I had scheduled an appointment with Tim Johnson because my mother had been a patient of his for several years. I was the victim of a brutal domestic violence attack and was having severe back pain. My soon to be ex husband is a chiropractor and I was hesitant to see a chiropractor in Fond du Lac because of the publicity of the attack in our community. Since my mother had been a patient of Tims for several years she talked with him at length about my situation and explained my concerns to him, to which he assured her it would not be a problem to see me as a patient, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. It took me several weeks to gain the courage to go to the appointment. When I finally could not take the pain any longer I went into Tims office for my appointment. His wife (office person) had me fill out the paperwork and I waited in the waiting area. Tim came out into the waiting area and very abruptly and rudely told me the he would not see me as a patient because of his relationship with my attacker and soon to be chiropractor ex-husband. His wife sat quietly in the office observing what he was doing and never said a word as he kicked me out of his office. It was humiliating. I have no problem at all with him choosing not to see me as a patient. The problem that I do have is that he knew the situation long before I came in. He and his wife had plenty of time and opportunity to politely and preferably over-the-phone tell me that they did not want to see me as a patient.The way that he spoke to me in his waiting area was cold, calculated, intimidating, demeaning, humiliating, and incredibly hurtful. He didn’t even have the decency to take me to his office and explain there. The fact that they had me come into their office just to throw me out is completely unacceptable and a very clear indication of the kind of people that they are. If you are a victim of domestic abuse or simply someone who supports women and children I would highly recommend that you avoid Johnson Chiropractic.

Dr. Bret helped through a range of nutritional health and spinal alignment maintenance. I highly recommend him for whole body health.

Dr. Brett has been amazing over the years. One time I came in with some odd back pain and Brett figured out that my apendix was inflamed or had burst and advised me to go right to the Emergency Room. He was correct.Another time, I had a massive pain in my groin that two trips to the Emergency Room and a CAT scan couldnt figure out. Dr. Brett fixed the pain in my groin with one adjustment. It was a pinched nerve in my back that was causing the issue.I send all my friends to Dr. Brett.
