This is the worst dental experience I have ever dealt with. Twice I made an appointment and had it canceled on me the evening before. They had reached out to call me to schedule the second one yet still cancel it due to a lack of availability. Clearly no communication between main office and local offices.Day of my exam finally arrives, and I have to wait one hour in order to be seen. Why have people come in that long before they can actually have their treatment? Others had been waiting longer so if anything Im lucky. They take me back to do my x-rays, which went fine all considered, and then move me to an exam area to complete the actual exam part. I wait for another 15 minutes, and then get told that the doctor wont be available for over an hour. I have already been there for an hour and a half at this point, so I decline and try to figure out another time to come in.I get home and have enough time to think about my options and how much time Ive already wasted, and I decided that Id rather not come back to this office. Instead, I decided request a copy of my x-rays to take elsewhere. They refuse to email me a copy and want me to come in (half hour drive that Ive already made twice today!) to sign a release form to print me out a copy. This would mean I wouldnt have a digital copy to give another dentist office.Absurd. Most unprofessional medical practice I have ever dealt with. Do not come here.

Dentist stabbed my tongue and gums while trying to remove a tooth and then filled out the prescription wrong so I couldnt even get anything for the pain. Worst dentist Ive ever had, and I sincerely hope they go out of business

I wish there was a zero star option. I had an emergency severe pain appointment & when I called to schedule we explained our situation and the woman said it would be no problem & the dentist would see me. I drove 1.5 hours to this office where the front desk woman was the most rude woman Ive even encountered. She said there was no way they would even see me and also had no other suggestions for me. When I explained my phone call and how I was clear about my dentist being out of town and needing to be seen she cut me off by saying thats our answering service they dont know anything. Be aware the front desk is stuck up and very un sympathetic to anyone. When you call you are not even calling the office . Very unprofessional business. I can only imagine the dental work if this is how poor you run the front.

I was looking for a new dentist office, friends and family recommended western dental in Folsom CA. Went in for a exam and cleanings. My experience with everything was going great until it was time for the dental hygienist to polish and put sealant on my teeth. I have never experienced such rude, sloppy, unprofessional treatment from a dental hygienist before. She had the stuff all over my face even in my hair. Doesn’t rinse my mouth out at all and just gets up and try’s to leave me thinking her job was done??? I asked for a towel so I can wipe my face off and she throws the tiniest square of tissue at me and then walks out… maybe she wasn’t having a good day??! But that treatment was enough for me not to go back!

I have been a patient here for a long time but I always had to deal with my appointment being rescheduled and the dentist did not do a proper job and with being in severe pain I was not able to get an earlier appointment to take care of the tooth. I then went to Florin Dental in Sacramento. The price has been 3x more at Western dental compared to Florin Dental. I would recommend to check with another dental facility first before getting any dental work done.

They try to help you any way they can, with whatever issue you are facing.My dentist, Mr. Pandove is such a kind, gentle, and thorough dentist. He listens to exactly what you would like done. Rethink your decision to come here. They are low staffed in the front office & make no excuse about it, or care. I gave allowance for the new office manager because she is new, but does nothing when she sees stuff going on to help. She actually deflects and gives excuse low staffed or they figured it out...I get that dentical is a low end insurance, but making stuff up like needing root canal & charging little stuff like extra shots for extractions on teeth that didnt get removed is sketchy. We had to call multiple times to get an emergency visit due to infection of a wisdom tooth removal, after leaving multiple messages. When we did get an appt they were rude to my daughter trying to get exrays, while she is in pain the hygienist was quite salty with my daughter who was in pain with no help to ease it. To ultimately having the dentist say it is infected, and needs an oral surgeon to look at it so we would need another visit for him to confirm infection, then another visit to do anything about it. So really nothing would be done for another 2plus weeks.. Why did we have to go in today? Save you time & energy. DO NOT GO TO WESTERN DENTAL!!

I have scheduled 12 PM for a dental cleaning. I asked the front deskhow long is the wait (as there is usually long wait times). She told me its 15 mins. I waited for 30 mins. The front office girl told me doctor cannot take me right now Can I come back at 2 PM. I was shocked, confused and what more to say. I asked her Is this the way you treat patients Is there no value for patients time. I have taken 2 hours off from work and now they are asking me to come at a later point of time as doctor is busy. I dont have words to express how bad I felt. How badly they are treating patients?. How much importance they are giving to patients time. I told the front office girl, I need to talk to her manager. Manager came after 5 mins .Her response really surprised me. She told me that we have only one doctor and one assistant. And your problem is not my problem. I am done with you. This conversation is closed. LOL.. this is the worst customer experience I ever had. At this point, I wanted to close my account. And do you know the response, the manager gave me? I will do it whenever I can. I had payments did in advance for my upcoming appointments and when I ask on the estimated time for account closure, this is the response I get. People who go to this office, please be cautious. They dont give any value to patients time. nor they respect the patients. They dont give any value to our money. I am right now in the process of submitting a complaint with their corporate office. I hope people above this manager (her name is Delaney) do not behave the same way. I will not be going back to the office at all.It is highly likely that you loose business by keeping this kind of employees who have no respect to patients.

Western Dental in Folsom has been amazing. We have 5 children and the care they have received for both dental and orthodontic care has been phenomenal. COVID has increased some wait times and made appointments on some days harder to get, but I feel WD has been great at working around that as best as possible. Highly recommend.

Horrible!! My son went in for a cleaning. Instead of the cleaning, they did x-rays—AND it took over 2 hours! His appointment was at 2:00, they took him back at 2:30. He texted me 30 minutes later saying that he was still waiting. He then texted me and said he had x-rays. When we walked in, we said he was there for a cleaning. They NEVER said anything about x-rays. At 4:10, I asked how much longer. The girl at the desk said, let me check, the doctor has 9 patients back there! That. Is. Ridiculous!! Never going back!

Was scheduled for my regular exam noon 4/15. when i get there im told they are only going to take the xrays because the dentist didnt come in. and they asked me to be back the next day at 2pm. they tell me i will get right in and be seen right away. I show up a bit early, to find out they are on lunch. so i wait. then they show up and im finally seen, i sit in the dentist chair for about 40 minutes without anyone telling me anything. I can hear about 4 women talking about something not related to work. after 45 minutes of not being checked in on, I left. I have never been treated this way. I will not be going back.

I’ve been here a few times before the pandemic and I had a good experience. This time was a complete headache, I first booked my appointment online. I show up and they tell me my appointment was at the wrong location and they wouldn’t be able to get me in for 3 weeks, I rescheduled and they call me up the day before and say they need to move me because lack of staff. Then I’m pushed back another 3 weeks, I finally show up 6 weeks after my original appointment. I waited an hour for the receptionist to tell me they won’t be able to take me today, then she changes it to maybe we can do your x-Ray. She then proceeds to tell me that after my x-Ray I’d have to schedule a consult then after that I can schedule my cleaning. After all that I was done and definitely not coming back here, it was absolutely ridiculous. If you didn’t have time for me yet again just tell me so I don’t sit around waiting for an hour. Completely unprofessional and not ok.

When I started going to Folsom office 7 years ago, I would have given them 5 stars. The last 3 years theyve been going downhill. Now, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Their only concern is for how much money they can milk out of you. There is no customer service or care about the customer. Update, I received a call from the main call center about my review 2 days from my original post. Was told the Folsom office would contact me. Of course, they never did. To me, that confirms how little they care about their patients. Will never recommend this office.

My Dr is awesome. Lucian is an A+ the staff are great and friendly. They listened to all my concerns and didn’t not over sell me on anything I did not need. There knowledge and attitude is why I’m staying with Western. Got 3 things done in my 1st appt and was assuming this visit was X-rays only. Don’t be frayed from other stories or the franchise name. I had an appointment at the Folsom office (1016 Riley Street) on Nov 20 2020 at 10:30 am. When I reached there I was told that I should come at 2:30 pm as there was just one doctor available and things are getting delayed. When I reached at 2:30 pm I was told to wait. At 4 pm I was told to leave as it was not possible for them to entertain me. The next appointment was on Dec 9 2020 at 9am. This time I was sent in. The lady who took the x-ray pics of my teeth sent the harmful rays through me too many times. I needed to get a crown fitted. A lady after many trials and errors put in one temporary one. For permanent one I was asked to come another day. All this took 4 hours and a few hours later during my evening dinner the temporary crown came off. I have asked them for full refund and decided not to keep the next appointment.

They just turned my partner away from her emergency appointment. She had her insurance information.Afterwards I called other friends in the healthcare profession, who all confirmed that she should have been able to get into the appointment with the information she had.My girlfriend was up all night screaming in pain and now it’s going to be the same thing tonight. Fantastic!

This is THE WORST dentist office I have ever been too! I can in so they could take my X-RAYS on 11-19-20 They literally made me sit in a chair and I had to ask if I could leave because there was no reason for me to be there after my X-ray and consultation for my wisdom teeth. I schedule and apt from 12-10-2020 and I get there and there is NO RECORD OF MY APPOINTMENT!!!! My appointment was scheduled for 4 I’ve been here for TWO HOURS and my wisdom teeth are still not removed they won’t give me the laughing gas for my anxiety surrounding teeth extractions and they won’t give me a releasing . This is literally the worst experience ever

I went here because it’s one of the places that’s open and does Root canals. I have denti-cal and I know for a fact for adults they will cover anterior and posterior root canals (since January of 2018) the receptionist told me I was wrong and that it was only for people under 21. I spoke with denti-cal and they confirmed I was right and were a bit flabbergasted that she was trying to charge me the $2100 and telling me wrong info. They even told me I should go splatter else if they made me uncomfortable. The receptionist in the beginning was nice but when I was trying to tell her she was incorrect she got a bit rude and gave me attitude.Sadly the dentist seemed quite nice and very competent but I’m looking for another dentist. I don’t feel very comfortable in this office now. I wondering how many people this lady has billed incorrectly and who’ve had to pay for services their insurance actually covered.

Made appointment for 945, showed up at 930 and was told my appointment was at 1030. When I made the appointment on the phone I told the employee I was pregnant, filled out new patient info stating I was pregnant and sat for an hour and a half (got called at 11 for my “1030” appointment) before being brought to the chair then told they can’t perform any cleaning on me because of my pregnancy. Could have mentioned that sooner! Won’t be returning, just had to leave a review so people don’t make the same mistake I did. Choose another dentist!

I lost my retainers a few weeks ago and called the Folsom office to see if it was open so I could order new ones with the same impressions I had after I got my braces off. The office was closed but a Western Dental customer service representative said the office would be open the following week and when I asked if I could go to a different office to order my retainers the customer service representative told me I can’t because the Folsom office would use my old impressions. There was another orthodontist office nearby that charged an extra $100 for same day retainers but I didn’t go to them because I was of the belief western dental would use my old impressions. So I waited a week and called last Monday to find out that the office still wasn’t open. Finally, today June 22nd after not wearing my retainers for over 3 weeks, they’re open and they tell me when I get there that they can’t use my old impressions anymore and they have to take new ones. Since my teeth have been moving over the past month and the new retainers won’t be there for a few weeks, they try to sell me on buying Invisalign for over $2500 since they can’t just use my old impressions which would move my teeth back into place fine. It’s ridiculous and I will not be using Western Dental for any services in the future.

We spent six months visiting several pediatric dentist in town and each time they just wanted to put our five year old daughter out with anesthesia to make their job easier. Our visit today with the pediatric dentist was amazing!! She was fast, efficient, dynamic, professional, empathetic, and made our daughter feel at ease. She explained what was happening to her, played games with her, and entertained her all while giving her a baby root canal. That is impressive...... The office staff was organized and helpful, and the office was clean.

Not only will you wait at least an hour after your scheduled time they will not notify you that your dentist went on lunch at your scheduled time and wont back for an hour theyll just let you sit there and when you ask the best answer anyone can come up with is I dont know then go back to their computer work. Terrible customer service. When I got back for a filling the woman was in such a rush she didnt explain what we were doing or answer any questions I asked, she didnt numb me all the way, made my gums bleed, and forcefully pushed my face instead of asking me to move my head. And rushed off before I could tell her about a high spot.

First time visit since insurance changed to Western Dental. Not a great first impression, I showed up at 210 for a 230 appointment. They made me fill out all paperwork that was required to fill out online so did double the work, then waited for 45min and still wasnt called in. Got frustrated and left, wish I had old insurance

Members of the staff have done great work on my teeth and has been very helpful and friendly especially Alex the dental assistant. She has gone through many exams or operations on me and has been careful and carrying of her patients. Dr. Kim is very awesome and good chair manner , and was gentle.Allso all staff was very helpful went the extra mile. I went on a Saturday. I work during the week.There is one gal that I really could relate to as far as dental work she was knowledgeable was easy to talk to.So many times we go to dentist, and its a feeling of shame or embarrassment to how we got our teeth this way...right?!@ I didnt feel ashamed or embarrassed she made me feel comfortable and was very sweet and explained everything, she was empathetic , compassionate, and knew her job well. I got my first deep cleaning here and was so nervous. After it was finished, i was happy with the result, thinking i would be sore from all the work done. I was noy sore at all!! I went here out of convenience because my husband had gone here and were on the same insurance. Even though I waited over an hour after my appointment time (during which time they helped another patient who told me she didnt even have an appointment), they never called me in to see the dentist. When asked what was talking so long, the receptionist said she was checking on my insurance. That was the only time they even acknowledged me during my long wait. My husband finished his appointment, so I just told them to cancel mine. They sounded all surprised and didnt even make an effort at all to apologize or explain. I told my husband I was definitely going somewhere else. He said every time he goes the staff is different and hes totally good with not going back there either. Ive since gone to Gateway. Night and day difference! Dont waste your time at Western the way I did!

Best Dentist,10 star, and I have had 19 teeth worked on here. I recommend very much! I am having a lot of work done in my mouth and I can not see how anyone can write a bad review on Folsom Western Dental. The Dentist here are Awesome and the Staff , the Ladies are so polite and I have been in the office when it was very crowded and the longest I ever had to wait was 15-20 min, WOW! Big deal! Ive lived in Granite Bay for 43 years and have gone to a few Dentist. This place here in Folsom Western Dental is far most best Dentist to go to. Awful. This place is so unreliable. The dentists and hygienists are always calling out, I’m always getting calls from them saying that we have to reschedule, or sometimes I don’t even get a call! So I get there after my hour drive, just to be informed that someone called out and that we have to reschedule or that they booked me incorrectly, and I was scheduled as a new patient. I’ve been a patient for 2 years, and they’ve only gotten one thing done. Unfortunately it’s the only place around that takes my insurance.

Being new in town I hadnt yet had a chance to find a dentist for my five year old son. Once I found this dental clinic I was able to comfortably settle. The clinic is very clean and professional. Even though Dr Amar was very helpful, willing to really explain everything, the office staff made the visit go flawlessly. Which with a five year old is a rare sort of occurrence. Shelia, from the billing staff was very courteous and great at distracting my particularly high energy boy. Alexa, who took the X-rays was wonderfully sweet and caring. I had never seen him sit still for that long before! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a dentist!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! If you can go to someone else, DO IT!! This place is so unorganized. Youll sit waiting forever in the waiting room. They might even forget youre there. But the worse thing was that they said my son needed braces and gave me this payment plan that tbey put together and told me my insurance said it wasnt covered. Well I called my insurance to discuss why they wouldnt cover it and they said there was never a request for braces for my son from western dental. Cuz actually my insurance does cover braces!!!!!!My thought is that they end up billing my insurance for the braces as well as have me scraping to make the payment plan they gave me!!!!!!!! If there were no stars thats what I would give this place. Since Ive been coming to this location for a while now and the service (or lack of) is terrible. The owner of this location has no control over his staff they walk all over him due to his inability to manage people. They have ghetto dental assistants especially Brenda, who argue and want to get in your face and the office manager does nothing. The dentist and orthodontist are rude and unorganized. They take their breaks and lunches when appointments are supposed to begin then tell you to come back later or schedule a new appointment. The receptionist are lost, I mean literally lost. I was told by the office manager to always call a day in advance so he can make sure the dentist are doing their jobs and not taking a lunch break during my appointment. Dont go here, dont use this facility STAY AWAY!!!

My mom was seen quickly after we walked in, no appointment, and explain she had a tooth ache. Dr. Kaur saw her quickly and put her at ease. Her tooth was pulled easily, and Dr. Kaur welcomed her to come back for a complete exam. My mom hates going to the dentist, but this experience has her considering returning. This is the worst place ever!!! My dad went to the Folsom office and was sold products he didnt need. He was charged almost $200!!! He thought this was included in the cleaning that was over $1000!!!. I called the office while he was in there and said to them ONLY do the cleaning and X-Rays do not do anything else or sell him anything. I spoke with multiple people in the office and told them that! Now they dont want to take it back. They are totally taking advantage of an elderly man. Calling my CC company hopefully they will help.

Dr. Amar and Dee Dee were the ones who handled my fillings today. I have had work done here before but this doctor was better than any doctor I have had before. Dee Dee was so sweet always asking if I was OK and listening to me. Glad they are back on track here at western dental in Folsom!

I chose this place because it was one of the few places my insurance covers in town, despite the reviews. I had to wait 2 hours for my appointment and the dentist recommended every up charge he could think of, including a prescription toothbrush. I ended up leaving to go to another dentist.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Horrible service, all they worry about is making money off of you and your insurance company. They lied to me saying I had gum desease and tricked me into buying some mouth piece that comes with gel that supposedly will cure it. Well, insurance didn’t cover it and its was over 1,000$. They did not tell me it was option, they told me I needed it, never showed me pricing just had one of the staff member push me to signing the contract for them to begin the procedures. They actually sit there and talk about how they will try to convince and lie to people to get them to buy it. I witnessed the meeting and the way they tried to force this product, you go there and all you see is posters and advertisements of it. I would sit there in the middle of my procedures and literally hear them say the same thing to every customer getting checked. I felt bad for a few elderly people they tricked into getting it. They don’t give you the option of getting numbed by gel or a shot, they automatically give you a shot to charge you or your insurance more. I am stuck paying this people monthly, when the type of insurance I have should have mostly covered the procedure that I needed. The dentist are very rough not caring at all about you, they are there to just do a job and seem to forget they are dealing with a human beings. They use their own in house financing that you can make payment, which is great if you don’t have the full amount to pay at once but they harass you with multiple calls weekly even daily. I been up to date on my payments and their system shows that I am late for some reason, I have discussed issue with management 6-8 times and they have been incapable of doing anything. I was very upset when I found out about everything they lied about and did that cost me triple of what I should of paid but in life you reap what you sow, and they will not be around long lying and doing this type of business. Getting our teeth fixed to feel better about ourselves should be an enjoyable experience not a nightmare and full of regrets. Every 5th the month Im reminded of the horrible experience, they are lucky Im a honest person and I am still paying, anyone else wouldn’t of paid them anything. I might not get any of my money back but if I can help someone not experience and waist the amount of money I got ripped off of I will be happy.

The staff were very polite, and proffessional, from the moment i walked in. They were genuinely caring and concerned if i was comfortable, and taken care of.Many Dental outfits nowadays get you in there, and attempt to sell ml pyou implants and services you probably cannot afford. Western Dental offered these services, and made recommendations, but they did not try to push their extra services on me. I would highly recommend them for anything having to do with family dentistry, and/or oral surgery.

Excellent service...Very friendly staff!My first time at this facility. The front desk receptionist, Stephanie and Kelany were inviting....its nice to see smiling faces as I came in through the door.Doctor Kim was experienced and very professional. AndNatalie the hygienest, did a wonderful cleaning on my teeth. I have never had such a good cleaning.I Highly recommend Western Dental Folsom. You can be guaranteed top service. For sure!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Where do I even begin? If you have to get wisdom teeth extracted here do NOT do it. The manager who’s name is Belenta or Bolida ( something like that) first told me “ Sedation is not covered by your insurance so we have 2 options, one was to do the procedure awake ( numb of course) or pay out of pocket for sedation. I choose option 1 no big deal.The day of my appt I was then told “ oh we’re going to have to reschedule Because authorization wasn’t approved yet because “authorization wasn’t approved yet“ okay fine I wish I could’ve gotten a call or something it’s not like I drove an hour here whatever. But wait there’s more! Based on the location of my bottom teeth and where my nerves are I cannot do the extraction awake I need to be sedated. Then she( the manager) proceeds to show me they are available financing options. Either put down 150-200 down payment and make monthly payments or pay In full which was around 1,300-1,500.Fine I’ll try to figure it out. So I call my insurance and explain the situation. They tell me that I am fully covered and that they’ve been having this issue with Western dental not submitting the correct sedation authorization codes. So as I was instructed, I called western dental, ( had to wait for the weekend to pass because i was told that i would receive a call back from the manager but they never called back) so the new week comes by I call western dental AGAIN, spoke to the manager AGAIN and explained to her that my sedation IS covered and to please submit the correct codes. She obliges. About a week goes by and I am 2 weeks away from my new appt date. I call my insurance to make sure Western dental submitted everything correctly, then proceed to tell me. No they have not received anything regarding the sedation and also western dental needs to resubmit on why my top teeth need to be extracted. Okay then, I’m a little frustrated at this point but alright. I call back western dental and speak with the manager again. I explain to her to PLEASE submit the code for sedation and also that my insurance is requesting for them to resubmit my top 2 teeth. She says okay we’ll submit them. Fast forward to today ( 09-16-19) I call my insurance to see if they received everything, which they did however because Western Dental submitted the sedation code so late and my appt is scheduled for next Tuesday 09/24 I will have to reschedule my appt for a later time.I’m in pain every day from my wisdom teeth so it’s frustrating that I have to wait even LONGER now. Okay fine, so today I called Western Dental and requested the manger. Same lady she picks up, I ask her why did she say my insurance doesn’t cover sedation when they do and how did she determine that, she tells me the doctor is the one who recommendeds if it’s covered or not ( that makes sense) I know my fault I shouldve done the research myself and see my benefits but normally offices are on point.. ANYWAYS I then explain to her because of her mix up and delaying I will have to reschedule my appointment again. She tells me “ Well the Doctor will deny the surgery if there is sedation, we don’t do that here” WHAT?!?? Obviously I’m livid, so I respond to her by saying “why in the world are you telling me this now are you serious” I couldn’t finish my sentence because the MANAGER Bolida proceeds to say I’m sorry and HANGS UP on me. I did not insult or anything. She just hung up. Do not go here, I am in the process of filing a complaint because she needs to be held accountable. So unprofessional, at a dentist officer too??? I’ve never had any thing like this happen. I hope the phone calls were recorded because she NEEDS to be held accountable. I am in so much pain right now because she decided to give me false information and delay delay delay. Is the doctors at this office aware of her unprofessional conduct?? Horrible. Do not go here people if you need to get teeth extracted. I can’t speak for other procedures like cleanings, etc. However for extracting, just go somewhere else and save your trip. Crazy..

Kind of expensive place. Just regular cleaning, most insurance covered. In this place insurance does not cover because dentist just re-named the service name with extended cleaning something like this. Thats why insurance company does not pay for that. Hygienist spend just 10 minutes and charges $222 from my pocket. Also they took the non-digital X-Ray, I wanted to transfer my X-Rays to other dentist they wouldnt allow it, because of their rules. New dentist took my X-Rays again. I think patients already paid for the X-Ray, they should belongs to patients!

My significant other had oral surgery here a few months back and I have never in my life received worse service. We showed up 30 minutes early for her surgery but waited two and a half hours in the waiting room. When I asked what was going on I was told there was a “complication” with the surgery before us. My significant other was already very worried about the surgery and then to be left waiting an extra two hours and to hear there was a “complication” with the women before us was frustrating and scary enough! So while my significant other was under I asked to speak to the office manager because at this point the man who was to get surgery after us had now been waiting an extra two hours as well (again with no explanation) they said they could reschedule him for another day. That man explained he took a day off work and needed it done today. He was very upset and trying not to yell. He made a great point that he could take his money else where. They blew him off so he proceeded to wait! So while I spoke to the office manager he apologized for everything and said he would call my significant other to apologize and offer teeth whitening. I felt much better that he had addressed our issues and apologized. But......He did not call until I called the office and reminded him. He did not apologize or offer any sort of explains he just asked how she was feeling after her surgery.After it was all done we looked at our bill we had been waaaaay over charged for anesthesia. Next time we went in for a check up I spoke to the office manager again. He agreed we were over charged and said he would ask the doctor to remove the charge because he couldn’t. He said he would call back with the new total for the surgery. Never called. I called the office once a week for three weeks and every time he seemed to be out of the office. Maybe getting some teeth removed is nothing to some people but it was an absolutely awful experience for us. The office manager does not keep his word and does not care about you just your money. If I could give negative stars I would. I am very patient and understanding I work in customer service and I can tell you this was the worst experience I have ever had at a business in my life.I must say that threw out this process though the women working in the office at the desk were very kind and tried very hard to help us threw this process. Thank you to those women

Just had an extraction this morning with Dr. Sattout, the extraction specialist. It was the best possible experience I could have had. I have EXTREME anxiety about dental procedures, and have had panic attacks in the chair before. So, needless to say, I was quite nervous about the procedure, especially with it being my first extraction.The staff is AMAZING. I explained to them my anxiety with the procedure and dentists in general, and they were extremely comforting and pleasant, even holding my hand when needed.Dr. Sattout was very friendly and professional, and made sure to check on my comfort every step of the way. The guy is GOOD. I literally felt no pain past the initial pinch of the needle for the novocaine. And my procedure entailed extraction, bone graft, and stitches. No. Pain. At. All.Im not sure the name of the assistant, but she deserves major kudos as well. She made sure I understood the entire procedure since it was my first time having this type of treatment, and, again, held my hand when the anxiety became too much.I just dont have enough good things I can say about these guys. They are excellent!
