Sarah is wonderful. She is reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and really good at what she does. I am a professional musician and private teacher. I also do weight training 3 times per week, so I am hard on my body most of my waking hours. Sarah listens carefully and is incredibly present. She always knows just what to do to get me back to being pain free and at my best.

To date, Epoch is my FAVORITE massage place. Even though I now live across the country, I try to squeeze in an appointment during my visits back to Colorado if at all possible.Very knowledgeable and listens well to any concerns or pains I have.

Sarah is incredible! I love deep tissue massage but being on the thinner side, I do not always enjoy having elbows dug into my muscles. Sarah recommended trying the Ashiatsu barefoot massage and holy wow! It is so effective at releasing tension and pain without the discomfort of sharp elbows. Every time I get off the table I feel several inches taller, free of pain and tension, and SOOOO relaxed! The best part is that the results last longer for me than traditional massage. I highly recommend giving Ashiatsu a try!
