The administrative staff could speak more friendly instead of making you feel like youre a burden for being sick and needing treatment.Because of COVID I was sent straight to the exam room. Registration was over the phone in the room - it was weird but nonetheless was a good visit. Doctors were wonderful.

The wait times to be taken to a room for any given visit will vary wildly based on both the available staff and the number of people present. After that, there is usually a further wait time for the nurse to do some basic vitals, followed by a yet another wait time for the actual doctor to arrive. The level of the care itself is relatively decent if you can weather the wait. Still, a visit to your standard practitioner would be a better option if you can get the appointment. That convenience of being able to just drop in comes at a premium.

The Nurse Practitioner, told me that if I keep falling I will Fall, Break a Hip and Die, also I should lose some weight. I went home and called a Real Dr. who moved my appointment to the next day and I got the treatment I needed. I did not break my hip and die.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Tried taking someone there and ended up with a 2 hour wait. There’s no reason they should be waiting there that long when nothing even happened yet.Please just go somewhere else, you’ll probably get told to wait until a certain time anyways. Useless trip.Edit: They literally didn’t even know the person I brought was there. They left him there for a whole hour and a half and forgot about him…

The receptionist was uninformed at the Fond du Lac urgent care at 145 S. Man. She actually told the person I took that she was supposed to be at Aurora. had to show her phone so she could see that she did have an appointment there. She said t person who drove me he couldn’t come in and had to sit in the lobby. Understandable. I ran some errands and came back to the lobby. 5 minutes, receptions sits asked if i had appt. No. she said now I had to sit in hallway. I did. After 5 minutes a large woman with headset said I had to leave. I’m told her I was told I had to sit here. She said she was going to call security, to which I said great, as an now I wanted to file 2 complaints. I waited for security but they never came. A lady in blue now came and told me she was sorry but I had to leave. I told her, 1st I was told I had to sit in lobby, next, the hall and then to leave. She said protocol says if patient has respites issues (I) have to leave? I told her I would like to file a 3rd complaint. She said she was going to get security. I told her I wanted to speak with security. She kept repeating herself and by now I had lost my temper. I stood up to leave and she continued need to talk and I told her to shut up as all that was coming out of her mouth was lies. She was also yelling at me and again I said she was going to call security, I then said FY. For that I am sorry. All 3 had different policies and never at any Agnesian was I ever told I had to sit in my car to wait for someone. They were rude, they lied and once that happened did not want to care for the patient so she left. I was already in my car and leaving when a cop knocked on my window to give me a warning for refusing to leave which makes no sense as I was not in the building, I was in my car. I will tell anyone I know to Never go to Agnesian and I am moving all of my services out of Agnesian. I am dying so I am at the dr’s office almost weekly. They will lose a lot of money and hopefully much more business. Not everyone is like this at Agnesian. I am only speaking of the urgent care receptionist and the other 2

I have never felt more judged and excused! They haver made it so you cannot go there for virtually anything, and theyre rude to boot! I went in and had to have a light procedure done and then nurse literally left it for me to do to myself... Clearly against policy! This place is horrible!!

So I came in for a ear infection and I was told I couldnt get a release for work if I didnt get a covid test. I dont think they can do that its unconstitutional...my doctor was Scott A Calvert I think he shouldnt be able to treat his patients this way...very disappointed with his services...

If you are open until 5:00 and you cant help anyone at 4:30, why even bother posting those hours, its idiotic.

The receptionist and nurse were very kind and professional. The Nurse Practitioner was not. She was very curt and uncaring. I felt like she was judging me for my injury because it wasnt the first time its happened to me

Dont bother trying to get a free covid test.... I have no insurance and Im trying to survive this pandemic. I called on sat (fdlco.wi.gov)... they said they would call back in a few minutes and confirmed it was FREE. No called back on Saturday. They called 7am on sunday and told be to go to Convenient Care... NOT FREE, only had to wait 2.5 hours in my car to find this out. called them back to get a free test on Wednesday as earlier suggested and they refused because the nurse decided I need to see a dr 1st because Im sick... Asking questions is pointless, had to talk over the person on the phone and they hung up on me. Yes, I did raise my voice but the I cant afford an extra bill right now...I just need a free test. NOPE they hung up on me. Pandemic, LIES and a ton of WASTED TIME. MONSTERS.

Dr ro did not use gloves and I did not see him wash his hands.....sloppy dr needs a covid test and lose his ability to be a doctor now i gotta go get tested for covid and the thermometers they use have to touch your forehead......awkward and irresponsible

I have always used this clinic for any illness that happens outside of regular doctor hours. Ive always been treated with respect and the problem taken care of quickly. All the doctors have been great over the years and Ive never felt rushed.

Bad customer service from all staff. Ive been there a total of 3 times in 2 years. Poor customer service when you walk in and try to see a doctor or nurse. Not friendly staff at the front. The doctors are no different. They rush you out of there and they have bad bedside manners. All the staff at this location should take customer service classes. Seems like they dont enjoy their work. I recall my first time there I saw an older doctor. He was horrible. Didnt show any compassion and had bad customer service. Dont go here. Go anywhere else but here people. Save your money and time. Worst staffs ever!!!

Nurses were nice and sweet, (hives I think) on my but really itchy and uncomfortable getting worse, doc went in to look at it said I dont know listed what it definitely wasnt and told me to come back in 7 days if it gets worse. I told him Im going on vacation to New York then, he said just dont take off your pants in New York it was so shocking I started tearing up in the room and cried once I was out in my car.

After reading the reviews I was terrified of coming here and being mistreated. To my surprise, everyone was very nice and I only waited for maybe 10 minutes. Dr. Vasquez was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush me at all. He even made sure to help me get into a specialist to further help me.

Nurses are amazing, but doctors are hit or miss. We have had some fantastic ones, however, we have had really bad ones more often lately. The last one refused to listen and was no help at all. After the horrible treatment from him, we will never go back to this clinic.

My experience with Dr. Vasquz was amazing. He was helpful and very attentive. Im still in hospital but he knew I needed to be here.

I do not recommend this clinic if you have anything more than a cold. They do not listen to what you may think you have and will only treat you based off of their assumptions. The male doctor I saw was very rude and was very obviously rushing to get me out of there without going over my symptoms or giving me the appropriate tests to determine what I had. All I was left with was a “You’re fine now go home” sort of response. 3 days and multiple over the counter medicines later, I’m still ill. Will not be going back. :/

The nurses are very nice and polite but one of the doctors is extremely rude and doesnt seem to want to help people at all. I went in for white spots in my throat I found only a few hours prior. He scolded me saying only gargling with salt water once wont do anything but the symptoms just started. I came in straight after work for help because i thought I had strep. If you dont want to help people and be kind then I think youre in the wrong profession.

Went in last night at quarter after 8. I was done by quarter to 9 and picked up prescriptions at the same time. Very fast friendly and helpful staff. My visit even included an x-ray! Referral to specialist was taken care of by their staff, and I was called within 15 minutes of the specialist office opening this morning to schedule an appointment for follow up.

Well I wish I would have read the reviews before going in to this clinic right before I left on vacation. I thought I had a pretty serious condition/infection. The doctor looked at or (or glanced would be a more appropriate description) and assured me it was nothing to worried about. Well here I am 3 days later on vacation in agonizing pain, with the exact infection I told the doctor I thought I had. Avoid this clinic at all cost. They will just rush you to get you out of there and provide no actual useful medical advice or treatment. Haven’t got the bill yet, but I’m a little scared to see it after reading some other reviews. This place should be shut down.

Please save yourself the time and money. DO NOT GO HERE! I had the worse experience going to any Saint Agnes facility in my twenty years of going. The physician told my son he may have Cancer in his mouth without any bloodwork or any evidence to substantiate his claim. To make it worse this doctor gave no follow up information or any assurances that it maybe something else. This is the new Saint Agnes of Fond du Lac folks! No bed side manners, no customer service, and no legitmate answers. You are better off in taking the 300 to 400 dollars and spend it at the casino or on mega millions.

Staff are pretty good, providers are hit and miss. Sometimes I feel like I have to push to get my questions answered.

I tried calling them for care and help, being new to the area I was referred here. When I called, I got absolutely terrible service. It was like the woman on the line didnt want to even talk or help. Very discouraging to be treated as poorly as I was. Never trying here again.

Loved the nurse, she was amazing! The woman working in the lab was wonderful as well - this is why I am giving 3 stars, otherwise I would be giving it 1 star.I have had a fever and severe sore throat going on two days. Long story short - the doctor told me to take cough drops and go home because the rapid strep test came back negative. He was rude and demeaning. Needless to say, my throat is worse and I am NOT feeling better!

Arrived 20 minutes before closing and checked with receptionist to make sure they would still see me and she said yes. But I felt rushed and was out of the clinic by 5:32 so they could close the doors. The doctor strongly urged me to have some Imaging of my abdomen to find out what was causing my chronic pain. They never bothered to do any blood work or any Imaging themselves just told me to go see my primary care physician the next day. What is the point? So I basically paid to have them tell me to see my regular doctor during the week. What a joke.

The doctor walks in and for some reason seems annoyed with us- we brought our 2-yr-old son in because he had an open cut around his penis(absolutely no idea how it happened), and it was swollen, red, and he kept telling us it hurt him. The doctor took one look at it and Hmm yeah I have no idea whats going on with it. THATS IT. Thats all he said. I had to ask him how we should care for it, so far we had just put triple antibiotic ointment on a diaper, and had him wear that so he wouldnt damage it further. The doctor said Yeah, do that.He was rude, and seemed to want to be anywhere but there. Definitely not going back to that clinic.

I didnt go to walk in i went to dermatology to see DR Steffes he was awesome he really is knowledgeable with anything skin and really lets you choose your treatment preferences! He is very honest and nice too

Worst place. If you can just avoid this place. (Charged $530 for nothing). Went there for a viral fever. Doctor recomended no medicine, which is understandable for viral fever. But, told me to clean my ear. I donot know why but I just did what he said. Nurse literally spent less than a minute spraying water on my ear. There we go I got a bill of $723, where $530 was just for cleaning ear. Its been six months now and I am still paying my bill. Its just Rediculous that I am compeled to pay for the service that I never asked for.

Seen promptly by nurses and doctor for infection. Treated with appropriate meds and instructions. Later, primary physician cultured the infection which could have been done by CC dr.

Had enough of these Doctors go there Thursday sicker then a dog. I know my body I explain I am gonna get worst and tell Dr. Juan I have copd and asthma. I had called my Dr. And she said get there and tell them I want u to be seen. Cause I go from 0 to 10 in a day. Well low and below, I am super sick, fever and so congested its unbelievable makes u want to not go to ER cause last time this happened i was put in hospital. Why dont these Doctors listen at the walk in clinic listen. Why.

Took my sick son in at 7 tonight and was told were not taking any more patients tonight were to backed up. There was 1 person in waiting room. Very unprofessional. Will never go back.
