Super clean!!!! Checked temp at door, had masks on...and aso helped me a lot. Also wiping things down and kept checking to see if I was compterable and just all around very sweet people. After dealing with other places....I highly recommend this place and its way safer than going to PVH where they have Covid cases! Thanks yall!

The lady facilitating the MRI was amazing. Checked in regularly giving updates on how much longer it would be, and overall was comforting and welcoming. Made the process as smooth as I think an MRI can get!

Not my first MRI . I was too large apparently to fit properly and needed to be removed during the procedure as the my arm was getting warm. There was very limited communication from the staff , I had no idea how much longer I had in the MRI. it would have been very helpful having this information, as such a confined space is very uncomfortable. For me it would have been comforting to hear from the staff. Overall its an MRI so its not fun, but the difference in a reasonable and uncomfortable procedure is the staff.

I hate this facility. The desk staff are terrible. The way they treat you is very disrespectful. I would never go back to this facility. I usually go to harmony imaging center, but the spine center of orthopaedics guys referred me to this s**t place. NEVER EVER GO THERE.

Staff was very professional. Got me in quick and procedure was done smoothly with no issues. Very easy process once insurance approved it.

Very patient staff. I was terrified of having an MRI and they were so patient with me. Thank you!
