I started personal nutrition coaching with Ann because of some issues Id been having with my GI health. She helped me identify and rule out potential triggers for my symptoms, and gave me great ideas for how to work around my trigger foods. Beyond my specific GI concerns, she also helped me gain new strategies to deal with emotional eating and snacking that have been an issue for me for some time. What I most appreciate about Ann is that she takes a holistic view of your health - nutrition is a big piece of the pie, but she also helped me consider other factors like managing stress and exercise as part of the puzzle. I highly recommend Ann to anyone looking to get a better handle on their health!

Ann was great to work with! She spent time understanding my goals, concerns and questions. And then she helped me understand various aspects of nutrition as well as fueling for exercise which helped very much. And she did it all in a way that was very easy to understand and implement. Thanks!

Ive had anxiety around food for as long as I can remember because of dietary restrictions and eating habits, but Ann helped me work through that anxiety! I think the most important thing that Ann provided me through my one-on-one consultations with her was the confidence and knowledge of picking and consuming foods that work specifically for me! 10/10 would recommend both her Meal Guides and her one-on-one coaching sessions!

I subscribe to Ann’s meal guide with weekly recipes. We are eating better than ever, and my husband raves about my cooking. The food is delicious and has a nice variety. Our grocery/food costs have actually gone down because we make better use of our budget. We eat at home more by choice—it tastes better and is healthier than meals we would eat out. There is also the peace of mind that comes from having a registered dietitian providing menus that are well balanced according to the FDA My Plate. I highly recommend Ann’s meal guide and personal advice. She’s made cooking a joy.

Annes meal guides have been exactly what we needed. They helped us break out of our routine and get in the habit of homemade. The way she has them set up have also helped us reduce food waste. Ive never been able to buy so much fresh produce for our family of 2 without having to inevitably compost a large portion that went bad.I also love how accessible Anne makes the recipes. This subscriptions would make a great gift for a new grad to help them explore cooking and shopping on their own for the first time.

Anns meal guides are great! Tasty food and she gives you a grocery list for the whole week! Meals are seasonal so were getting what our boddies need as the seasons change. She also gives great advice on personal meal planning. Highly recommended 👍🏽

Ann became my diabetes educator at one of the lowest points in my life in July 2019. I had been misdiagnosed as a type 2 diabetic for over 20 years and ultimately was hospitalized twice, early 2019. Once I was properly diagnosed as a Type one diabetic I was referred to Ann. In the past 6 months she has helped me regain my health in ways I couldn’t have imagined!! She helped me understand food is my medicine and I eat fruit and carbs now without fear!! Ann has incredible knowledge and good sense. I couldn’t recommend her more!

The Peas and Hoppy Meal guides have transformed my weekly grocery shopping and meal planning! I love being able to eat healthy while also having the convenience of a pre-planned meal guide. My husband is a vegetarian, and Ann is so great at customizing meal plans for any special dietary needs!

I get the Peas and Hoppy Meals Guide, which is a weekly meal planning service, so thats what this review is for. I like the variety, and especially thats its always a complete meal, based on the USDA myplate recommendations. Everything Ive made has tasted good and my kids have happily eaten it! I feel good knowing that the recipes are nutritionally balanced and Im fitting in more veggies for my family. The recipes themselves are easy to read and print off if I want a paper copy. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, with lots of tips on how to save time if youre not an experienced cook. My family has loved the broccoli rice casserole that I served with salmon and the tilapia with mango salsa and cilantro lime black beans.I initially signed up for a year, and I have to say that its really an excellent value and plan on keeping up my subscription indefinitely. I certainly recommend it!One thing Id love to see is a subscriber-only webpage where we can access all the recipes if we want or a book I could buy.
