselves just are not doing the job. My feet hurt all the time.

The Good Feet store has always treated me right. I haven’t been in for a few years, had some old maintainers that had flattened out and I knew I needed some new ones. I was worried what I’d have to pay for new ones, but I came in, got measured, turns out my old ones were two sizes too small, and they gave me a new pair and sent me out the door for free. Great people that care about your needs, not your dollars.

I was skeptical at first but went ahead and made the investment a year ago. My feet feel so much better. I went back today one year later for replacements and received excellent service. The people and products have far exceeded my expectations.

Great experience! Excellent customer service! My feet and back have never felt better. I can now do more of the things I enjoy doing living in Colorado.

I bought the set of 3 for $990. They have not helped my foot, and actually cause more pain every time Ive tried to wear them. My condition worsened after wearing them for several weeks. Now seeing a podiatrist, recently got steroid injection which helped much. Also using different orthothic recommended by podiatrist that works better for my foot for $45. Other reviewers post good experience with Good Feet orthotics, but not in my case.

Updated:I originally rated them one star for the reason below the line. After I posted this review, they reached out to me and discussed what went on. They really did work to resolve the issue. In short, they sent me a different pair of shoes - the model of my old pair of shoes I was very pleased with in the past. They shipped them to me free of charge and told me to keep the other pair of shoes and donate them or something.Their patented system for telling what your feet need seems unreliable and like garbage to me, so I couldnt increase the rating above three stars even though their customer service made me want to.=========I went to the store when traveling. The service was a little slow, but the salesman was helping another customer so I supposed he didnt want to split attention.When I was seen I was told to walk over their foot mapping tool. When I did so I was told I did not have flat feet. I told the salesman that contradicts what my podiatrist told me a number of years ago. The salesman said, Well, you do not have flat feet.When I looked at shoes, the options were limited. I was told that if the shoes did not feel good I could return them to any Good Feet store in my home town and choose a different pair as long as I did so within a month. Well, that is not true! That guarantee, according to my local store is only with their arch supports, not their shoes.I now own a very expensive pair of shoes that hurt my feet after two days of wearing them. I do not trust their patented method of mapping your feet to match the shoe you need.

Wow! The fitting process went great and while it has been only 3 days, the pain in my heels seems to be diminishing. Id tried every Dr. Scholls insert and they just didnt work for me. I know they do work for some. Good Feet insoles are not inexpensive, but so far they are working really well for me.

During my interview with Cameron 2 weeks ago he told me a lot about the company, the products that they carried, and the roles and responsibilities I would have if hired for a customer service associate position. He explained why Good Feet orthotics are so effective and it was obvious to tell that he stood behind their products 100%. After being hired I started learning more about Good Feet only to discover everything Cameron told me was true; the company is honest and sells products that will help people live a more enjoyable/comfortable life.

UPDATE: I have given up on this place. I truly feel that they have damaged my feet far more than they have helped. Each time I am convinced to have my supports readjusted, my feet end up worse than before. These have caused my supination to become far more severe and painful then when I started this journey. The staff makes you feel good by letting you know that there’s a lifetime warranty, and encouraging you to just keep trying them because eventually they’ll work great. Once you get to the point of hardly being able to walk and decide to give up, they inform you that they have a 90 day return policy. This store left me $2000 broker and in far more pain than when I first got there. I am leaving a 2 star review because I still stand by my original review, the kindness of the staff is great. It’s just the product and policies that lack.

The good feet is a life-changing experience. For about two years I walked around in complete pain standing 12 hours on concrete by the end of the day I could barely get out of my car and walk into my house. I’ve been to numerous doctors and they told me I had plantar fasciitis. Finally they had me go to a physical therapist to find out that I had tightness in my calf which was causing all the pain in my foot it literally felt like I sprained my ankle every day. Eating 8 to 9 Advil a day just to be able to function it was brutal and not a fun experience . I’ve seen all the commercials on TV about Ed McCaffrey and the good feet . While I was doing physical therapy. I stopped in there just to see what it was all about. As I continue to do physical therapy and my calf begin to loosen up and I could manage to stand on my foot for 3,4,6,8,12 hours with out any pain.I bought the good feet insoles prior to that to help me get there. I got to tell you it was one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my life couldn’t be more happier. If you’re dealing with pain in your feet you need to go see these people great staff. Truly enjoy them and to see their smiling faces and how good they take care of people. Go see them.

I went in to the store for the first time. After telling me about the product, and how they would help me, I was quoted a price of close to $500.00. When I expressed that was a little over my budget currently, the salesman just got up and left me. Instead of speaking to me as I was putting on my shoes etc...I felt that I was at a used car dealership with a deal gone bad.I walked out feeling that since I would not hand over 500.00 I was not a worthy customer. Too bad as I would have gone back. Instead I ordered a pair on line with amazing customer service from another company.

Having foot issues for years; 20 years Air Force Flight line, and a back injury, I’ve tried other orthotics with minimal relief. Good Feet came to the rescue! Some of my peripheral neuropathy pains have eased, I knew they wouldn’t be total pain relief but in just a few short days I’m able to make nearly full strides! Thank You, The Good Feet Store! I’ve been very disappointed by the good feet store in Fort Collins. ALL of their products are VERY expensive and sales pitches very “gimmicky”. I was in so much pain from my plantar fasciitis that I bought into the gimmicks but have had little to no relief from their “custom” orthotics, despite trying many different ones. I would highly recommend going to a podiatrist if you have serious foot problems. Your money would be better spent on professional help.

Okay, I was skeptical. But, I did not want to go through the pain of plantar fasciitis again, and I was feeling the symptoms of pain in my heal. I went to the store and everything I was told made sense. I bought into the whole package, and paid with it with my HSA. Now, it is only a few days later, but my feet have not felt this good in over a year. I will keep up the regimen, and well see. But, so far it seems to really be working.

Went to this store, not very big. I was the only customer and the sales person didn’t have the time of day for me. He got me one pair of shoes to try - didn’t help at all. He kept going over to his computer and then to the back. I asked about shoe lifts and he just pointed to some on a shelf. Needless to say I left. Will never return.

In November 2014, I had Planter Fasciitis so bad that my feet and all the way up into my legs hurt so bad that I felt like using a wheel chair to get around. To make matters worse, we had a trip pre-scheduled whereby I had to do a lot of walking and could not get out of this trip. While on this trip, I was miserable and did a lot of sitting where ever I could. The day after we got back from this trip I went to the Fort Collins Colorado Good Feet Store and was meet by the Store Manager by the name of Brian. This manager assured me that he could help me (even though I was using doctor prescribed shoe arch supports) - Brian did some testing and fitting and we ended up purchasing a few different arch supports including a very fine pair of shoes (this was also a great purchase). By the very next day I could literally run again and did! By the time two days had past Brain called me and asked about my pain - I told him that I had none. Thanks Brian!!
