Was referred to this office by my doctor. I have called several times just to get an appointment. I left several messages that were never returned. Not sure at all about this doctor or how is staff runs the office. You can call and you will never get a person it’s always leave a message.

I have read some of the negative reviews and my opinion is the opposite. Dr Ravindran was thorough, concise, and conversed and explained. The entire office was pleasant and helpful.

This doctor prescribed an addictive medication for my condition and I became addicted. When I called his office concerned about my prescription being refilled his office staff played games with me by transferring my call from one phone to another. I could hear laughter in the background each time the phone was answered but received no answer as to whether or not the prescription had been called in to the pharmacy as renewed. I kept repeating the question but the call would be transferred though I could hear background laughter. Finally, I lost my temper and insisted that either my question be answered or I be allowed to speak with the office manager or the doctor at which point I was disconnected. The pharmacy called later that evening to say my prescription had been renewed for a one time refill only. A few days later I received a letter from the doctors office stating that I should find another neurologist. The doctor should have investigated the matter or at least spoken with me, instead he just took the word of his staff and left an addicted patient to hang out to dry.

The receptionist isnt the friendliest. Dr Ravindrans assistant is fabulous- very cheery and helpful.Although my insurance covers the majority of my doctor visits, once I got a breakdown of his charges, I was shocked. I waited 45 minutes to see him, he spends 15 minutes talking with me and the one office visit was over $400 (thats not including other fees I was billed for later). For 15 minutes! And that 15 minutes wasnt even productive. I only have a mild case of epilepsy and instead of basing my visit on me and my personal health history, he kept referring to what literature says and how hes never seen anyone who has as low a dosage as I take (and because of that he wanted to up my dosage). My health isnt based on your other patients or what any book says. Every case is different and any doctor can tell you that.

Good Dr Wang is wonderful. The staff is very kind.
