My son had a two hour birthday party today from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. We arrived 30 minutes early like we were told to, which was 9:00 am; the time that they open. There were no other jumpers there yet. My birthday boy and his little brother were told that they could not jump until 9:30. That didn’t bother me too much. But then, when the party goers started arriving, I was told that they would only allow jumpers in to the park every 15 minutes. So the children that didn’t arrive early, had to stand on the ramp until 9:15 and watch my sons jump . Keep in mind that Defy opens at 9:00 and they were the only two kids jumping. Also, I should note that I pay $50 per month for a VIP membership and I paid almost $300 for a TWO hour party. I was told that this was a new policy that just went into effect like a month ago. I was NOT made aware of this new policy prior to arriving. I would not have booked the party if I had known. I will say that Kat, our party host was very apologetic and took very good care of us. Obviously, this was something out of his control. They did end up letting the kids jump for another half hour after we had pizza and cake, which did slightly redeem them. I have reached out to Defy Corp and hope to hear back from them soon. So, parents, I would say think twice before booking a party at Defy.

I bring my almost 2.5 year old daughter here sometimes. She loves it but I do wish there was a better little kid section. When its not busy its great but no real section for tiny kids like 3 or younger. The one section they say is for the smaller kids is not exactly my idea of great for toddlers. The place is definitely perfect for older kids to burn off some energy, especially on a rainy day. I bought some card back in December with a few jumps on it but once thats used up, Ill probably wait until my girl is older. The staff there is always friendly. Prices are kinda what you would expect for a trampoline place.

The facility was clean everything was in good condition. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They made my little feel comfortable and helped when they could. It was what you call a wonderful day! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I had my sons birthday party here and they were awesome! They handled the decorations, set up and clean up. We only needed to show up and have a great time.

It was a fantastic time, but could use a good cleaning. The floors needed moping and the trampoline sidelines needed cleaning. All in all a great time! Would go again!

My 2 and 4 year old had a BLAST. Im glad I did just 1 hour though. They were getting tired, ill and hot at the end. The experience was totally worth it. It was more than just trampolines. There were puts of foam blocks, obstacle courses, basketball and dodgeball, just to name a few things. I liked that the music and lights were not too overpowering. The bathrooms were clean.

Favorite activity for my toddler and I! She loves it! Get all our energy out while having a blast!

Loved the place. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. My kids had a blast!! Staff was very kind and really helpful, and the kids loved that they made them feel like a part of the place. Music rocked! Will definitely come back as well as plan daughters birthday there!

Took my special needs child here for his birthday to jump because he loves jumping on his trampoline at home. Employees constantly fussing because he would sit down because he could not jump as long as other kids. Then I moved him to a corner area no one was using so he would be out everyone ones way and he can be comfortable. Employee then asked me to make him stand up or remove him from this area. Will never take my child here again!

The place was lovely BUT the females at the front provided terrible customer service and made my first experience there. Not coming back. Customer service really speaks volume on the way a place is ran and the atmosphere of the establishment.

Had a great time at Defy! I cant say enough good things about the staff. They were super friendly! The were very interactive with the kids, and were very good at their jobs. Defy is a very family friendly environment for all ages. Facilities were clean and in great condition. Will definitely be returning soon.

Not big at all. No place really for parents to sit comfortably, dont like the way adults jump along with kids, seems kinda risky. But the kids are enjoying themselves which is the point , so its all good.

Definitely a cool place to take your kids.I do recommend the employees to clean the couches periodically, as they did look neglected, and pick up the trash lying around.Other than that, the place was great.

I come to defy on June 28 2021 to bring my little brother and cousin. I check in and get wrist bands and we’re on our way to go jump. The kids get stopped and told they can’t enter until 1:00 and it’s 12:56. I understand you guys have rules. I walk back down the ramp and ask them what’s up. They tell me they can’t go jump until it’s their time. I say i don’t understand because it’s only a couple minutes till 1. The lady standing by the gate asks me if there’s a problem. I kindly tell her no i just didn’t understand why they just couldn’t go ahead in since it’s just a couple minutes. She rudely tells me it’s not their time yet and it’s the rules, she also “don’t feel like going to get her BIG boss today”, which i found VERY rude. All i was doing was asking a simple question but being that she came at me very rudely. Y’all lost very loyal customers. I will not be back.

My boys loved it! (2 & 5). Some attractions were available but they seemed short staffed. Very nice, clean and well kept! Definitely recommend it for a fun day indoors.

Had a great family outing with my kids and grandkids. Everything was clean and fun for even the 2 year old. My only complaint was I came with the intention of purchasing 2 summer passes as gifts for my grands. First they told me that the promotion was over despite it being on a sign in the room and listed on the website. I went ahead and purchased the regular daily tickets for them and then sat on the couch (nice seating) and purchased the summer passes on the website. I went to the desk and showed them and they gave me 2 keyring tags for each child (nice way to do it) for future visits. I just feel I was ripped off for $40 by having to pay for the two daily passes instead of them just letting me by the summer passes. That made no sense. I recommend going online before arriving to purchase any kind of passes.

Great experience for everyone. Wonderful & helpful staff. Devour cafe is delicious. There’s a phenomenal deal for the summer which is completely worth the money.

Big shout out to James one of the crew members there!!! He held down his position the entire night!!! He was very attentive, nice, and very helpful!!! He made sure everyone was following the rules but most importantly he was having fun while doing his job!!! I watched him and couldnt resist I had to go brag on him!!! He was from the front to the back making sure everyone follow the rules, helping the little ones as well!!!! Job well done James!!!

We had a wonderful time. My only complaint there was two adult kids must have been 17 18 years old they were all but screwing each other in the backer ball pit several kids stop to look and see what they were doing. I don’t think if your over 16 you should be able to jump unless your with a child.But my children had a blast!

The place was fun and clean my son had fun however... there was a birthday party so they catered to them more than their other paying customers.

The staff is very polite, especially Dontario. Hes amazing and very informative. Explaining the best resolution if I bring my kids alot. The cleaniness of the center itself. My children love it here and so do I.

We have been thoroughly enjoying the trampolines they have a great atmosphere and staff too. The establishment is clean and super kids friendly. Excited to enjoy our winter at Defy so the kids can burn off some energy while staying happy and healthy during this cold weather.

Defy has always been a go to for nights out with the kids or birthday parties. Friendly staff and great customer service. Prices arent too high and the socks are reusable just wash and wear haha they good for life. Recommended for anyone with kids tryin ro tire them out lol

Great place to take the kids and get some exercise. Some attractions were closed due to lack of staff, but fun anyway.

This is my new favorite spot! My 4 year old had so much fun today! The courses are good for all ages, not just big kids. They have so many different sections as well. I was blown away! Will def be back ASAP!

On May 1st me and my boyfriend took my nephew to play here, where the zip line steps is located there is 3 steps to walk on the thing to jump in the blocks. I fell back and hit my head on the metal pole that is located behind the steps, my head was pouring blood I asked for help and they were very unprofessional and did not want to report it. They never gave me an receipt but I had a wristband that indicated that I payed to be there they tired to make it seem like I was not there or the injury happened before I got there. I had blood all in there sink and the white chair that’s in front of the desk. I asked for a refund and I sat there for almost an hour to be told that they already put the register up and young man gave me free hour passes. I called the next day to speak with the supervisor and he stated that he seen the report but they did not see me on camera. He said he would call me back never did and he stopped taking my calls. I never received my refund and that happened with me only being there for 10 minutes and I paid for an hour in a half. I have 7 staples in the back of my head. That place is a hazard why not have covers around the poles.

Place was okay but not a lot of options like the other trampolines, it is also overpriced, I paid almost $40 for me and my 18-month-old boy and two socks.

The staff greeted my family and I in a polite and inviting manner. Check in was a beeeze and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. We visited the concession stand on this visit and again the staff was very polite. My family and I had a wonderful time. We will visit again soon.

The trampoline set up is terrific; the only shortfall noted was the length of time it takes to pay for and gain entry. For repeat customers, entry should be a lot smoother.You need to devise a system that simplifies check in.

Awesome place, the Zipline and Dodgeball arena were the favorites.

We visited Defy in West Palm Beach, FL. The customer service at the door was impressive. The young lady was warm and inviting while taking our temperature. However, once we entered to check in, there was a huge disconnect. There was no clear instructions for party check ins or regular check-in. The girl working did not greet us after holding a five minute conversation with her co-worker and simply stated at us when she did turn around.. Another person intervened and asked us to move back to the other line.

I will give this place a ten because it was so fun i even had my 11th birthday there my parents rented out the whole building so me and my friends and family would have it to ourselfs..

People that work there are not very friendly. Act like they dont have to help or answer ?s. Stood in line 15 minutes before being waited on. There was one person being waited on and literally 8 workers behind the counter. We finally get to the checkout and find out we have to sign waivers to get our girls a wrist band. Got out of line to go fill those out and come back. Later find out to watch them we needed waivers signed also. Terrible experience

This is a great place to take your family for some big air. They have several different sections to jump in. A dodge ball section and even a zip line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a great time there and so will you.

We’ve gone to Defy twice now. Overall it has been a great experience. The facility is clean, well maintained, and there’s a lot to do. Both times there have been many people, along with a couple of birthday parties. But due to the size of the space, it doesn’t feel too crowded. There are plenty of couches throughout, for those who do not want to jump. The free lockers are convenient and easy to use. My only slight complaint, is a couple of the girls working the check-in. Both times they were so distracted talking to each other, I literally had to repeat myself twice. Both times, same two young ladies. It’s annoying, but doesn’t change the fact that I’ll return in the future.

SO MUCH FUN!! We will DEFINITELY be bringing the grandson back for more!!

My girls had a good time there. The downfalls for me would be that I had to ask several times for the Zip line to be open. My customer service at the cashier counter was excellent. But too be honest not a great experience for me as a parent. I literally saw too much going on that was bad from employees and other kids. They need to be a little more strict with safety and how kids are treated.

Awful wasnt busy and the whistle blowing due too toddlers falling was terrible. This place is a headache

I’m not please with Defy , my daughter was there for only 15 mins before they kicked everybody out. I paid for an hour Jump and she didn’t even get to jump but 15 mins. Before another group of kids started fighting and she had anything to do with the fight .

We had family in town for the weekend and decided to bring them to Defy. We attempted to order food. They barely had food. No pizza, no chicken fingers and barely any fries. Kids were unattended on a few attractions and were controlling it alone. We had to go and notify a worker. It’s a nice place for kids to play but there needs to be some changes.

My grandson and I had a great time. Was not crowded, we were able to jump freely and not bump into anyone. I worry about other kids running and knocking him down . Due to his disability he cant get around as fast as other children, so I didnt have to stay in his way blockinghim from other children. Very pleased

It was fun. Although I wish they had more for the little ones (toddlers) to do. Because the bigger kids were definitely not watching out for them. I also did not like the lack of sanitation and separation between everyone. No hand sanitizer was in sight at all!

This is the 1st jump place in quite a few years Ive been in.It was clean and the employees were very nice.My 3 & 8 yr definitely enjoyed themselves

First time taking my daughter (22 months old) and we had a great time. I took her as soon as the doors opened so it wouldnt be crowded since she is so little. We had no problems enjoying ourselves. I look forward to going more often as she grows and she can enjoy more activities each time.

Great place to go and have fun! The only problem for us was that there was a HUGE group of 25 people probably 20 of them were kids-running around etc. The staff there didn’t seem to have control over the situation and it took 40 min until these 25 people got set with wristbands and socks.... At some point all 3 staff were helping the same exact group..... the line got bigger and bigger. It all comes from that they have to ask for your name when checking in and I guess find your name in their system after you filled your waiver online..... Literally ask everyone of the group what their name is....

I love the place. But what made me give a 3 star review is because the situation that happened there. My 2 year old got hit with a ball on his mouth by staff. We asked them to not direct it towards our little ones. They did it again an hour later. Then the problem escalated. The two staff members were minors but they were very disrespectful. Their response was unprofessional and the supervisor or whoever she was basically didn’t do anything either. I would to be contacted if possible about this situation.

Very comfortable with a fair amount of people. However everyone even the small kids are being conscious about social distancing. The staff on site currently are absolutely awesome! They treat the little ones just like the big kids. Definitely will be coming back!

Defy West Palm Beach-We took our older teens and they had a great time! There is so much to do. Our four year old loved it too! Great fun for the whole family. The staff was very nice.

DEFY is a great place for adults to do exercises with their kids. Most gym have a play area for children under 12. DEFY offers parents a chance to workout with their children.

I was at the Palm Spring Location in Florida. We had an amazing time. The staff was friendly, food was great and there were plenty of activities.

My girls love coming to DEFY! We come at least two to three times a week and with the Summer Pass this makes it super affordable.

DEFY is a fun place to beat the summer heat the staff is helpful and nice. Really enjoy the different attractions.

Precautions are taken, kids do not wear masks while jumping...we went during the week, and while there was a steady stream of kids and families, it was never crowded. ( Im pretty sure a set limit is enforced) all kids in my group lived getting out and doing something. It helped that they currently have a Groupon running for reduced rates!!
