I just want you to know how amazing this hospital is . Staff is the best I have been exposed to in all my hospital stays, food is above average!! AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME TO MAKE ME FEEL AND BE BETTER, not just keep me alive to get another referral. I honestly feel that the way I was treated made a HUGE difference in my positive recovery efforts . Thank you to all. Dealing with me why I got 3 pints of blood put in my body isn’t very pleasant. They were wonderful every single second. I am blessed my friend told me to go here, because I was not going to the hospital at all I hate them so much

I took my niece to Texas Presby of Flower Mound when she was having trouble breathing. Numerous tests were completed and they discovered the problem. Dr Fleming contacted an ENT and he is on his way here now from Denton. Other doctors and ERs misdiagnosed and sent her home, with my nieces condition continually getting worse. Then we found Texas Presby if Flower Mound where Dr Fleming worked to identify the problem and find a solution. I recommend Texas Presby of Flower Mounds Emergency Department.

I would not recommend any one to go here. Very bad service. My wife went with my 6 yr old son with a broken bone (She is in medical profession) and nurse is asking how does she know that my son has a broken bone. They asked her to fill the paperwork while she is holding my sons bone with her hand. After a long wait they just put a sling on my sons arm for a complete bone fracture. We went to another pediatric orthopedic next day they recommended cast to help him for his age and alignment. After this the bills from the hospital were high and came from multiple departments for same thing. I got 2 bills from different providers on Sling and I have been told same for X-rays as well. One of the sling providers when provided the original bill waved off their charges. Go to other emergencies then this one.

We are in a pandemic and the triage nurse, Stacy, had her mask off in the room with me and was coughing. When she put her mask back on, one side was loose and she was holding it together with her hand. Just annoyed because I’m trying to be extra cautious and you’d think they would be as well. Doctors were great. Just that part was uncomfortable.

ER not safe for children!!! Granted I understand this isnt Cooks or Dallas Childrens, but I brought my kid here at 1:00am on a Friday night as its right down the street because her asthma/wheezing woke her up suddenly, and she ended up being diagnosed with flu and pneumonia (flu test, x-ray, breathing treatment). But then the Dr. (Cho?) prescribed her the antibiotic Levaquin (and only that) and discharged us. Needless to say, we found out later from our Pediatrician after she got worse and ended up with severe shoulder pain that Levaquin is very much contraindicated for children and can cause known tendinitis as a side effect. So while Im thankful my kid is still alive and recovering (yes, I vaccinate), were upset due to this Dr. not knowing the correct medications to prescribe for a child, my kid is in a good deal of pain and is looking at months of physical therapy. You definitely need to be your own advocate at this place! A simple Google drug check when receiving the prescription should have caused me to ask questions. But I expected the Dr. to know -- big mistake. If I or my kid is gonna gonna die, take us to FM Presby. If were gonna live, take us any where else!!!
