I have been coming to Dr Lauren’s office for 14 years and every time .. I come is a very pleasant professional experience ... would not ever go anywhere else! .. she’s thorough and funny and pleasant and overall amazing person that cares for her patients ... staff is wonderfull too ... thank you all for terrific job and I’m very thankful.

I would highly recommend this place. I got to this center kind of desperate because my 16 years old daughters glasses broke and she has a very bad vision, in other words, she doesnt see without her glasses. And they kindly helped me thank to a canceled appointment. They went all the way and beyond to help me to see if my insurance could cover the visit and thank to them I learned that in the case of my daughter, the insurance covered for a whole year of contact lenses because in her case, this is a health necessity. Wow, they were wonderful to us and the optometrist like many have said is there because she has a true vocation for her profession. She did everything possible to best help her. She was willing to stay after hours to help her with the training on putting the contact lenses. This place won the familly as client forever. Specially now that we are moving close.

Fairly priced, courteous and friendly service, works well to schedule you in when needed. A little slow turn-a-round from the lab if you order glasses (2-2 1/2 weeks).

My family and I all come here. Always friendly and fast. Overall I like coming here and recommend them. Ive always felt extremely comfortable coming here. They have great knowledge and coordinate my whole families benefits. Definitely make an appointment ahead of time because it takes a month to get in.

Ill be honest, I usually review a business when things go bad. In this instance, I am compelled to do so because of just how competent and kindly I was treated.When I entered, I felt like I was their most important customer in the world. They are so friendly and professional. The wait to see the optometrist was under 5 minutes both times, but when I entered the examination area, things only got better. Im not a doctor nor do I claim to know much about optometry, but it doesnt take a rocket scientist to know they are using state of the art well maintained equipment. Yet it only gets better once you meet the optometrist. The lady who helped me probably was the rocket scientist equivalent of an optometrist complete with a kind and professional demeanor. Trust me, she is NOT working there just to get a paycheck. She genuinely cares about her patients, and Im going to do my best to articulate just how much she cares.So, I had lasik surgery at a place I will leave anonymous (no place affiliated with Summit), and had a rather unfortunate experience that led to a dramatic loss of vision in my left eye. The optometrist spent a great deal of time above and beyond the normal time allotted for this type of examination to determine what could be happening; instead of just fitting me with glasses and quickly sending me on my way, she told me what her concerns were with great detail and compassion, giving me some insights to what could be the problem; advising that I should see a specialist.The specialist was also amazing which shows that you can trust their referrals. The specialist with all their specialized equipment confirmed what the optometrist told me; advising me of the need for a surgical procedure.In the meantime, I went back to Summit to get a temporary prescription to correct my vision. The same optometrist, yet again, went above and beyond the normally allotted time; going over all my options dissuading me from spending needless amounts of money on expensive contacts and lenses at this time and just picking up a cheap pair of magnifying glasses you can pick up at almost any retailer; until my eye surgery. She told me that the visit was FREE!The bottom line is that this place is staffed by friendly, professional and knowledgeable people using state of the art well maintained equipment who are not just out to make a quick buck!After my surgery is completed, you better believe, I will be going back for a reexamination. Unfortunately, there are many businesses that look for the quick buck not realizing that a life time customer will bring in more profit and good will. This business is NOT one of them. They have gained a customer for life!

Needed a new pair of glasses and had an awesome experience picking them out here! I came in without my prescription and they immediately got it faxed over. I had a lot of opinions about what I was looking for, and they helped me find about 5 or 6 different choices, and then gave honest help on which looked best! Best part: so quick! They had them ready in 10 minutes while I waited. Check for sales! I went in during a 50% off sale and everything was extremely reasonably priced. Strongly recommend!

Unbelievably unprofessional. Made an appointment 2 months ago, prescription expiring, arrived to be told no record of appointment. Maybe we can squeeze you in, in 2 months. Wow !

Dr Lauren is the best. She explains everything so well so I can understand my care and my options. She is very thorough and takes time for your questions and concerns. I have recommended her to family. I moved and now have to travel about 45 mins to get to the office but is well worth it when you find a great doctor,

This is one of those numerous, tiny optometrist offices you see everywhere. The people who work there, however, make it different. Drs. Justin and Lauren Abo, siblings, run a calm, efficient business. Their website is comprehensive with the ability to request an appointment online.Although I saw Dr. Justin initially, my subsequent appointments have been with Dr. Lauren. Since I have other health issues that impact my vision, I am happy to have her looking out for me, asking the questions that safeguard my eyesight.I’ve been going there for years, having left my previous optometrist because of long wait times in a crowded waiting room and unfriendly staff. I tend to downgrade businesses where the staff gossips, complains, or are too involved with each other to pay attention to the customers. That is NEVER a problem here. Their interest is devoted to you. They also do their “homework” so they maximize your insurance benefits.This office is highly recommended.

My family and i have been going to this office since it opened many years ago. Dr. Lauren and Dr. Justin are both excellent. Both very thorough and caring. Ill definitely continue to go to them and recommend them.

Dr. Lauren Abo is very good. Takes her time explaining so you know exactly what is going on with your exam and any problems that you might have with your eyes. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with all your requests. I definitely recommend this office.
