The women at the front desk have always been helpful, kind and professional. The nurse practitioner I saw actually was outstanding and really took time to get to know me, really help me out where many other doctors had failed me. She was never afraid to say no to me, but always listened and responded. She was genuinely concerned with my health and well being. I was not just another patient.

I feel the staff is very kind and makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. My doctor and nurse are the best and take a true concern in me.

Would not recommend if you dont have to be here. Plan to arrive almost an hour early if you think youll be seen at your appt. time. The front desk is short staffed and unprofessional. Paperwork was lost by office and nobody seemed concerned. Appointment was at 1. Showed up at 12:40 to get paperwork done and it took them until 1:45 to find the pieces they needed filled out. Finally, was taken back at 2 pm and helped. Front desk is always swarming with random nurses and other staff that shouldnt be there and there isnt any organization. Really let down.

While the doctors and nurses are great, the receptionist (or whoever answered my phone call) was so rude and sassy. So unprofessional.
