Best massage Ive received yet 🤤A one hour body massage with oil, $55 before tip. Worth it completely! I found my masseuse, Julie, to be more than excellent! I enjoy a quite experience and the hot stone segment was very new to me!Anyhow, very lovely and I suggest anyone else go visit if theyre considering it.

My husband and I love Ru Yi Massage. They are very professional and their prices are great. We always walk out feeling super relaxed. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of some stress relief and/or pain relief.

The prices are fair and you can often just walk-in and be seen pretty quickly. The masseuses vary in quality but everyone is still good at the worst and excellent at best. Atmosphere is calm and quiet and Id recommend Ru Yi for anyone looking for hot stone massage, straight-up back massages, and full body massage.Never felt uncomfortable in this facility either.

Came in for a 30 min foot massage for myself and the $45 special for my husband. We told them twice what we wanted. I paid for both at the end of my foot massage (with a $20 tip added mind you) then proceeded to leave before my husband to get a pedicure down the street.Came back to find they charged us incorrectly then refused to fix the problem. My husband sat there for 30 minutes waiting on the other half of his special and no one bothered to ask why he was still there.. The woman at the front then argued with us and told us it was our fault. Rude with serious communication issues. Poor customer service and overpriced considering I paid for something that wasnt even provided. Do not reccomend and will not return.I dont normally leave poor reviews but this was abysmal.

I have been going to the Loveland store on a weekly basis. My regular masseuse is fantastic. I have been in Arizona a while. While there I had a regular masseuse who is very very good. But she did not come close to the massage and personal attention that I get at the Loveland store. I have a friend that I am going to take to the fort Collins or an introduce her to them. She is not going to be traveling to Loveland for massages. What can I say shes at fort Collins gal.

I’m usually go to this place, we love the massages and the people over there, but the last time, when I was trying to pay the women on the reception was so angry with me for the tip that I gave , it was more than 20% of the total amount and she told me to add more money, I don’t know how the owner of this place pay to their people, who is doing all the work, but for sure is only tips, so they (the owner) in pretty sure that pass the payment of their employees to the customers and that is so unfair, . and the government or the chamber of commerce o who is in charge of this, need to check this place about it…….you, as a place to give a service cannot ask for add more tip, that is rude and creates a bad felling and tension, so instead of say that your massage is with discount and at the end argues with the client about the tip, advertise the real price for the massages and pay well to the employeesI love the place but I’m not sure if I come back again! :(

Went here on a whim on 10/20/20 in the afternoon because my last massage place is no longer in business. Was hesitant on what kind of massage I would receive due to the stigma on some Asian massage businesses. This is not one of those places. I was greeted by a young woman when I entered and settled on the 60 minute massage. I ended up changing to 90 minutes during the massage. My masseuse was amazing and was able to get the kinks, knots and stress out of me without me telling her what hurt. I didn’t think such a small woman would be able to apply such intense pressure but she was very skilled and awesome with her hands and elbows. The hot stone treatment was new to me and the heat from the stones really helped my muscles relax to be worked out. I left feeling better than I have in some years. The rates are similar or cheaper than what others charge. I will be going back.

It was still a good massage but I wish I would have had a better result. The two guys with me had a 5 star experience though. It was one of their first times and he said it was amazing. We will definitely return but I will ask for a lady next time.

This is place is great ! Prices are reasonable. Mostly I stop in for a quick chair massage which is kinda weird because they started putting a scratchy towel on your shoulders and massage through the towel however it is still helpful to release tensions. I have also tried the 30 min foot with 30 min body but it was more annoying than anything as you still ran into a room to disrobe for 30 min, not what I expected. The 60 min regular massage is just what you would expect and they throw in a bit of hot stone. I give it 5 stars for being reasonable and clean.

Ask for a one hour foot massage and you get a full body treatment for the best price in town. It’s walk in so you can treat yourself spontaneously! I’ve been coming here for years! So good!

I called 10 am and made a 2pm appointment for my wife and myself. Showed up waited 30 min and then were taken back for foot massage and back massage 30 min each. . After the foot massage 30 min they told me that that three people came in and wanted a message so I was done. Then they claimed I never made an appointment. I’ve never been treated so badly by any business! They said that 3 people is more money so if I want 30 more minutes it will cost me 200.00 more. They still think they live in China? This place also smelled like dead rodents. Do not wastes your time, absolute crooks.

Deep tissue is on point!

Best experience Ive ever had. They ask you how hard you want it and they rub every inch of your body. They said $90 on the phone but it was $100 for couples massage. Probably the oils. Not a big deal, worth every penny.

Dont go if they are busy. My massage was interrupted 3 times while she ran to wait on other people coming in the door. The couple who came in after me got waited on first and were never interrupted. When she left a fourth time after smacking my head as she clearly was not focused on my massage, I ended it. They brought a guy in, did not have my shoes on, he sat where I sat, never changed towels and he put his feet in the tub of water where my feet were. Aaah! I guess I drew the short straw today! I can appreciate, were busy, can you come back? When Tina and James ran this place, never had a problem. Its hit and miss service now. Not recommending today.

You get what you pay for - the prices are extremely low for the area, but it is noticeable in their service. I got a 30 minute foot massage since it was my first time and I wanted to try it out. They started rubbing my whole face before anything else which was rather odd. My masseuse either didn’t speak English or didn’t want to talk, as I never got her name, never got asked if pressure was ok, or if I had any spots I wanted focused on. After the face rub down she did a bit of shoulder massage and then onto my feet. For a “foot massage” I was not impressed... I came in with bad foot pain and she didn’t apply much pressure at all and never asked. The center of my foot was barely touched (where I have pain) and she spent more time pulling my toes than massaging. Finally there was a brief leg massage and then she pulled a cover off my eyes and gave me a thumbs up and left. The massage was a little under 25 minutes long, and they have a sign at the front asking people to tip $8-$10 for a foot massage. No thanks.

I’ve been here once, thought I’d post asap while it’s fresh in my mind. They didn’t speak English very well but they’re very kind and patient. There is very little talking, no intake form, and no one asks what you need or what you need to avoid. In my case that was fine.I had the one hour foot massage. A “foot massage” is a full body massage in a public room with other people getting the same thing. Through your clothing. Wear loose clothing. It reminded me of some Shiatsu treatments I have had.They do the front, including your forehead and temples, while your feet soak in warm water. The foot massage part is heavenly. Then you turn over and your whole back is massaged.The guy at the table next to me fell asleep during his treatment and snored. It was funny.I saw regular private massage rooms too, so I assume you can get different kinds of massage.I got the one hour foot massage for $32 and I added a $20 tip because i am a good tipper in general but also i think he deserved it.I get professional swedish style massage monthly, and it’s different but just as good. I’m going to include this into my routine. My masseur was Kevin.

Went in with a stiff, sore neck, and came out as if nothing ever happened; was able to move easily with full range of motion. Highly recommend Peter or Ivy. Excellent value for the price. In a good location. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, tranquil, and nicely decorated with robes/slippers in private rooms. Cannot wait to come back!

Went to a Chinese massage place in Aurora for $20 and this one is very similar and has a little higher price but very nice people.

They are under new ownership and many girls (who were awesome) have either left or been let go. They lost their best massage therapists! Disappointed.
