Let me tell you about Tamara. I had no idea that my back, neck and shoulders was so gnarled, but let me tell you she applied the right amount of pressure to straighten out all the kinks. I felt like a new person after that massage and promptly scheduled a follow-up in a few weeks.

Gladys gives an excellent massage! She is also a very caring person and gets to know her clients well. Others at the Florham Park location are also at good. Front desk are also friendly and professional!.

This is the second time with AmyLynn. I should have canceled. She uses way too much lotion, didn’t provide the massage i needed. I had to correct her before starting that it is my lower back and gluteus that need focus.Even when she massaged my back it was not what I have come to know being a member for 5 yrs there. She needs to be retrained.

While corporate has remandated masks the manager of Florham Park has done away with added time for the massagers to clean and make room ready for next customer. Only 5 minutes isavailable at the end of massage to dress and for the room to be readied for the next client.While the therapist had ok massage skills her people skills were non existant. Nary a hello or have a nice day.

Great front desk customer service.Special thanks to Nadine.It was great and a pleasure watching her working out an issue with the client. It wasn’t even my own issue she was helping with. Meanwhile I’ve had exactly opposite experience with the same issue at another location a while ago.

I have been a member for several years and have not one complaint. The staff is very friendly at the front desk and the system is very efficient. They call to confirm your appointment the day before which is a helpful reminder for me. I have never had a bad massage there. My personal favorite is Tyson, who is wonderful. He always pays attention to whatever needs I have on any given day. The staff asks what type of massage you want and will help set you up with a therapist who can accommodate your desires. I highly recommend Massage Envy.

It’s been a while since I been to the Massage Envy in Florham park. In the past, I had a bad experience with front desk receptionist to the point where I had vowed to never come back here. The manager did rectify that situation but the experience had put such a bad taste in my mouth that I was sure I was never coming back.Unfortunately but fortunately enough, I couldn’t find a massage envy with the availability I needed. However, Florham Park agreed to accommodate me. The front desk receptionist was so nice. We joked for a bit and I was assured I was in good hands. I had Andrew, OMG he was amazing. I typically get just a Swedish massage but he managed to push me out my comfort zone of just a relaxing massage and he helped me release some tension I carry in my hands and arms from work and blogging and the tension in my hips and thighs from horseback riding. Not to mention I suffer chronic back pain from workplace injury. I got up feeling amazing.Needless to say when I leaving, I had precooked, another appointment with him. Something I never do! So there you have it. I’ll be back.

I love going to Massage Envy every month. The people in the front are all so sweet and even though they only see me once a month they always remember things about my life. I think that says a lot. Every massage therapist I have gone to is professional and kind and makes me feel exactly the way I want to feel during a massage. I personally wish I could see my buddy Marvin every day. I highly recommend this facility. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a membership. Best decision I ever made.

I love everything about Massage Envy in Florham Park! Its a slice of heaven right here on earth. The staff and facilities are simply the best. Paid for a full body massage, got only back done. I feel cheated. And this is despite their processes being top notch where you click on all the body parts you want and don’t want to be massaged. And despite me repeatedly asking for other parts to be massaged - the lady just did back and that too with terrible technique - finger tips poking that hurt my tissues and skin. Disappointing.

Ive been a member of Massage Envy in Morris Plains for more than 5 years until the last therapist I like left. Then I found a great therapist, Danny from Florham Park branch and Ive been going there ever since. Hes the best therapist Ive ever have since Im a member. If youre looking for deep tissue or Swedish hes very good of what he does!!

I haven’t had a massage here yet (I’m scheduled for the near future) however, I called with a complicated scheduling issue & I needed HELP! (I called on the same day that I needed three appointments, at the same time or close in timing, on a busy Saturday). Jennifer was so terrific! She was helpful & patient & just plain ol’ sweet! I have been a loyal member of massage envy for about 7 years now, and will continue to be one hopefully for 70 more. The staff at massage envy of Florham park are all amazing. Every time I walk in I am greeted by name and made to feel welcomed. The massage therapists are all top notch and it is truly the one hour I look forward to every few weeks.

Massages are decent but I signed up for a yearly contract for my wife and after the 12-month payment, they continued to bill me month-to-month. We called for a refund and they would not give it... its in the small print.

I love it each time I show up for my massage because the young ladies at the front desk always greet me with a big smile and ask me how I am. They make you feel welcomed. The management staff and massage therapists are also very friendly and pleasant. I look forward to my massage every month.

My massage was painful and not enjoyable; didnt help with my back pains...I have a subscription and have had two massages here but instead of taking them out of my cumulated massage packs, they charge me a new one each time.
