Always professional and excellence in every aspect of the care from Dr. Chiu and her staff over the many years I’ve been a patient. I originally lived near the office but now over an hour away, am also a snowbird - and there was a period of 2 years when I transferred to Ohio and arranged my trips back to NJ around my scheduled visits. I have been going to Dr. Chiu now for almost 11 years. I can honestly say she is the best dentist I have ever went to. She is very conservative in suggesting treatments, so if she suggests something you know you need it. I learned that early on, she suggested I get a filling replaced before my tooth broke and I didn’t listen to her, sure enough a few month later the tooth broke and I ended up with a crown instead of a filling. I will alway listen to her now. Dr. Chiu also does everything, she very rarely refers to specialists, because she does it all, from simple fillings, extractions, crowns & bridges, dentures and implants from the placements the implant to the crown. She truly is one stop dentist. Also if you are looking for a cosmetic dentist, she is the one to go to, she has an eye for aesthetics. She is an artist when it comes to a smile makeover. Dr. Chiu is more then a 5 star dentist, I would give her 100 if I could. You won’t be sorry if you go to Dr. Chiu!

I am a BIG chicken, in life generally, and in a dental chair, in particular. Dr. Chiu and her staff of caring professionals are the cure to my dental fears. I dont know how she can give injections and cause absolutely no discomfort. She explains each procedure in advance so I can understand the visit. She does not push treatments and will often (accurately) diagnose problems missed or wrongly identified by other dentist (even if her correct diagnosis results in hit to her bottom line. If you need a caring, highly proficient and honest dentist, go visit her!!

Mine was a difficult extraction. Dr. Chiu worked patiently and diligently, ever mindful of my comfort. Dr. Chiu explained as she went along and gave detailed aftercare instructions. Saw Kelly the hygienist for my 6mo check up. As always she was super pleasant and did a great job with no pain! I wouldn’t see any other hygienist. I’ve been going to Dr. Chiu since 1987 and have never felt dread or fear. Dr. Chiu is caring and does a very complete exam. Whatever you need is done with perfection. The office is very clean and the staff is always friendly and nice. I highly recommend her practice.

Hands down one of the most professional dental environments that I have experienced. From the get go I was treated with friendly and efficient receptionists who worked with me for scheduling and flexible payment options, taking the extra measure to check with my insurance provider to see what is covered and what wasnt.From there on, every doctor and assistant that did my dental work was courteous, patient, (funny), and most importantly, calming. She is also bilingual in Mandarin for those interested.Her office is very clean and staff sanitizes the seating area between patients and of course all equipment. Her staff are all very professional from the hygienist(Kelly -she is a sweet heart) to admin(Stacy and Gina) to make your visit a pleasant one.Although she is out of network for our insurance claims, we feel it is worth the extra $ for the quality of care that we get. Unlike my experiences with other dentists who have tried to rush me and other patients through their offices like widgets on an assembly line, Dr. Chiu will take the time to learn about your history, carefully determine what the next steps should be if you have any problems, and provide you with appropriate and thoughtful advice to preserve and improve your dental hygiene. (Ignore Dr. Chius wise advice at your peril!)Dr. Chiu goes out of her way to take care of her patients. She possesses a spirit of service unlike any other dentist Ive known, and shes got the intellect, dedication, experience, and professionalism to provide you with the best dental care you are likely ever to receive. When you leave Dr. Chius office, you will rest assured that your teeth are in good hands. Until she retires, and I hope that day doesnt come for a long time, Dr. Chiu will remain my dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chius for many years. I find her office to be clean and well-organized. Her staff members are courteous and accommodating. I think Dr. Chiu is a perfectionist when it comes to her work. She has very high expectations in all the work she performs on her patients. She is caring, patient, and understanding. She doesnt rush through the visit and always listens to the patients questions and concerns. I have had both bridges and implants done by her over the years and I am very pleased with the work. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months by Kelly as recommended by Dr. Chiu and my gums are healthy again. When Kelly is not there for cleaning, I get very anxious. This dental practice is the best. Who is network doctor but lie to the patients that she is out of the network doctor in order to charge at the higher fee.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Chiu for many years. Dr. Chiu and her staff are highly skilled and extremely professional. They have always been very attentive to my dental health and have never had any major dental problems. The staff is also very approachable and to this day, they know everyone in my family by name. I have never had a bad experience with anyone working in Dr. Chius office.Even though I now work and live farther away from where Dr. Chiu is situated, I still make the trip to Florham Park every year for a visit. I would never switch to another dentist if I can help it!I would highly recommend Dr. Chiu for anyone looking for a dentist, great for all ages.

I went in today very nervous for my cavity and I really hate needles but Dr. Chu had me feel comfortable and not nervous at all after we talked. We also had to discuss the root canal I need to have done. Ive been hearing dreadful things about getting a root canal done, but after talking it over with her she let me feel like itd be no big deal. She also used this new drip before giving me the needle so I didnt feel a thing. The most important thing that she says is to make sure youre comfortable and that they wont rush and it makes me feel like I can actually trust her. After todays talk I actually cant wait to get my root canal done! Dr. Chu is a great dentist and person overall, whoever is scared or has been traumatized by other dentists should definitely visit her!
