The ladies were very professional warm and courteous. But one thing we should all remember and that is once the check is cashed, not in sight not in mind. Not so much about Hearing LIFE but many other businesses are very much like that as you are all aware of. But all in all Hearing Life was OK 👍!!!

I have had smaller hearing aids since I got them from Avada. Earlier this year mine stopped working. They were sent to you to be fixed. Instead of repairing I was given a new set that are twice as thick as my original ones. I made this known right away but was told just try them. Then the pandemic hit and I was unable to reach anyone. When I was sent emails I responded that I wanted by old style back. But that fell on deaf ears!!Now when you reopened I’ve been trying to get them replaced. They moved the cord and said that should fix it. It didn’t my ears hurt and they don’t stay in because my opening isn’t that big!!I’m sure you’ll ignore me as your office has. If someone doesn’t fix this problem soon I’m going to start complaining publicly!! For the thousands of dollars I’ve had to pay you’d think the new company would honor my dilemma!!

Paid almost $6000 for hearing aids and have made 3 trips for issues with them and you can only go during their one hour in the afternoon . Bad customer service
