This clinic is terrible. Within 60 days, they have left me twice without critical medication or a way to administer it. The hassle trying to get medication and the complete incompetence of staff is inexcusable. If I could give them negative stars it would be minus 5.

Everytime you call, be prepared to be put on hold for minimum 30 minutes.

Read the post regarding phone not being answerd. I would very much like to establish a new primary care physician at Mercy BUT just as i read, no one answered. I was put on hold for 20mins. Just to be hung up on. Mercy Folsom you REALLY DO need to do something about your front office staff. This is no way to run a professional front office for your good Doctors. I called back someone answerd right away. Very pleasant. Thank you.

OMG!!! Please pick up the phone. They always put patients on hold for 30 mins. really bad management. the front desk is not busy but they are just super lazy. The supervisor does not bother to do anything.

The only reason I’m given one star is because the doctor is good. The staff is not knowledagle. I always have problems scheduling appoitnments and can’t get asscess toward the online portal, maybe I’m not lucky with this office but the front staff was rude and treated me with disrespect.They need better staff who will answer your questions with kindness and compassion. Worst staff I ever encounterd.
