I have always had a good experience at this facility, and have been a patient with them since 2002. I highly recommend this office and its staff.

My recent doctor visit was very good. The staff were very friendly and did their jobs well. Doctor Unger helped me with my questions and took time to explain things in detail.

Her staff is friendly, the office is pleasant, and she is on top of her game. I see this when the person loves what they are doing! I feel safe with her, something that is absolutely essential after being injured for life four and a half years ago. It was a routine dental procedure but she burned the nerves in my mouth, something that cant be fixed. However, she, the endodontists, and the pain management doctors continued to injure me more. I have had fifty-five surgeries and procedures, brutal ones in the four and a half years. I now live with chronic pain, trauma, and anxiety. Each time I trusted them they made it worse and I was out of element in the dental field never having any issues with my teeth. I cant tell you how horrible this has been. Eating, talking all cause flare-ups. My neck, shoulders, and my jaw were compromised from all those surgeries and procedures that required my mouth to be open for up to three hours for some of them. She has helped me using osteopathic manipulation to ease the tension I carry. I am greeted with respect and compassion from her. I never feel anxious knowing she understands what happened and how much she wants to help. She lowers the lights and plays soothing music. I look forward to my appointments knowing I am safe. I highly recommend her as a knowledgeable doctor that understands and hears the patients concerns, using alternative methods that have no side effects. After a consultation to establish care, I was deeply disturbed by her rude and condensending attitude. She was aware of what has happened to me in the past almost five years by the dental and medical field here. She was not flexible in the least or willing to listen with her heart. I dont need another obnoxious doctor telling me what I should be doing. I am 70 yrs old and know my body. To be treated like an idiot is wrong on every level. If I feel better on hormone replacement and she doesnt want to do it, thats okay. I honor that. However, to tell me that its best to let nature to take over is not acceptable. I am living in constant pain because of doctors like this and refuse to let any of them that are like this to treat me. They put everyone in a box, regardless of their uniqueness and think thats going to work. I am living proof that doesnt work. I left there feeling hurt, not heard which is what started this pain, and triggered by her words. Doctors need to listen to their patients and do their best to assist them in the healing journey. I didnt ask for pain medication, I am unable to sleep with this pain and she was not open to that. Its 5 mg of Ambien, something dangerous, for every woman that has insomnia. Period, end of discussion. No thank you. It wounded me.

I Love this Place. These people are the nicest people around !! I am 61 years old and moved here over 16 years ago from Iowa. In my Lifetime I have never been to a More caring Doctors Office EVER. A little over 2 years ago I had to leave this office because of my insurance. And now I am able to come back and they treat me like Family. And I absolutely Love Dr. Reider. He is the kind of Guy youd just like to hang around with. i would Absolutely recommend this Office to Everyone. And I would personally like to thank them All.

As a new patient I couldn’t of asked for a better Doctors Facility for me or my children. They have been excellent from the start. Very friendly and caring people. Follow up is excellent and I love the online portal to view my appts and medical records. Highly recommend this office and their staff. They take the time to get to know you and listen to you. Not a rushed feeling but not a wait around in a room for 30 minutes before being seen felling either. No going from here to there for any kind of services as most are all done in the same facility. Test results are also super fast. Highly recommend Jennifer as your primary here and Ronny for any dietary needs. Both excellent and very friendly caring woman.

Dr Mellyna McGlothlin at the Oakridge office was very open to discussing my concerns at my visit. She had already looked up my records and was prepared to make suggestions for any tests/ vaccines I would need. She gave her input about my concerns and did a thorough systems check. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Family Doctor. She also has her DO, so can work with you on orthopedic problems. I look forward to trying these techniques out!

Absolutely horrible. No care. This is a business that is only concerned about making money. They will dismiss sick patients to make room for easier money. If you care about your family you will go somewhere else.

Dr Mellyna McGlothlin is incredible!I have only met her once but she has won me over as a primary care physician. I went in for a new symptom that turned out to be a medication side effect, but I was basically just going in for that one issue unrelated to the rest of my medical issues. I was planning on pretty much only discussing that (doctors rarely dig through your medical history or ask about other aspects of your health unless they have to), but she dug through my entire medical history and narrowed in on my recent decline in my autoimmune disease the past few months-and she really dug up some potential underlying factors in my decline. I started following some of that advice and am seeing some improvements, so she could very well be right in her hypothesis! Im just amazed that she cared to tackle my history when I didnt ask her to, and that she thinks outside the box and cares enough to pinpoint root/underlying causes to disease. Very impressed!Edit months later: she ended up being right about what she suspected!

Dont waste your money or time worst care I have got in years. They just are in it for the money. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Buyer be ware, they will keep bringing you in for more tests without answers just to get that$$$$$$.

Though I started with AFM 40 years ago my current physician, Dr. Weiskittel, has consistently taken the time to patiently listen to my expainations and to explain the medical perspective.

If I could give less than one star I would. I had some simple blood work done, and even though this office is covered by my insurance they sent my labs to an out of network lab. Now Im on the hook for $350 for two blood tests.

Receptionist was clearly confused and not very knowledgeable. Could barely seem to get an appt set up.

I have been going to the Harmony/Timberline location for about 15 years. Im not certain when it changed to Associates. I have always loved my doctors, Monice is my primary and I see Quincey too, and I have always felt comfortable going in. They are so kind and helpful. I went to the South location today and recieved the same care I would elsewhere in their branches.Billing is never great anywhere. I have Medicaid currently so its easy for me in that respect. I dont think the office would purposefully bill patients incorrectly, and honestly its not their fault the billing system is complicated.Sometimes I go in stressed out over an intense cold or flu and they sit and talk to me about practical ways to solve it without spending tons of money or taking too much medicine. I think it takes time to develop a relationship with doctors and nurses. Im sure a lot of people bounce around from practice-to-practice demanding immediate over-the-top care. I think practices are probably just being cautious with new unknown patients.

I was greeted very kindly by all the staff, all of the nurses were very kind and thorough.

Just called to make an appointment and was hung up on twice! Spent almost half an hour on hold combined time just to have someone pick up and hang up before I could even say hello.

Not a fan of this practice! Never addressed my pain in my chest, nor feel around muscle that was hurting and past me off to a GI!
