We were visiting from out of state, and our dog, Jack, was welcomed so wonderfully! We were able to book some pool time for him, and we loved seeing the photos online - he looked VERY happy. One of the best facilities for dog boarding I have ever found! If we lived in the area, we would he regular customers. Highly recommend!

Todd continued to tell me he has so many customers that’s why there was a mistake made. Very clear “Todd” didn’t want our business. So sad that a place so busy can blame customers. Very confusing.

They took great care of our puppy!!

They do a great job of keeping the dogs active and safe. I have 2 larger, older dogs that go there regularly and they are worn out for a couple days after. With the trainers and everyone there the dogs are well cared for and looked after

Been taking our dog here since they opened. Theyve greatly expanded and increased their costs along the way. They are one of the nicest places in the area to board your dog though. Schedule well (about a month) in advance, especially for holidays. About half the time our dog comes home smelling (like dog) more than normal and we end of having to give him a bath. If you want to have them do it, schedule it when you schedule the boarding. They have a pool you can sign up for your dog to use as well which is really nice.

This is far and away the only place Id leave our dogs in the area. The owners and support team are friendly, the place is clean and they dont hide anything. The love they have for our dogs is something we appreciate very much. Its also very convenient to have them groomed here. Drop them off for a day at the daycare, and they come back groomed. Its really awesome!

I have never met a more pleasant group of people that truly enjoy what they do. When I drive down Highway 151, as I near the play and stay my dog cries to get out of the truck and is so excited as we pull that he nearly knocks me out of my truck trying to get out!!! It is a great place and a great source to get out your dogs energy and play with many friends all day.

Have had bad experiences with other Kennels for my Lab. My apprehension for bringing him here quickly disappeared. He was well cared for and I believe he really didnt want to leave. Highly recommend Play and Stay. Will be bringing him back.

These people were awesome. Harvey was due to hit Houston the weekend before our wedding, and we couldnt risk our flights getting cancelled, or boarding the dogs someplace that may flood, so we packed everything, including the dogs, in the car and road tripped it to Wisconsin. This left us in a bit of a bind: what do we do with the dogs during our wedding? They were going to be boarded in Houston, but with the hurricane, that was nixed. Maybe we could have someone stop in on them during the weekend events? No, everyone we knew was going to be at our wedding, plus stressful situation + strangers + temperamental dogs that have gotten in fights before = us not comfortable with anyone handling them as a pair except us. So we decided to board our two crazy 50 lbs pit/lab mixes last minute over labor day weekend. Oh boy, what a challenge. Everyone we called was overbooked. Finally, we called these guys. They were truly wonderful. They were sympathetic to our situation and squeezed our temperamental dogs into their facility. They accommodated all of our needs, including the need to keep our dogs separated from other dogs as well as each other (rescues with behavior issues, amirite?), and we were really able to relax and enjoy our wedding knowing our dogs were comfortable and safe. Thank you so very much to the owner Jen who managed to find room for us. We will be forever grateful to you for helping us during this very stressful time.

The people there are super nice. Prices for daycare and boarding are good. My dog loves it there. They actually play with the dogs all day instead of keeping them locked up. The parking lot is really a pain if you have a large vehicle.

Went on a two week vacation called and checked on are dogs.They told us how good they were getting along made us feel better.Great place to take your dogs.

Very good service rates are fair

First time being away from my puppy, i had him boarded there for 4 days so it was abit nerve racking at first but they did such a good job with my dog. Play and stay sent me emails, pictures and updates of how he was doing, which made me feel at ease knowing he was in caring hands. They offer alot of activites for the dogs and the prices are very reasonable. I Definitely recommend this place!
