I got my first massage ever at Take Five and had a wonderful experience! Nicole Burdine is an amazing masseuse, She can find where you are tight and sore quickly and apply some very advanced therapeutic techniques for pain relief.The setting was very comforting, relaxing, soothing, calm, and quiet. I had a massage a couple of weeks ago with Tad.. My first massage in 5 years. He was kind, knowledgable, and out-of-freaking-sight! Tension that I carry from having a desk job was released... It was a great experience. Not to mention, it was very informative- learning about muscle patterns and how those groups work together. I have my next massage this Friday and I cant wait!

I had two massages at Take Five, and was really disappointed each time. I am pregnant, and was told that Take Five has therapists that are experienced with prenatal massage and have prenatal pillows. A prenatal pillow was nonexistant the first time, and extremely inadequate the second time (I had to remove it it was so uncomfortable). The actual therapists - the first time was absolutely inexperienced with prenatal and was poor, and the second therapist was better but the experience was ruined by the uncomfortable pillow. Too bad!
