I felt I was summarily dismissed and not listened to when I had my appointment. She was more concerned with my 20 year old gastric bypass and blaming my symptoms on malnutrition, which further testing proved I was not suffering from but by then she wouldnt have anything to do with me and left me to deal with my family physician. She even told me she just read up on gastric bypass and how malnutrition can mimic lupus and how shes obsessed with it currently. Great. Thanks. Off to find a new doctor who isnt so closed minded and yet open handed to accept the fee for the appointment.
