What we’re finding out is this place charges and charges for EVERYTHING and they DO NOT reveal the costs up front. They’ll tell you it’s one price and you think that’s it, because when you ask what the rent is, you’d expect it to be the price. Then you find out that is not the cost. Total bait and switch place, and they are taking advantage of seniors. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! There are charges for the van, extra for the nurse, extra for this and that, and this that. We knew advanced care would be extra, but suddenly the van is $2000 extra a year?? THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISHONEST!!!! They are taking advantage of seniors right and left, and as we talked to new residents, most are having this EXACT same experience, suddenly being charged extra for things they were never quoted for. Get everything, absolutely every single cost in writing before moving in, and a statement that there will be no other costs unless negotiated. The good reviews here are bogus, and are done being done by the company. STAY AWAY! Several people who have moved in are all having the same experiences with being cheated and charged MUCH more than they were quoted. Some are already exploring moving out after two months. Stay away!

Beautiful apartments! Excellent staff! Interior is like walking into a gorgeous ballroom.With gorgeous chandeliers, breathtaking fireplace, beautiful,comfortable furnishings&beautiful decor,an overall very welcoming feeling. Interior&exterior are immaculate&well taken care of.Overall a top of the line Assisted Living Facility! *(I want to add that my review is NOT BOGUS as another reviewer mentioned!My parents are extremely happy with their choice to live@Lake View!I am frequently there,as are other family members. The staff is wonderful to us&always go above& beyond when we have any questions or my parents need anything. Of course YOU have to do your due diligence with anywhere you choose to live.Would you purchase a home without seeing it or having an inspection?
