Dr. Arnet was the first of many, many doctors and specialists I have seen to try to solve my mysterious illness, who actually offered a plausible diagnosis, started treatment, and explained things in a meaningful way. Although I am still not out of the woods, Dr. Arnet is always open to discussing and exploring options to get to the bottom of illness and does not give up.

I learned more about my MS in the first visit, an over 30 minute consultation, than I ever learned from my 6 other previous and current doctors. She is a fantastic communicator and a knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend her. I have seen her 4 times now, every time I walk out of there knowing more about my MS and what my next step is to fight the progression.

My husband Isaac, has been a patient of Dr. Arnette for many years, and I must say she is brilliant, caring and God sent. She takes time to listen, to his concerns and always have a wealth of knowledge. She was there after his spine surgery, to aid him in the healing process. He even attended Neuro-Spa treatments for pain management from her. Dr. Arnette was also the physician, who diagnose my husbands brain tumor. She then referred us to the very best neurosurgeon at Rush Hospital. Lastly, she has continued to be his neurologist, many years after his surgery. Our family is grateful to Dr. Bridgette Arnette.

This dr. Is very unprofessional . My wife came to see her regarding fibromyalgia. She never wanted to take any type of current blood work or test. She basically gave us a diagnosis from our previous blood work from 3 years ago. The test that we did submit to her. From our primary dr. We would have to call back to get our results from her.Basically got tired of waiting on her. After weeks of no response. Her staff at the front desk is very rude. Her herself talks so fast like shes in a hurry to go. Wearing a back pack like shes late for class. Not to mention the head mri that we had faxed to her office a month ago and still havent got a call with the results of the test. If I could give no stars I would.

04/10/2018 Just tried making an appointment with this Doctor today, I told the receptionist mom hasnt seen a Neurologist in 6 years, she told me the earliest they could see my mom who would be a new patient until June 20, 2018. So for almost two and half months, my mom wouldnt be able to be seen. I then told her, my mom fell and hit her head, she needs to be seen....Sorry, said Elle, the receptionist. Call your moms primary doctor....Thanks for nothing!
