Cute little community center! great for young adults (lots of opportunities for alcohol)

Also known as Gentrification Plaza. The music is pretty whack, the astroturf is somehow dumber than planting grass and watering it in Colorado climate, and worst of all, emblematic of the gross gentrification that is ongoing in this town.that being said, I compromise my beliefs and morals to get vegan salted chocolate ice cream from that bucket place every once in a while so call me a hypocrite

The Exhange is such an amazing place to meet people. There are lots of places to eat and plenty to do. We were very impressed and enjoyed it. Looking forward to coming back!

Awesome place to hang out with good food, drinks, and ice cream, but please check your security guard. It’s not fun to watch a creepy old man (yes, the security guard) stare at young girls all night

Colorado in a one block radius. Craft everything. Craft brewery. Craft distillery. Craft donuts. Craft friend chicken in a waffle cone. Craft tacos and margaritas. Craft pizza. Craft flower shop. Revitalization and infill development that you cant miss. No I dont work for any of these folks. Its just that awesome. Dont miss the exchange.

Excellent food! Excellent wine, margaritas and beer. I have a Monday routine: flowers from Bloon, a class at FoCo Da Vinci Body, and take out from one of the yummy restaurants.

I love this place but these billboards are a real eyesore. They totally ruin the view.

Tuesday night was quiet, plenty of space to sit, but I can imagine the weekend would be packed. The only ambiance was the bingo calling from one of the bars that kind of echoed and was actually kind of annoying.An outdoor Cinema, or background music would be good on these quieter nights.Food and drinks were really good and the service staff were awesome from all the vendors.Quaint place and well worth a visit.

The Exchange is an AMAZING concept! You can take your drink from the bar and walk around the common area, meet new people, and hang out. They have a Cornhole toss, and adequate room to throw a Frisbee and socialize. There is lots of great food and drink - Old Town Putt is an amazing bar, the ice cream bucket is incredible as well. If you visit Fort Collins, you must go here!

We love our Old Town neighbors at the Exchange! Really cool layout and lots of food and drink options for all ages. Tacos, ice cream, chicken waffle cones (the best!), craft beer, donuts, and more. Nice seating areas and grass area for kids to run around on and play games!

One of my favorite places in old town to take people whove never been. Great food and drink choices and a really nice relaxing atmosphere in the common area.

Great concept and execution. Needs a few more shady spots and I think another food spot will help quite a bit.I will say, they need more staff at Churn. The wait was ridiculously long on a Sunday afternoon. I clocked it at 45 minutes and there were only 2 people there.Loved Vatos Tacos, even if the name is somewhat....questionable. The menus need a bit more detail as well.Great spot to hang out for a bit. Not sure what colder weather will bring.

The exchange is okay, I get what they are trying to be and they are getting closer every day. I liked the area well enough. It didnt have anything to specifically draw me back, but if people wanted to go down there for food Id be willing.

The exchange is responsible for ensuring the publics safety. With restaurants like chick’n cone not wearing masks while preparing food for the public, it endangers everyone.

The exchange is a collection of eateries (and a distillary) with a great connected outdoor space. Everything is a bit pricey, but you get better-than-normal tacos and ice cream (those are the only two things Ive tried there). But the true gem of this place is just that its a great place to hang out with friends, family and your dog.

We love this place and it is our new favorite place to be! Im going to be sad when the weather gets colder and its no longer fun to hang out outside for a long time. Dont be afraid to ask about the rules for where you can take drinks and food once you get that down it is pretty fun!

This place has a little bit of everything!

Its a cool concept, but some of the businesses might want to consider extending their summer hours. We tried to go to both Copper Muse and Infinant Monkey and they were both closed by 8pm. It was our first time there and I didnt get to even try the places I wanted to. I guess I could have checked the hours, but I assumed they would be open at least until 9 or 10 during the summer hours. Also my tacos from Vatos, while they tasted okay, were ice cold by the time they got to me so I sent them back and the replacements werent any better. So far not the greatest impression of the tenants of the exchange.

Really cool area where all the different food places kind of work together to bring your food from wherever. Great place for kids.

The best place to hang out on a sunny days with awesome options to eat and drink

At the time of this review there are 4 eateries open for business. I had lunch at the Chick n Cone. The Chuck n Cone serves chicken nuggets in a waffle cone and offers a selection of sauces for your chicken. Additionally, they serve cajon fries which have a mild kick.Service was prompt and outdoor seating is available.Limited s parking is available. Please make note of the time you parked as there is a srticly enforced 2 hour parking limit.

Not my fave place in the cold. But man, this little area is cute with good seating, a fireplace, fun little restaurants and walk up food truck style food!

What a great innovation for an olde towne multi-use location. Lots of food variety, beer choices and did I mention...Little Man Ice Cream!

You can pick from pizza, tacos, chicken & waffles, ice cream or doughnuts...and enjoy them by the fire pit. A great place to visit on a tour of Old Town!

Love it all!Infinite monkey is one of my all time favorite wine bars in Denver, so glad to have it our back yard.Foco Doco is delicious! The perfect bite sized snack.Bloom flower shop is just lovely!Vatos tacos, are you kidding me? Out of this world.Churn is going to be the perfect spot for ice cream and summer strolls through old town.Last but not least, chicken cone, who doesn’t love fried chicken in a waffle cone??

I love the concept and have enjoyed spending time there in the past. However...We were there on a Saturday evening around 8 and left very dissatisfied. It was nearly impossible to find a place to sit down that wasnt dirty. If a bench wasnt sticky from some spill then it had trash from someones meal on it. I was surprised at how many guests werent bussing their own trash.I like that it is family friendly, but on this night the kids were out of control. Cornhole beanbags were flying everywhere and not towards the corn hole game. I heard one group of adults leave because they couldnt play cornhole without kids running in front of them while the player was trying to toss the beanbag.We left wondering if anyone is responsible for keeping the place clean and keeping the adults/kids/animals under control. I assume the employees of the businesses arent going to do that outside of their specific areas.I hope we were just at the Exchange on an off night.

Fun atmosphere. Lots of food choices. More of a warm weather venue, though.

This is a great place to spend an afternoon, Chick n Cone, Vatos Tacos, FoCo DoCo, and Churn Ice Cream. You dont need to ever leave this place.

Try it all. Not the greatest food. Not the greatest Atmosphere. Friendly people though, decent food, reasonable prices, its an experience.

We have appreciated the exchanges ability to sell adult beverages while staying family friendly. However we are very disappointed in their distasteful decision to open two national chains.

Great atmosphere with drinks (beer at Crooked Stave, wine at Infinite Monkey Theorem, cocktails and Copper Muse), food (Vatos, Copper Muse, Pizza Press), and dessert (FoCo DoCo). Really excited for how bustling this spot will be in the summer!

Lots if trendy places but everything is over priced. What you pay and what you get is not a good value. The exchange is over hyped and all about being trendy.

Went to ChicknCone.. Our third visit so far since their opening. We keep forgetting to take a pic of the chicken goodness before its all gone. But...we sort of remembered today. Heres whats left of the Kickin Ranch cone! Lol. Definitely a good spot for a for something different! Always fresh and hot with unique flavors!

A solid meh for the whole development. Some of the individual restaurants are great (Coppermuse) but Im unimpressed with most of what is happening on this corner.

You can get beer, tacos, pizza, chicken+waffles, donuts, and ice cream without leaving the square. If you arent happy with those choices you should reevaluate your opinion on food.
