Let me just say this is the best dental office I have ever been to! Today my two and three year old came in for a cleaning. Amanda and Eileen did absolutely amazing at making my kiddos happy and made sure they had the best experience possible! When they got home all they want to do was go back and play with all the staff because of how delightful everyone was and friendly! Casey and Dawn frown the front desk even popped in to make sure everyone was having a good time! Dr Chad did a thorough exam and made my kiddos comfortable with him! Could not be more happier!!

I love Fondy Family Dental, and would recommend them any friends and family.Their professional and courteous staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable which I love.They are top-notch in the latest Technologies and procedures.

At Fondy Family Dental you will always feel comfortable. Dr. Goeke and his complete staff are simply the best. If you are like myself that has this fear of Dentist, you can stop here. A Dentist has to meet my needs and Dr. Goeke does all of that.

Before I begin writing my review/story, I want everyone to know if i could,, I would give this place a million stars & then some, in a heart bear and I wouldnt need to think twice about itI would recommend Fondy Family Dental over any other dentist, especially Dr.Chad, with children. My 6-year old daughter was absolutely petrified the first time we went in. we barely got thru. but we scheduled her next appointment and went on our way. about a week later,  she cried in extreme pain as the problem tooth was now infected.  I called the office right away Monday morning, spoke to the wonderful receptionist, Dawn, who assured me she would speak to Doctor ans get back to me and since his schedule was booked full, it could be some time. honestly, she made this a priority. I had explained to her that Im a single mother with no vehicle at the moment and feared Id have to figure out how to take her to the ER or clinic. Dawn ended up calling me back very quick, said she explained it all to Dr. Chad, and I didnt need to take her in. he was sending over some antibiotics to start her on and that he cleared up some time in his schedule for me to get her in the following morning. We went to the appointment,  my daughter still scared to death. even more so now knowing she is having the tooth removed was called back and the amazing assistants/hygienists told me if I didnt mind, waiting in the waiting room may help some, and I agreed. An hour later. Dr.Chad came out to speak to me personally, explained everything to me and told me how great of a job she did through all of it. Of I would have taken her anywhere else, they maybe would javelin just given up and refused to work on her with her being scared and crying. This dentist office will be our families new dentist office.I. personally. after my own 30 years of dentist experience, seeing several different dentists. having lots of dental work done myself (tooth extractions, wisdom teeth removal, braces, retainers, etc.) and thinking in the past I has found my favorite,  can honestly say that I have never been more impressed with any other office. receptionist. dental assistant(s)/hygienist(s) , or the actual Doctor(s)/Dentist(s)  -Needless to say, they are the BEST!!!I chose to share out personal experience with the world, because there might be other parents/families may too be going thru the same thing we were, or something similar. I truly do hope that this helps someone, but also gets more people to go see Dr.Chad and his staff😊

Very clean and welcoming, all staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Chad is great, thorough, and personable. My 3.5 year is VERY anxious in new situations and they are very understanding and don’t force anything on her, makes for a pleasant experience and she’s not afraid to go back. Highly recommend.

PHENOMENAL experience with Dr Chad and staff. They were friendly, accommodating, caring, and just an overall pleasant group of people providing my family a positive experience. Dr Chad is amazing with kids. He is so patient and understands how to work with children. Met Dr. Chad for the first time today and really liked him. He did a thorough exam and explained some areas of concern. However, he also said it was nothing that had to be acted on right away. I appreciate that honesty.

I had to have three teeth pulled. They were absolutely amazing!! Took their time, kept making sure I was doing ok and the experience was overall not as horrible as I thought it would be

I had permanent cap put on my tooth. The temporary was difficult to remove, Dr Chad was apologetic, kept explaining as he worked diligently and asking if i was ok. In rhe end talked about future plan of care.

Everyone is so friendly, they are always on time, and the office is so clean! My kids absolutely love sticky hands toy they get at the end of their cleanings! So lucky we made the switch to this great place!

I can’t even begin to describe how positive my experience has been with Dr Chad. I first saw him when he was at a different clinic after previously having work done elsewhere that wasn’t completed for long term endurance. Dr. Chad went above and beyond taking on a lengthy rework project, ensuring that everything was done correctly every step of the way. I was a new patient today. I went to their conference room first. Dr. Chad came in and introduced himself. He asked why I was looking to switch to a new dentist and what are my concerns. He even looked at my medical history and thoroughly explained all my questions. The girls were great and even had some laughs. I just moved to the area a few months ago and was looking for a new dentist. I decided to try Fondy Family Dental because its close to my house and had great reviews. I definitely made the right choice! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist are so nice and they really make you feel welcome. I had a full mouth exam, a cleaning, and had some cavities filled and it was all a great experience. They really take the time to get to know their patients, too, which was a nice change for me. I was so sad to see Dr. Kraus retire and was leery about trying a new dentist but, Dr. Chad is great! He took the time to listen to my concerns and is very thorough. Now everything is perfect and I have my smile back! As always, the office staff is kind and caring. I most certainly will return for all my dental needs.

Have been going here for years and have a good experience every time. Amanda is always great, and we just met Dr. Chad for the first time. We all enjoyed him, even the teenagers. They were even able to get in my stubborn 3 yr olds mouth and do some cleaning.

Great with my nervous 3 year old. Even though she was nervous...she did great and now has a clean smile. 💞 Amanda was a great hygienist and Dr. Chad is very kind and informative.

This team is incredible. My entire family went in for cleanings/first consults today. They did an incredible job with my four year old. I have so much confidence in Dr Kraus and his team because I had a very bad experience with a dentist when I was younger. He left me with so much fear and anguish that I was so afraid to go to a dentist until I met Dr. Kraus about 18 years ago. He has done so much for me. He is calming and knows his work. I fully trust Dr. Kraus for everything. I have reffered friends and he treats them just as well as he does me. To me this is so important, to have a dentist you can trust.

Very efficient and was able to get an appointment quickly when I had a dental problem.

I’m a real wuss about dental work. I get numbed up for cavities and fillings. Dr Krause is always patient and willing to stop and numb it more if I feel anything.

I believe that Dr. Chad is the right person to take over for Dr. Kraus. He is skilled, knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr Tom is amazing. We came in today, my 2 year old and I, for a quick check-up of his teeth and although my son was less than impressed, Dr Tom just stays so calm and patient and you never feel unwelcomed with the crazy toddler. The balloon animals after the appointment are just a bonus. Best place for our family.
