Did nothing about multiple complaints about an aoda counselor she supervises. He made a HIPAA violation and ignorant comments but when i reported it she never even took time to call me back. I dont care that its been a while since the situation it is still completely unacceptable. At the least the HIPAA violation was worth being investigated but couldnt even pick up the phone and return my call. Good to know they can just violate federal law and get away with it.
