If you want to bank at a place that cares about you as a person; don’t go here. They never work with you on any kind of problem. They’re typically not friendly. I’m more surprised if they are than if they aren’t. I’m very happy I finally got out of there!

I have been banking here for many years, the staff has always been very helpful over time. Many great incentive programs with good benefits. The lending department has been very helpful with my needs and inquiries, not to mention great rates! Keep up the excellent service

This is a top notch full service Credit Union. We have moved out of town but kept our account. It is very easy to do all transactions remotely. I highly recommend them for anyone.

Been banking here for over 15 years, numerous vehicle loans etc.....Not one late payment, not one missed payment. Even in hard times always kept my relationship with this financial institution flawless. Recently was given offers of service from other institutions and Im like you know what let me ask my bank already approved else where, dont get a phone call , no discussion just a letter of denial. New building,new board, some employees Ill be forever thankful....they used to ask what happened here or take the time to say hey if you can do this....now very impersonal (my experience) . The whole point of financial institution like this is to build a relationship and history, to know they will be there ....and they have failed time and time again.Reply...Maybe next time. I held a lender off , waiting for your communication so Tuesday Ill be granted what I requested from you guys.

The workers are super friendly! The wait time on the phone for customer service is convenient. Their ATM machine on their building is always open. They really do make banking easy, they even offer online banking services!

A once fine institution is now shot!!! Apps that even their employees cant use and snarky belittling management. Lots of fair to great banks and credit unions out there. Dont bother with this one

I have been with the Fond du Lac Credit Union for more than 25 years and I love their services. I would not go anywhere else for my daily banking needs. From checking and savings, to auto and camper loans, to cashing in my change - they are there to help with everything and give the best service possible.

Ive had accounts with many banks in Fond du Lac and Fond du Lac credit union is my preferred bank. It was so easy to set up and every transaction I have with them is always a friendly encounter and smooth process. I currently bank here and I love the staff!

FDLCU has been our bank for years! Always helpful when we have issues or questions. Friendly staff as well! It always makes me smile when I go through the drive thru and on my deposit slip I write that I’m deaf so the teller doesn’t think I’m being rude. I always get a note back saying have a great day ☀️

I thought I had encountered a scam/fraud issue in Dec 2020. I immediately contacted the Credit Union to inform them and ask advice how to proceed. When I told the woman that answered the phone the situation, she forwarded me to another line where I got a voice msg. I didnt receive a return call for almost 4 hours. Time is of the essence in these types of issues. I dont feel like I can depend on them. I have been a member for 35 plus years.

Great bank never had any problems. Highly recommend them.

I have always had really good experiences with FDLCU! They have been extremely helpful with all of my lending needs. Everyone of the employees who have helped me in the past were always really nice and friendly.

Have had a few car loans and a credit card with FDL Credit Union. Lending specialist Diane was great to work with. Always contacts us timely and goes through everything to make sure we understood.

The least helpful customer service, even compared to large banks. As soon as my loan is paid off, Im out.**Edit** Cassandra helped resolve my issue and made it right. Even if she couldnt do anything to help me, just being understanding of the scary position I was in was helpful.

FDLCU has been my financial institution for over 10 years. I love familiarity of all the employees and how every time I stop in or go thru the drive thru I am always recognized and welcomed with a warm friendly smile.

My son applied for a loan 2 weeks ago and still has had no answer. We even co-signed because he has no credit. He has enough in his account to cover the loan but wants to build his credit. He and my wife, the co-signer, left message after message. Finally, my wife, the co-signer, recieved a call from the loan officer stating she has been on vacation and will definitely have an answer the next day... NOPE. Amazing you wouldnt call the person applying for the loan.Good for my son, going to close his account and go elsewhere. Also, we will more than likely be doing the same. Like alot of the other reviews read, very rude people there, at least the loan officer. Very rude to my wife making it sound like we were bothering her.

I’ve had so many bad experiences with this bank. I am a college student in Madison and I use Uber quite frequently (I’ve made this bank well aware of it too) they’ve cancelled my card on multiple occasions because I took 3 Ubers in one month because it seemed “suspicious”, not only that but they failed to tell me they were shutting down my card. Horrible communication and service on their part

Worst bank I have ever been apart of. They cant deposit my money into my account correctly (3 times in a row). Then I get deducted $600.00 because of their mistake. Then they tell me I have to come in and close that account and open up a new account because the account number was to close to another members. They are very RUDE when trying to fix something. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy!

Ive been a member at FdL credit union forever and opened a checking account with a debit card since I was 16. Im now a senior in college and havent used my debit card in 60 days therefore I was charged a $10 inactive fee. Im sure it was somewhere in the small print when I signed on, but 6 years later with no fees with no warning email or anything it just showed up on my statement. Needless to say I cancelled my debit card. Usually they are very understandable.

Im just surprised that local banking in fond du lac has worse costumer service than large banks in the area. I thought it would be the opposite way around. Very dissappointing.

Many of the employees quite apparently do not enjoy working here. Horrible customer service.

Ripoff bank ... i had left 200 bucks in an old checking account just for a rainy day and to keep the account open... they took 10 bucks a month calling it an inactivity fee until it was gone and then finally wrote me a letter telling me to put more in so they can take more from me... what a rip off ... Find a different bank
