Best dental experience EVER! Stacy, Keisha, Deja, couldn’t possibly be any kinder. They are so welcoming and explain everything in precise detail. Dr. Kyle is great! I go back again next week and they have completely taken away the fear factor I’ve always associated with dental appointment. I’m so grateful to have found them.

I scheduled a new patient appt 8-15-2018 at 0900. I entered the office at 0905. The receptionist asked can she help me while attending another patient. I told her that I was here for my 0900 appt. She asked my name which I gave. She then informed me that my appt was actually scheduled for 0830, so Im 35 minutes late and I need to reschedule. She offered me a time later during the same day, I told her that I wouldnt be able to make that time can I just reschedule for a different day. The receptionist said If I cant make that same day appt, I can NEVER returned to their office. I never received a courtesy call for reminding me at all.That policy should be EXPLAINED TO ALL NEW PATIENTS and it also should be printed on their website.This is fine I can patronize other establishments.
