Im a long-time customer of Heidi and she definitely is the best! She can tell (feel) where there are knots and problem areas even when sometimes I am not aware of them. And for the times I come in with sore muscles, she makes them feel better and helps with recovery time.There was one time when I did a 4200-mile cross-country, self-supported bicycle race, and got Shermers Neck after 3100 miles. During the final week of the race and the five days after until I saw Heidi, I literally could not pick up my head for more than a few seconds at a time. Shermers Neck supposedly can take up to a few weeks to heal on its own, but the day after Heidi worked on my neck for much of the 90-minute session, I could hold up and turn my head much better already. That was the biggest miracle Heidi performed on me, but there have been others.In addition to being very skillful, Heidi is super pleasant to be around and to talk with. She has a very pleasing voice, is a great listener, and has given me some great advice and thoughts on life!In conclusion, Heidi is the only massage therapist I go to nowadays, and I wholly endorse her services.
