When Im told over the phone a business is available at a set time and the door is still locked when I come its a little questionable, understandable with the pandemic I suppose. I want to give then the benefit of the doubt, but when no one answers the phone after or calls back from a voicemail left a week ago it make me wonder exactly what I can expect if this is the communication I get when they dont even have my money.

I love it here! They have everything I need, it has 24 hour access, and the vibe is just good! The owner (Nate) is awesome, knows everyones name, and says hi and bye to everyone when hes there.

If you dont want Globo Gym, this place is for you. Small facility but has plenty of equipment. Owner is friendly and works out with customers often. I will see him spotting people often, and seems like hes an invested member of the community, offering specials through the high school viking card program. Ive been a member for almost three year.

Best gym in forest grove any gyms any gym great when they have a fitness background and the owner actually cares about the gym a lot.

If you live around this area this is the place to workout. All the equipment you could ever need. Racquetball court. Tanning. 24hours. Nice friendly people and staff. The owner is one of the nicest guys around!

Nate runs a great place. Clean, friendly, reasonable rates, 24 hour access. Wide choice of cardio and strength equipment.

Wonderful gym. Has everything you need and then some. Its locally owned and the owner is awesome. Everyone at the gym is very friendly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone but not everyone as I want it to stay uncrowded.

Member since 2014. Vintage Arnold framed pictures line this diamond in the ruff. The owner cares, works, and lifts nearly everyday. Feels like I finally found a home. Personalized service and first name basis will keep me a member for life, and now its a key card 24/7 access heaven!

A good place to work out

You might not get an answer if you call. Theres usually just one guy running around taking care of everything. Best bet is to go in or call between 9am and 2pm. Ryan called me back a few hours after. I wasnt butthurt about it. Facilities and price more than make up for it. Not a hardcore weight lifter atmosphere but not your typical yuppy gym either. Theres actually a squat rack. Not too crowded and once youre a member 24/7 access, cant ask for more.

Had a few gains, lost a few pounds. The gym who would have known.

Clean facility, working equipment. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming and doesn’t feel intimidating at all!!

Hate the place...hate how you cant turn the tvs in front of u off...hate how you cant get out of the year co react even if you cant afford or if u move or any other health reason....hate how the music is too loud. You have to wait forever for someone to answer the phone. Hate every thing about the place
