The first time I walked into Empower with my husband I was greeted by Ashley. “How are you doing?” She asked. I said “my back is killing me” Ashley answered. “We can fix that!” And by golly they did! I am so grateful for the relief they have given me in such a short time. I love them all, I love the exercises and I love being pain free for the first time in 30 years!Totally amazing place. The team here in Florence are the best. All the therapists and support team are helpful and kind. Personally have made remarkable improvements. What used to be terribly painful and frustrating are now easy. And no more pain.Thank you all so very much!!

The doctors and tech assistants at the Florence location are phenomenal. They listen to you and your concerns. You may even get a joke or two during your session. Never boring or forgotten, they are always checking your technique of each exercise to ensure you are getting the best benefit! I cant go wrong using the Florence facility.

I highly recommend this place, the atmosphere is Pleasant. All the workers know what they are doing. They will help you in every way they can. They all have a great personality. They make you feel comfortable. Its like one big family. I hate to say it but I kind of glad I got injured. I met some great and awesome people out of it.

Always friendly staff, that keep you moving through each session. Each patient has an individual plan designed and gone over with you at the start of physical therapy. Therapist s are always checking with to see how your doing and feeling. As the therapy continues through the weeks, the program changes to accomadate your improvement. AWESOME experience here! When you’re in need of Physical Therapy, Empower is the place to go. They have done miracles working on my hip and shoulder. I can walk so much better and my shoulder has such an increase of range of motion... it’s amazing! I’m so thankful for the team of Therapists. They are friendly and encouraging. I feel renewed!!!

I had bilateral knee arthroscopy recently, where the doctor cleaned up problems which had been causing chronic pain for years. In slightly over a month, I am climbing and descending stairs, fully bending and straightening without pain. Empower Physical Therapy has played a vital role in my healing. I had been suffering with increased hip pain levels since October 2020. The first diagnosis I received was that of bursitis. I was treated with a steroid shot to no avail. After an MRI of my lower back it was suggested that I have a spinal fusion since lesser treatments such as physical therapy and spinal shots would be temporary and inadequate to control my pain.Thankfully I kept seeing my physical therapist, Cassie Strobl, at Empower in Florence. She suggested I get a hip x-ray (why I didnt get referred for one by my PCP is a mystery). I took the x-ray to Arizona Orthopedics in Chandler. Kyle Byrne, Physician Assistant to Bryan Matanky (orthopedic surgeon) confirmed Cassies suspicion that it was indeed my hip (bone on bone) that was the source of my pain. I had total hip replacement surgery mid April.I have resumed physical therapy with Cassie Strobl at Empower. Thanks to her and Kyle Byrne and Bryan Matanky I am on the road to recovery.

Not only is the staff incredibly knowledgeable, kind and fun (they have themed dress-up weeks for staff and clients - with raffles for participants) but they also are enthusiastic and clearly PASSIONATE about helping others heal and maintain a higher quality of life!While its typically an adult facility, Caleb was welcomed with open arms and tons of encouragement from JoAnn, Tammy, Aaron, Josh and more!We are beyond grateful! In fact, we believe this opportunity is an answered prayer, as JoAnn worked with Pediatrics/Cerebral Palsy specifically for decades!That said, this is undoubtedly a huge blessing and we are so grateful for the acceptance into the Rise Rehab Family!

If I could give Empower Physical Therapy 10 stars I would, The ENTIRE staff at Empower is extremely friendly. I feel they really care about getting you better. Blain and Maureen have corrected me when I wasnt doing my exercises right, They corrected me so I get every benefit out of that exercises. That meant a lot to me. The PTs work really hard at getting those sore muscles loose. Plus if you have any concerns Josh Hamilton is wonderful, he listens to you and helps you get every benefit out of your Physical Therapy. I have had a lot of Physical Therapy though out my life and Empower in Florence Az. Is the best. Thank you to everyone at Empower for being so awesome. The receptionist are also awesome.

What I like about Rise is that in addition to careful evaluations and fun coaches, the physical therapists actually manupulate and massage where it hurts. Their hands on joints and muscles really seem to help.
