I really appreciate being seen so quickly without an appointment and getting my haircut. I feel a lot better with all that length gone. My haircut was $23.50 before the tip and I think it was a great value as well.

I did a walk in and got seen right away. Angela was great! She’s super nice, knows what she’s doing, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend going to see her.

Imagine being a hair salon and .making an appointment for a haircut only to be told the person on shift has an emergency with her daughter and cannot do haircuts. I dont mean to be insensitive but you have a job. If you cannot do your job call your boss and have someone replace you. Ill be taking it up with AAFES. This is the second time

I had my haircut by Wendy on Mother’s Day, and she did an amazing job! My curls have actually came back to life, after a much needed cut. My husband made a comment (when I got home), that my haircut from Wendy, was the first haircut that I didn’t complain about — seriously, that speaks volumes, I am picky. I will be returning for another cut/color, and to bring my 2 year old for her first haircut!

Had an appointment with Wilma for a trim and layers, absolutely LOVED every bit of it. She didnt cut to much off and she did EXACTLY what I wanted. I was scared to let anyone touch my hair for 3years and I decided to give her a try and I will be going back!! Im excited to return for my hair to get colored by her as well ☺ best experience in years 😁

Came in for color correction and was amazed. Wendy was really experienced with the color correction process. I ruined my hair at home and was ashamed of it. She brought new life to my hair and Im in love. She took the time to explain to me what was happening as she went and just loved her patience and guidance will be coming back 😍😍🥰

My friend from out of town went and got a perm the day she had to leave(tuesday march 10, 2020). By the time we got home to pack her stuff up and head to Denver, it had already started falling out. When she got home, she contacted the salon and they said they would issue a refund for the perm. The manager ended up CHARGING my friend an additional 100. When she asked for a full refund back they refused. When my friend asked the pricing for everything since she never received a full haircut, they stated they charged her wrong initially because of a glitch in their system and also refunded her the wrong amount. The lack of care for their customer is ridiculous. They charge her wrong, double charge, then issue a refund for the wrong amount. Then wouldnt refund the whole transaction after everything. Absolutely ridiculous and shady on their part.

Since new management I’ve been told I was going to be charged 100/hour for anything (highlights, color, etc) I had done to my hair since it already had color.I went in to make an appointment for a trim for my daughter and myself I was told 0900 on Sunday. I showed up at 0850 and the salon was closed. We waited until 0915 and was still closed. We saw the sign it said it wasn’t open until 1000 on Sunday.When I booked I confirmed twice 0900 on Sunday, with the girl who booked the appointment.Before the new management I never had issues with the salon. Sadly they lost any and all support I had for the business.

I got my hair relaxed here last week and I am happy with Wendys service. She left me feeling like a whole new woman after styling my hair. I will be back for my trim! (人 •͈ᴗ•͈)

I have used this salon for a little over a year now. I was always puzzled that the first hairdresser refused to wet my hair before cutting it. I have naturally curly hair, if you cut it dry it turns out flat until you wash it, then it curls. Her job was fair, but not good. If you cut with the curl while it is wet, it will look better. Then today, even after learning the first hairdresser is no longer there, and another said she could cut my hair I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. My scheduled appointment was for a certain time, I arrived 10 minutes early and 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment I still had not had my hair cut. She walked out and told me at 10 after my appointment time she would be five more minutes. I waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes. I was asked to sit in her chair, but waited there over five minutes. In a pinch I always felt like I could get enough of a hair trim to make it work. I would not recommend this salon to anybody.

Amy is the best! I have been going there since we moved here almost a year ago for my eyebrows and hair and she does an amazing job. I will not go anywhere else around here for my hair and eyebrows. Amy does great work and is very understanding and caring when I have to bring my eight month old with me.

I went in for a trim thats it. The ladies were nice. I sat down she sprayed the ends of my hair with the water bottle then cut my ends. When she was done my ends were still damp. She took a blow dryer to my ends for maybe 2 minutes. I get to the register and as shes ringing me up I see the sign that says hair cut $16, cut and style $21. She said your total is $21. Im not sure how blow drying my ends is considered styling. She never asked me to style my hair. But some how I was charged for that service. Overall it was just okay, she was nice but I didnt appreciate the extra charge for blow drying my ends.. I didnt say anything to her because Im n it going to argue over 5 dollars. Just be aware when you go in of what you want and ask for just that so you arent charged for a service you never got.

I wonder if the negative reviews are from the old group of stylists? Every time Ive been there, Ive had amazing service and the atmosphere is super friendly. There is only one stylist there that I havent met, but the other 5 are incredibly talented and friendly. I was there today for a cut & highlight with Nan. She did an incredible job and both Paige and Amy helped me chose a new style that works with my busy lifestyle and looks great. And Nan cut my hair to perfection. She was super considerate and only took a little off at a time until we got to the length I wanted. I will go there again and will not hesitate to have any of the stylists do my hair. Theyre all great.

Rosemary is great! I had my hair done for a military ball and I loved the way it turned out. I also unfortunately almost passed out in her chair and she was so caring and willing to help me. I was probably a nightmare client but she didnt make me feel that way at all. I will definitely be back for my other hair service needs! Thank you again!

I recently got my hair done. All I wanted was a wash and flat iron. After being charged for extra time without being told until I noticed it was on my receipt, my hair came out a disaster. I felt like it was half way done and I could had did a better job myself. I will never go here again or recommend anyone.

3rd time my hair was cut way too short, this time before an important event, won’t be returning.

I went In with a picture for reference and got something not even close to what I asked for. I asked the stylist for her professional opinion, since shes trained. As a professional I expected her to look at the picture and be able to recreate the look. Well instead she brought out a book with colors in it and told me to pick from the colors. She showed me a dark chocolate brown that I decided to go with.. My hair ended up an orange color at the end. Throughout the whole time I was there, the stylist kept going back and forth between me and 3 other ladies. She left the bleach on my hair for a very long time because she was with another customer. My scalp was burning and itchy really bad because of the time. I was left unattended for quite a long time while there because of their customer switching. They had originally quoted an hour and a half to get my hair done, but it took them FOUR HOURS. My hair looks and feels absolutely awful.

Suzie is amazing!!I have had my share of nightmares at salons so it is very hard for me to find someone and trust them. I had found a lady in Alaska but then we had to PCS which meant I had to find someone new. For a while I stressed and just went with out a cut or color. But I came across Suzie after asking for recommendations. I decided to test my luck and let me tell you as long as she is here in Colorado and I am, I will always go to her! She is amazing! Super friendly, very professional, and great at what she does!!! Highly recommend her! As far as the other stylist I am not sure but they all seem pretty knowledgeable and nice.While she was on vacation last summer I got ballsy and went to Regis... I literally had tears when I left that salon. I went back to Suzie a few months later when she was back and she fixed everything for me😁 she has a client for life!

Made an appointment with a specific person, showed up super early b/c Im on crutches and dont move too fast. Apparently that person called out and no one bothered to call me or mention it when Id been sitting in the waiting area for 10 minutes. On top of which- based on the hair of the people working in there today- I wouldnt let either of them touch my hair. Decent Customer service isnt hard. Common courtesy is simple.

Every time I come here theyre getting ready to close. Two out of the three times that Ive been here the staff have been rude. The only decent person has been the girl that does waxing. Dont waste your money or your time.

They need more help so they can finish and focus with clients on time and need help for other people that come in the store and to answering phone.. There nice but they really need extra help.. And with coloring hair I feel the lady that attended me needs a little more experience. But there ok.

I went to get my hair dyed I choose a violet-grey tone. Obviously since it was in their color selection book that means they can do it. I left looking like crackhead dally from American horror story. Not only that it was a horrible experience over all my head was burning so much through out the 3-4 hours I was there. In the end I left there with half of my head practically gone and my hair burnt to a crisp. I had to go to school the next day, I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. Soon after school was done I came back to get a refund and a deep condition I never came back after that. I despise that place with all my heart and I am forced to live through the mistakes that someone else did. ITS FREAKING CHRISTMAS and my hair still looks like crap! I am 100% traumatized due to this salon. I can no longer trust a hairdresser ever again. In fact I havent been to one since because my hair still HASNT GROWN!!

I came in for a hair cut and color everyone there was nice and helpful and I didnt have to wait for my appointment. I wasnt sure what to expect because of previous reviews, but Im happy to report that Im beyond satisfied with how my hair turned out. Taking red and pink hair to purple with barely any damage was a miracle. Amber did my hair and drove across the city just to get the color I wanted which was above the call of duty! She took a lot of time and attention to make sure my hair came out correctly. She did great on my cut and cut my bangs just the way I like! I will definitely come back here again!

Customer service is horrible. I showed up for my appointment to be told that they had called only an hour before to cancel. Said they left a voicemail. I received no voicemail. I was very upset that my time had been wasted going there with my kids and asked for someone else, I was told no. This really upset me and I was told that I had no sympathy for someone who was sick and had to call out of work. That had nothing to do with it. The lady continued to be rude and make me few terrible for showing up for my scheduled appointment. I called her out on her rudeness, her response was “I don’t know what to tell you.” It was never like this when Suzie was the manager. Definitely has gone extremely downhill.

I went in yesterday to get a cut and color. Megan was amazing, I told her I was nervous to go short but she was really helpful in reassuring me it would be okay. I went from having hair that was about 3 inches below my shoulders to hair that is an inch above my shoulders. And it looks amazing, the layers she did look great and really thinned it out so its not poofy. For the color, I wanted to go back to my natural color which is a light ash blonde. They didnt have my color in stock so she became a scientist. I liked the fact she wasnt afraid to ask for advice on what colors to mix. She ended up mixing 3 different colors to get the perfect color for my hair. It turned out exactly how I wanted it! I had her write down what colors she used so I can have her do it again next time!

This is one of the worse, if not worst, experiences Ive ever had at a salon. Anyone who has any business working in a salon knows that when you go from platinum blonde to a darker shade, it can come out ashy if you dont do it right (which is why I went to a salon instead of doing it myself). Sure enough, my hair turned out grey. My stylist, Heather, who is also the manager blamed the color of the walls (???) and made me take a mirror outside into the natural light. She ended up putting a toner on it (twice) and made me go back outside into the natural light because I was still displeased. Then, she got slightly rude and tried to convince me that my hair was beautiful, but to give it a couple of washes and it would look better. I didnt go to a salon to have to wait a couple of washes for my hair to look good. I could have screwed it up this badly on my own for way less (she charged me $100!!!). And she is the manager. Ha! Go to Paul Mitchell The School...at least the students have a reason if they mess up, which I have been there several times and havent been this disappointed in the students.

Went in with a picture of the exact hair cut I wanted and specified how I wanted my hair.The lady cut off about 2 inches too much. I wanted soft layers- she cut them way to edgy. I wanted to keep my bangs long and actually had to stop her from cutting them even shorter.She messed up my hair to the point where it will need to be in a ponytail (barely works as its so damn short) 24/7 until it grows out again.I didnt notice how badly she had done the layers,as she didnt even style it, until I got home and tried to style it myself.I didnt realize following a basic picture would be so damn difficult.Never going back.

First off let me just say that Amber is a rockstar!! Her personality is everything! I read every review I could find on this salon and I had doubts but Im really glad I went with my better judgement! Amber is definitely a white girl who can SSSSSLLLLAAAYYY some African American hair! I love my hair. The color is fierce and the cut has the right amount of edge! Go see Amber!! The other staff members who were there were super great and extremely sweet to my 2 year old also. I will definitely be a regular there.

It really depends on who is seeing you for the appointment on how your service will be . Sarah did a great job with my boys hair . We have seen others and were not pleased with there service .

I went in looking absolutely tragic from a prior salon and susie worked whatever ombre magic to get me looking right again! Ive decided to start coming to this salon instead and i couldnt be happier with how my hair looks now.

Terrible service! I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and finally I just walked out because the lady still wasnt done with her previous client.

Awful customer service, rude manager, and sloppy work.

They did an absolute horrible job cutting my hair, dont go there!
