I have know Demi Wood for over 1 year and she is thoughtful, kind, caring and sincerely works with her clients interests in mind. I highly recommend her company to anyone that is seeking counseling. Demi is a true believer in giving her absolute best to anyone that she works with. A wonderful counselor!

Demi had some great exercises to do during our sessions. Very helpful things we could implement into our everyday life.The reason for three stars (which is being kind) was because she does her business out of her home and it has a very strong smell of cats urine and spray. She did have air fresheners around and the house seemed pretty clean but that did not cover up the smell. To be fair I am very sensitive to that smell. The therapy room did not smell quite as bad, you could tell the cats were not allowed in there. We only went a couple of times and then found someone else because I could smell that smell on us long after we left her home.This was a bummer because Demi seemed really nice and knowledgeable.

Best place I could have chosen to turn my life around!
