Convenient location. Instructors are top notch and they offer a wide variety of classes. All fitness levels will benefit from this non intimidating environment that is truly welcoming to everyone. If you havent tried it out, you should.

Because its my peace...my release..my me time. I am challenged (in a good way) to push myself outside my comfort Zone during class. It just feels like my workout home. A place where we can all come together with no jugdements to support as well as encourage one another. Im so grateful.

I love love love this place! Im new to yoga, and while I used to be very active in my much younger dinosaur riding days, Im a bit intimidated by some of the current trends in fitness (i.e., crossfit). I have felt welcomed to a family of folks interested in self-improvement, in a completely judgment free zone. I was worried that being a newbie, I wouldnt get the instruction I needed, but I was wrong. The instructors are fabulous, you arent expected (or required) to do anything you feel your body isnt ready for (in fact, youre encouraged to make modifications to poses when your body tells you that you need to), and I feel more centered and spiritually balanced when I finish a class, and each one Ive found personally cathartic in different ways. Looking forward to starting the Beginner Series, and maybe venture out of my current comfort zone to try some of the other non-yoga classes.

I love this studio. Everyone that attends is treated like family. Full body has wonderful instructors, great classes, and really nice facilities.

I have attended Full Body Yoga for almost a month now. I decided to take advantage of the great deal for new students or customers for $30 for 30 days. Today was my third attendance to the Thursday night beginners fundamentals and Ratona was filling in. All the teachers have been amazing but Ratona made sure to explain the poses, the purpose, and gave overview of what yoga actually is. I learned more about the background of yoga in just this one class than I have all of them combined! Dont get me wrong every teacher is great and they all have their strengths just as every yoga student does as well. I couldnt be happier I have made this choice and I look forward to being a customer of Full Body Yoga for a very long time. A special thank you to Ratona and the rest of the team. NamasteThanks!
