I have been going to Dr. Wink for 13 years. Had serious back problems for 40 plus years. I can honestly say that after initial treatment and monthly maintenance I have had no more than minor problems in this past 13 years. As long as I follow the supplemental advise of minor exercise and watching my diet I only have minor flair ups usually during golf season and doing some lifting that is beyond what I should be doing.
