Eby dentists was very caring and understanding towards my children during our visit. My son was very scared of dentists to begin with. After few visit They took the time to talk to him through the procedures and calm him down and he’s now love going back he seem a more relaxed and calm than it used to be with the previous visit. Eby dentist is greatand the staff were extremely professional.

I really wish I would’ve started going to them as soon as I moved up here over 3 years ago. They are Wonderful kind and caring. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist and I have already been telling my friends.

If you are a previous cash customer and paid thousands for work they blow up your phone for a reschedule. If you have badgercare they tell you they dont have openings until October Kasandra at the front desk is uninterested and unhelpful. You lost a client that was transitioning between jobs looking for a cleaning. My other insurance hadnt kicked in and I was treated like a beggar.

Friendly and flexible staff! They all make you feel comfortable and confident in the work youre having done.

Nice Staff, friendly people. However, in all honesty beware of surprise/hidden charges for PPE that you are not informed about up front until you receive the bill after charges have been incurred. I have no issue paying for it, however the amount at $30 per patient seems like an exorbitant amount, and not to mention the deceptive nature of not informing patients prior to services rendered is very unethical for a local business and honestly I expected better from Dr. Eby.

If you want to talk about best in area, at Eby you get just that! Everything at this practice is exceptional, from reception, to assistant, to the Doctor herself. The staff if friendly and professional and ahead of the curve on ingenuity. Highly recommend them!!

Amazing staff and Dr that make sure all your needs are meet

I had a new hygienist (for me) named Courtney. I thought she was awesome. It stuck me that I really felt she was going out of her way to do a good job. I even commented to her that I thought she was being very thorough. I mean it was noticable to me. Thank you Eby Dental and Courtney.

A great place for your teeth. They explain everything first, and can work out your cost with or without insurance before you do anything.

They always treat me well and have fun at the same time. Great place to have dental work done.

Many can underestimate how impactful a compassionate host can be. Nervous coming to a new city looking for reliable doctors and health care options and we were recommend to Eby’s. Felt welcomed, professional help, and explained what they were doing before they worked on my mouth.

Eby Family Dental did an awesome job, not only with cleaning my teeth by keeping my 2 year old occupied while I got my teeth cleaned.

They were friendly and fast, but I paid $1500 for a crown 8 months ago. I was having sensitivity issues after so I had 2 visits after, with x-rays, where they said everything was fine. I just moved to another state and turns out the crown wasnt seated correctly, huge gap between the seat and the crown, so I have to pay to get another one before the tooth below gets a large cavity. The dentist here pointed out the huge gap. I spent so much money for crap!

Everyone is pretty special at the office! Ashley goes up and beyond! She rocks!!

Going to Eby Family Dental is no longer stressful! Dr. Eby does such a great job and does anything to make you feel comfortable. All the staff are so fun and inviting! Its just a great atmosphere and they really do great work!

This review may be long but please read all of it. I went to see Dr. Eby in July of 2017. I had not seen a dentist in over 10 years, she suggested that I have all my teeth pulled and dentures made. I was scheduled to have the procedure done in August but because of the unexpected death of my mother I had to cancel. I had the procedure done in November and I guess I was one of the more difficult patients, sometimes things dont go the way you plan. I want to thank one person on Dr. Ebys staff Ashley you are the Greatest, it was a long 5 months but you kept my spirits up never let me give up.

Great Dental staff to work on your teeth. They still havent fixed the office issues for billing your insurance.Went in for a cleaning and fixing a cavity for one of my 2 appointments a year with my insurance. Ended up with a $500 bill in collections because (They!)Lost my insurance information and neglected to tell me about it till it was too late.All that to deal with and no apology. Sorry Stacey but you lost my trust and my business. Cant trust your office staff incompetence to handle their job.Anyone else have problems with billing and or more??
