I called at 1039 at night due to not having electric. No heater or Frig and I have kids. I called their after hours line and when he picked up he said what do you want? And I said isnt this the after hours emergency line and the male replied yes it is and its almost 1100 at night! I cant help you! What kind of perfessional company is this! I will not be calling again and I will tell my family and friend on what happened!
