I just finished my 6-week weight loss program at Renew Medical Spa in Flower Mound and I still can’t believe the results. For the past two years I have been struggling to keep weight off and during the pandemic I put on 14lb so I was a little skeptical when I decided to give Renew a try. Well, I am very happy to say that I’ve lost 15lb so far and I feel great but most importantly, I’ve learned how to eat healthy and well, so I can continue to lose weight. This may be a little long, but I have some many good things to say about renew medical weight loss. Renew was just what a needed, the boost to get my mind right. I highly recommend going to see them, especially you need a start or if you got a couple more lbs to lose to meet your goal. Christina is amazing as well as everyone one else that works in the office. She listened to me and my needs and goals and help me achieve them in just a little over a month. The lipo shots work great and the appetite suppressants are like no other. I have tried just about any fad diet and diet pill and nothing ever worked. But the suppressant appetites given at Renew Medical work like 100%. Over the course of the month that I signed up for I lost just about 10lbs and dropped 3 pants sizes. PLEASE!! IF YOU WANT OR NEED SOME HELP WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY GIVE THEM A CALL. ITS WORTH IT. TRUST ME!!PS. Yes the pills and shots work but you also have to do your part and eat right. But the pills will help with that. You also have to work out. I have worked out about 4-5 days a week between 30-45 min. A day. Thats all it takes.YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!!!

So after trying many methods to lose weight after being told I was Obese (which I struggled with that term as I am just a big guy), I opted to try Renew Medical Weight Losss 6 week program to help reduce my weight to get a discount on my health insurance (no way will I ever be in the recommended weight range for 61 at 190 pounds - I would look like a malnourished 61 man). My starting weight was 248 pounds. I dont eat bad, I just eat a lot of food at lunch and dinner! I was a bit skeptical but was optimistic. Christina was absolutely great at explaining what to expect and how to progress week to week. She was also very encouraging! The first week, I lost 7 pounds and it was pretty simple. I didnt feel hungry at all. And, I didnt I have to starve myself! As the weeks went by, I kept my own journal of my weight and pictures. There was a time when the weightloss seems to stall but Christina had a plateau buster menu for me to try, which worked. My goal was to get to 225 pounds by the end of the 6 week plan but my stretch goal was to hit 220. Well, I got below 220 a few times toward the end but my last weigh in on at the end of the 6 weeks was 222. It has been about 6 weeks since I finished and I am STILL 222 pounds! This plan works! That said, the best part of my transformation was watching my cholesterol level decrease by 25%. Not sure if it was the diet or what, but my labs were collected at the beginning of the diet. I had labs collected again after 6 weeks from that time period. Whatever was the case for the cholesterol levels dropping - it did. I also struggle to call this a diet as it really is a lifestyle change. I try to eat only 6 oz portions of protein now - (thanks to this plan) but I eat a lot of fresh vegetables. I minimize my white flour intake, my sugar intake and I try to eat healthy fats. I highly recommend this plan as the results go beyond what the scale will show you!

Loved my weight loss experience at Renew Fast Medical Weight Loss in Flower mound ,TX.I had put on almost 20 pounds through COVID and needed to get it off safe and effectively so I chose Renew and wanted to do the HCG diet with injections..Christina who handles clients doing the HCG diet was very professional..always answered my questions in person or by returned phone calls .and her assistant was very nice and personable. I started Renew Weightloss March 28th learning to eat balanced nutrition meals, eating smaller amounts and staying very satisfied. I wanted a slow weightloss so I would have a better chance of keeping it off, I dis not expect mu lab work to change so drastically, Christine you are the best! When I had lab work prior to starting the program my cholesterol was 202 had labs ran on April 28th cholesterol down to 164 in fact my labs were the best! Thank you Renew!

Did not have a good experience with this place, at all. Started the HCG program and after 2 weeks of following the protocol exactly, I did not lose ANY weight. Asked for a refund and was only given a partial refund. One item they did not refund was an office visit! I asked for a breakdown of costs and my request was ignored. Asked for a credit towards their other diet and my request was ignored. I was also told that the HCG injection targets 3500 calories of fat, which is not true. I would read up on the HCG diet before trying it. Its 500 calories a day... if thats all youre eating, why do you need the injection? Regardless, it didnt work for me.

If you truly want to lose weight fast and are very dedicated, I suggest you try this program out. I’m not huge but do have some pounds on me that I wanted to shred. My partner and I planned a cruise the first weekend of Feb, and I wanted to lose some lb’s fast. For me I can eat healthier and work out a lot, but I do not notice the changes until after a month or 2. When my sister told me about this program I did not hesitate because I really was interested in losing the lb’s FAST. The program that I wanted to participate in was the HTC diet, but my blood work prevented that. To be honest I was a little disappointed because this is the program that I could have lost the most. However, Christina didn’t just drop me but gave me an alternative that is a little longer but still very effective which made me happy. My goal was to lose as much weight as I can in 5 weeks. She built a diet plan that fits my needs and would be most effective. I will say this. I never been on a diet before, and it was hard and still hard. If I was doing this by myself, I do not believe I would have been this successful. Having my partner and participating on a similar diet plan truly helped a lot. Again, It takes hard work and dedication and you will love the results. So I am 5’10 and when I first started this program on Jan 4, 2017 I was 205 lb’s. I’m not huge or overweight just got some extra pounds. As of today, Jan 19, 2017 I am 188 lb’s and still dropping. I feel that I have a lot more energy every day. The first week I could tell and see a big difference in my body structure and it continues to evolve daily. So I would recommend to anyone who is interested in loose weight in weeks to contact Renew Fast Medical Weight Loss.
