I would love to thank everyone for for who help with the care of my mother Janice Lehman. You guys were all amazing!! She felt very .comfortable being there. Especially towards the end, who was on duty were just great. Thank from the bottom of my heart !! We want to get a memorial plack with her name. I cannot say enough about the staff and facilities at the Hospice Home of Hope. Everyone is very kind and Agnesian Healthcare should be commended for offering such a facility in our community.
