Beware: I was given an unmasked, unvaccinated student for a massage. I would not have known had I not asked. I left as soon as I learned this. I work with immunocompromised people and do not appreciate being put at risk, or putting them at risk, in this way. I have loved this school but will not be back. Unethical way to operate.

IBMC is a waste of your money if you’re going for Cosmetology. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Victoria James Salon Spa School over IBMC any day. You could NOT pay me to go to any of their locations. You will get unprofessionalism from the teachers, staff, and the Dean. Please DO NOT waste your time or hard earned money here. You will regret it. Once again, I recommend Victoria James to go to if you want a REAL cosmetology education and professionalism. I don’t know how ibmc still has a cosmetology program, their program sucks!

This is coming in a bit late, my husband and myself recently moved to Colorado from Hawaii and we’re In need of a haircut. So glad we found Tracy at the helm, Miranda and Xavier ( Hope I got that right)! Everyone was friendly & professional but willing to have fun. Scheduling again soon as this school will be our go to! I have never had a worse haircut in my life. I asked for 3” and she cut off more than 6”! Tiffany was unprofessional and was coughing the entire time. She was paying more attention to the other hair dressers pulling apart a manikin head than my haircut. I understand this is a training school, but I believe some level of competence should be required.I got a better haircut at Sports Clips from people who don’t cut women’s hair than I did here.Biggest waste of 2 HOURS and $11 I have ever spent in my life. 0/10 would recommend Tiffany as a stylist, avoid at all costs!

Such a wonderful small, close-knit community of staff and students! I didnt know what to expect going back to school after graduating in 92. I was very happily surprised! The students and staff are helpful and supportive. The classes were small and I was able to get individual attention when I needed it. I just loved the experience and would recommend it to anyone. If you are on the fence about going back to school, go check them out. Youll be happy you did!

The financial aid adviser was unprofessional and seemed almost unwilling to work with me. I was also told that a financial aid adviser is one of the benefits that ibmc offers that other colleges may not, and in my experience that hasn’t been the case.

I love this school! I made the best choice chosing IBMC to train for Medical Assisting. The faculty and instructors are kind and caring and helpful. The entire school from the front doors through the whole building is welcoming and warm. The fort Collins campus has been my home since June and I am so sad to be leaving in 4 weeks, but also so glad I got to learn from some of the best teachers!

I love what I do at IBMC!! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to quickly and effectively start a great career. Since they offer night classes its also a great place to change careers! Its perfect for single parents to accomplish great changes for their future! The best part is it has so many career courses to choose from. :)

I have had my nails and eyebrows done at the IBMC Salon in Ft. Collins several times in the last year. I am amazed at the skill level of the Cosmetology students there. I have also had a massage in their Massage Clinic from John and was amazed at how much better I felt after. I would recommend IBMC Salon and Massage Clinics for anyone who is looking for at great service. I would also recommend the college to anyone wanting to make a change in there lives. The students there have made a great step in changing their lives, while making my day better every time I am there.

Its a breath of fresh air. All of the students are passionate about what they do and they always make sure that you leave happy with what they are leaving with. I personally am a student here and I wouldnt have wanted to pick any other campus. The teachers care about your education and they want to make sure that you are understanding what they are teaching. Its just a great place to go to school!

I just visited the on-campus salon and loved my experience there! The front desk staff was super personable and attentive. The salon is modern, clean, and nicer than some of the non-student run salons have been to. I highly recommend Tonya, who is the student that performed my skin services. She was well educated, professional and friendly.....I would definitely go back to see her and try more beauty services at the salon.

Im a graduate of the Therapeutic Massage program. My experience there was fantastic. Not only do I feel like the educators and staff there care about every student, but the instructors are so knowledgeable and the programs are very thorough. You are getting a quality education, not just handed a textbook to study. What I loved most was how much they prepare you to thrive in your new career, before you walk out the door into the Real World. I felt so confident during my very first interview out of school. I have now been a Massage therapist for 6 years. I have clients ask me all the time where I went to school because they love how knowledgeable I am and love my technique, Im always proud to tell them that I went to IBMC College.

I graduated from IBMC in 2007, with a Medical Assistant degree. I loved the hands on style classes. It was exciting learning to do stitches, give shots, take vitals, casting, draw blood, and more. I found all the classes to be interesting and had wonderful teachers. IBMC personally prepares you for jobs and help with job placement. I got a job quickly after. It is a great college and I plan on taking some refresher courses, which you can do anytime!Ive also gotten massages from students and graduates, I dont go anywhere else! You can ask for whatever style you want. They do a fantastic job.

I have been going here to get my hair cut and colored for over a year and have never had an overly negative experience. Most of the time the students are very kind and instructors are available to answer their questions and make sure Im happy with what I get; all for an unbeatable price. Nevertheless, I could not be more frustrated with them than I am right now. Im out of town for the summer and only back in Colorado for two weeks. Of those two weeks, I knew that I would only be spending Friday afternoon-Monday morning up north (by the Fort Collins location, where I usually go). I called the Tuesday before I arrived to try to make an appointment for Friday afternoon. On Tuesday I talked to a woman who didnt know how to help me and couldnt figure out how to schedule but promised to have someone call me back. No one had called me back by Wednesday so I tried calling again. That person told me that Friday is a day that they make up classes so I would have to call that morning to see whats available. Thats fine, I called first thing Friday morning. They told me that they could not schedule me after 1 because my appointment (which should last no longer than an hour and a half) would impact them closing at 4:30. I was upset but tried calling again for Monday. They told me that they didnt have anyone in for hair. I then called the following Friday to try and make an appointment for that afternoon. They gave me the same spiel as the Friday before except this time they said they couldnt do it after 12. I finally decided I was just going to have to get it done somewhere else while Im out of town so I just called to ask for my color that I know is on file. I have seen it, and they pull from my file every time Im in to make sure its right. Im picky about my color and Im finally happy with where we have it so I wanted to make sure thats exactly what I get, wherever I happen to go. I waited on hold for five minutes to be told that they dont have my color on file (even though Ive seen it) and that they sometimes throw out files to have students color match from scratch. Well its impossible to color match me at this point because my color is so grown out and faded. So not only were they completely unable to accommodate getting me in, theyre also unable to help me to make sure that my color is right elsewhere. Im fuming.

Thank you IBMC! I have a new career to look forward to soon, had amazing Cosmetology instructors, found a fast track to the future and enjoyed a safe place to nurture dreams into reality. If you are considering your education, I encourage you to follow your goal here at IBMC. If you would like to have your hair, skin, and nails done in our student salon, at terrific prices, we do a great job with each client while having oversight from professional instructors.

This is the first time Ive been here for a massage and I had Krissie who is an extern-WOW amazing massage, I will be back! She knew exactly what pressure to use and my muscles feel great after. She was kind, caring, and I couldnt believe the price I paid! Krissie is amazing, Im sad shes graduating, but I bet all of the massages here are wonderful, thank you!

The people who work for IBMC are AWESOME! IBMC has some of the best instructors & faculty who care and want to see you succeed in your new career. I was/am struggling with my accounting class and asked for help. Within about an hour and a half I got a response and a tutor! Patty from financial aid services department said she would help me! I have been getting a therapeutic massage at IBMC College in Fort Collins every week for (literally) years. During the past 2 years I have suffered with Lyme Disease and found that my weekly massage greatly helped with my healing. I often told my Doctor that my weekly massage was the only thing that not only felt good, it helped me heal. I cannot say enough good about going to this clinic!

Consistently excellent services! One of the best secrets in FtC for Beauty and Massage services. When I recommend IBMC to my friends they want to know why I would use a school for skin, nail, and massage services. The prices great, and the school educates their students and holds them to a very high standard. The one thing you do have to be prepared for is taking your time. Relax, be pampered, and give yourself plenty of time. And remember to tip! These are students and graduates.

I receive massages at IBMC College periodically. The therapists are incredible. I was in pain several years ago and the clinic I received help referred me to IBMC. Since the first day I received the massages I have been in less pain. I have also enjoyed getting to know the therapists and the staff. I wish I would have found them sooner.

I go to John at IBMC for my massages. I can not tell you how great I am feeling since my 6 medical type massages. Everyone is is very professional and I walk in hurting and I kno John can help me. Angela spotts is an absolutely amazing teacher! Her teaching style is extraordinary. She makes all of her students laugh all day and makes it fun to learn. I was scared of jumping into the program but she definitely has changed my perspective and makes me want to be here!

As a cosmetologist student here at Ibmc I have had a lot of instructors come and go through this building but my favorite instructor is still here with us. Mr. Wade is such an amazing teacher, though I have only had him once on the salon floor he has always been so kind and funny and very helpful. He would always answer my questions and make sure that I understood what I was doing before he walked away to go help someone else. Also another amazing person that I absolutely love is Andrea at the front desk. She always welcomes you with a huge smile on her face and is always so sweet. She has been such an amazing help to me while I was pregnant and after I had my daughter. She always asks me how I am when she sees me in the morning and always smiles at me when I walk by.

The cosmetology department still has a ways to go but Miss Angela Spotts is a great instructor. This place cant hold on to instructors in the cosmetology department at all - been here a year and 3 instructors have left. Hope she stays! Shes enthusiastic and funny!

My daughter attends this school and it has been a great experience. She has blossomed as she attends. We wish it was a bit closer to us, because she has to commute but we are happy it is available for her.

Nail services were not great. Students were friendly, and glad I could provide real industry practice, but nail polish was poor quality and applied too thick so immediately smudged once I left. Did not expect 2 hours for mani/pedi combo. Expected more supervision from floor supervisor of students on technique and application. Overall, would not go back. Considering it my good deed for the week by donating my time and money to students learning, not pleased with results themselves though.

I have had great experiences with the massage clinic here. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with muscle soreness and injury. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work!

I went to ibmc not knowing what to expect besides reading a few online reviews. I was fortunate to be put with a student who was very confident, friendly and knew what she was doing! In addition, the instructors were very attentive so I was confident my service would be pretty good. A lot of the success of the service depends on the student and I was fortunate to get a great one. I am really happy with my hair color and would go back to ibmc college anytime!

I was wanting to go to IBMC in Fort Collins for their expanded duty dental assisting program. Kyle Yates, who was meant to be my point of contact, was worthless. Many times I called, left voice mails, even going into the office to meet face to face with Mr. Yates. Every time I was promised he would take care of it and get back to me, with zero follow through. Each step along the way to get signed up was miserably frustrating. Despite IBMC’s lack of any actual help they were happy to accept my check for the class, but I was not informed that the class was canceled due to low enrollment until the day before class was supposed to start, and once again, the only reason I was informed at that time was because I called them. IBMC should be embarrassed with their student support.

I love getting mani/pedis at the salon! The students are fantastic and I cant believe how awesome the price is! I will continue to bring friends and family to have services done here!

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR STUDENTS SAFETY. I live over 50 miles away from IBMC and was informed today that if I miss class, even if my school district (RE-12) is closed due to road conditions I still have to attend class or I will see a deducted in my grade.

Called this business on friday Feb 1, 2019 make an appointment for my son and i to get massages when i gave my info then she asked my sons phone number i told her the same, she made a snarky sound, i proceed to continue then i stopped and asked her why she made the sound and she said so.. he lives with you.. I said no I live with him and its easier to call me . at that point it was no longer any of her bussiness what my realationship was with my son, and told her i was going to cancel, she said she was sorry i was offended... which means she was saying it was my fault for what she said and how she treated me. she refused to take responibility for her actions towards me. I am a person people ask where to go for services... guess where im not sending them.

I am a recent graduate of the Medical Assisting Program at IBMC.It was a great experience. I learned a lot from the classes I took, and I am now able to apply all the skills I have learned to my new job. The instructors are awesome! They are very caring and helpful, and always go out of their way to make sure students succeed. The Career service coordinator, Opp Slawson is also amazing and very helpful. I would highly recommend IBMC for anyone thinking about getting into the Medical Assisting field.

I received a fantastic pedicure for my vacation to Florida! The student was very professional and friendly!

I received a gift certificate for an hour message with a graduate student. I scheduled and when I arrived for the appt. I was told that I was scheduled with an extern. The management apologized for the misunderstanding and I felt she was sincere. I did receive the massage with the extern, which I feel like was one of the best massages I have ever had, and I was also given a certificate for another massage with a graduate for a later date. I highly recommend IBMC for the quality of the work and the responsible and caring customer service.
