I was able to contract with Amada on short notice. I was happy with the different caregivers that I had. I would give special thanks to Elizabeth who seemed to anticipate my needs without my even asking.I heard consistently from all the care givers that the owners value their employees. In addition should anything come up you could easily talk to a human being. I will only do business with companies where you can easily talk to a real person.

I am so pleased with our care giver, violet. She has been a tremendous help with my care. She is a blessing.

Weve had excellent service from Amada including from my moms assigned health care worker. But, today was a 5 star experience. We had applied to start my Mothers long term care and were approved but for a lesser amount than what we had counted on. Amada worked closely with me to solve this problem. We both made calls to the insurance company and once we were able to determine the problem we appealed the classification. I wrote letters and sent in backup documents and so did Amadas president. Today, I learned in the mail that my moms care has been reclassified and my mother would receive the higher payout that we had expected. Amada had our back all through the process and I cant thank them enough. I encourage anyone looking for a Home Health Care Agency in Northern Colorado to take a long and serious look at Amada.

Both of my parents have been receiving care from Amada Senior Care since 2016. Amada Senior Care of Fort Collins provided at home care for a family member who has Dementia for well over a year. During that time, they provided caregivers who understood the unique needs of someone who has Dementia. Each of those caregivers was kind, caring, and trust worthy and each of them developed a special relationship that our family member valued. When we unexpectedly required 24 hour a day care, Amada was able to provide the same needed consistency in caregivers within a day of letting them know of our needs. People usually anticipate that the elderly will, one day, more than likely, need some help as they age. People also know that sometimes family cant solely provide that care. But what people dont usually think about is when a family member, who is in top physical condition and is 68 years young, will suddenly need help.My mom had a severe hemorrhagic stroke that shouldve killed her at 68 years old and suddenly needed in home care and services, and a year later, my 98 year old grandmother was diagnosed with final stage congestive heart failure and needed care and services as well. Both women went from complete independent living, to dependent care. Almost overnight.Amada was there. Not only with a professional, immediate, and loving staff, but after meeting with us, they actually paired the caregiver to our familys personality. The caregivers became one of the family, helping us to feel secure and well cared for. ALL of us.The teams approach to their patients were continual and appropriate to the daily changes and needs of someone who, on the one hand, continued to progress, and on the other hand, continued to decline. They were with us until my mom went home, and my grandmother, too, went home.I would recommend Amada to anyone. Without reservation, without hesitation.Thank you Amada for all you did for us.
